Better solutions available!
Overall we need to find a more reliable, better solution for our business! We plan to make this a priority this quarter.
Avantages
We used Dialpad Meetings when it was Uber Conference. There were way fewer glitches before it joined the Dialpad family of products!
Inconvénients
The service is inconsistent and glitchy. We spend too much time troubleshooting when we should be meeting.

Great UI, but major stability issues
Easy scheduling and easy for clients to join, when it works.
Avantages
Super easy to create meetings and sent my prospects an invitation. Seamless integration with Google Calendar. No desktop app you have to instal or complicated dial in processes.
Inconvénients
Major instability makes it near unusable. Audio quality is the biggest issue, but occasionally the screen share will drop as well. Likely will be transitioning away from this platform since UberConference doesn't seem to be able to fix these problems, they've been persisting for quite some time. Their support is also completely unresponsive, Im sure they're constantly barraged with complaints though.

Disconnecting Issues Abound
Avantages
We loved the concept of this software and the fact that we could easily connect with prospects, customers, and other team members.
Inconvénients
It continuously dropped calls, the price was pretty high compared to other solutions. We struggled greatly with the software as we would miss key meetings due to dropped calls and had to resort to taking them via phone when we really needed to screen-share with our customers and prospects.

Highfive review
Highfive is easy to use and available on multiple platforms which makes it great for diverse teams. Integration with slack is useful as well. Unfortunately, highfive performs poorly when we need it most, working with remote users that may have spotty or poor bandwidth. It also is very CPU intensive. My MacBook is almost unusable while Highfive is running making it difficult to share certain things on my desktop. In summary, we use it because it's cheap, but would switch to a higher quality conferencing service if we could afford it.

CPU hog, does not handle poor bandwidth connections well.

Uberconference has declined over time
UberConference was great for our conference calls when the platform worked better. Unfortunately now we barely us it.
Avantages
The best part of the uberconference is the lightweight web interface and easy access via phone. Not having to download anything to use the platform is great.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately the platform has declined over time. Recently, we've had so many people have issues where they dialed in our went to our meeting via the web and were not admitted to the meeting, or other issues accessing the meeting.

Often have connection issue.
Poor audio makes it useless. Phone connection to meeting maybe a better choice.

Highfive allows users to join meeting remotely with laptop or phone.
Inconvénients
Highfive often have connection issue and very poor audio.

Not the best connection
Overall I think if you can get over the sound then its not bad but I think there is better software out there.
Avantages
The picture quality was pretty good when it works.
Inconvénients
Connection never seemed to be great. Neither was the sound. No matter how we had the room configured it seemed hard to hear, the sound to break up or the sound would continually echo. We bought expensive equipment for it and it didn't always seem to work very good.

Constant Connection/Quality Issues
I have 2-3 meetings per day through high-five and constantly have issues. Sadly I have to use google hangouts as a second options.

App is fairly user friendly

Thank you for your honest feedback, Cody! We're currently rolling out an update to Highfive that will drastically improve the performance in lower bandwidth conditions. Once it's rolled out to Oscar, you will notice improved video and audio quality as well as fewer connection issues.

It was incredibly hard to Laymans to use this software
Fine overall service if you already have software installed. But a little too much friction to get set up.
Avantages
The software offers a lot of features that would probably be pretty nice for people that use it on a day to day basis.
Inconvénients
If you are new to Uberconference getting set up was a little bit of a nightmare. When attempting to do a conference I had to FaceTime to walk my client through how this was supposed to work.
