UberConference, worked fine in a flash!
Avantages
No learning curve. I found out a minute into a meeting I was already late for that we were using UberConference, which I'd never used before. Fortunately, I was able to log in and just go. I also liked that the video wasn't automatic because let's be honest, I wasn't prepared to show my face! I was able to easily mute my microphone when background noise came up, and quickly unmute when it was called for.
Inconvénients
It tried to get me to add a picture right off the bat. I was late to the meeting and just grabbed the first one that came up, because I literally couldn't access the "cancel" button which popped up behind my task bar (annoying feature of switching out of clamshell mode on a Mac). We also had some robot-ing during the call, which may not have been the fault of the software. Overall, it worked fine and my complaints were minor.

Great product
I really liked it.
Avantages
In the short time we have used this product it was very efficient, with almost no lags, unlike other products we've tried, I like the transcription feature they use as well.
Inconvénients
I dont like the fact that I had to download two apps to be able to use, if we could download only one would have been better

Not integrated with convenient chat tools
I have tried out Highfive during a software selection process, using the software continuosly for about a month. The system is very easy to setup and works great but interaction between parties is somewhat limited by the lack of a more all-round approach. Would consider for team rooms indeed, not for at-your-desk video conferencing which often also requires chatting and exchanging assets and documents between parties.
Avantages
Completely cloud-oriented, setup is a breeze and quality is consistent. Good for team conferences.
Inconvénients
One-to-one interactions and video calls need to be better supported with a chat tool like Skype or Hangout.

New era for videoconferences.
To manage the client meetings and some sessions of the students' classes, it was very useful, besides being integrated into google, heating up problems, it is a powerful tool for communication.
Avantages
The best feature is that it can be integrated into other work tools such as slack to coordinate meetings and it has a very intuitive interface for clients and users in general.
Inconvénients
During the trial version everything was wonderful, the quality and audio of the broadcast is impressive.

Perfect for a Team Working Remotely
So far, so good! We will continue to use it as long as we are all working remotely, and maybe beyond that as we have some team members who will continue to work remotely. Perhaps I will use it in the future during or after my maternity leave.
Avantages
Right now UberConference is particularly helpful because they are offering a free trial during the Coronavirus outbreak. You can have up to 50 people join your call and the call can last up to five hours. Our team started using it this week and it worked quite smoothly. You can see everyone who is participating and when someone speaks, their video camera pops up on the bottom of the screen so you know immediately who is speaking.
Inconvénients
There were some on my team who could not get their audio to work and others who called in by phone who couldn't see the videos from other team members.

Love the ease of the tool
Its great for startups where its always one to one catch ups and quick quick and not planned as such
Avantages
1. Easy to connect with anyone at any point
2. I can easily enter any meeting
3. Voice clarity is amazing
4. Good for short interviews

2. Meeting name or scheduling does not happen right now

Great for Conferencing
Helps us to schedule calls through slack and HubSpot without having to log in to the application.
Avantages
It is free and easy to use for both web and mobile. Some fancy matching music before others join a conference call makes it exciting to use.
Inconvénients
Voice quality is not always great and keeps breaking most of the time. Not sure if it is the same for paid version but that is something they need to improve.

Simple to use, good quality
Avantages
It is free, was relatively easy to set up and use. Worked well with good quality.
Inconvénients
I couldn't tell if someone could jump into the call while I was on the phone, as I was the user, not administrator.

HighFive Video Solution
Trial of systems allowed us to fully see how beneficial HighFive system was. The ease/features were on spot, however cost was major flaw.
Avantages
Highfive video conferencing provides an incredible software/hardware solution for users to video conference with almost anyone. Having multiple allowed platforms and incredible hardware definitely has the wow!
Inconvénients
Overall video quality at the time was a bit under our expectations, but still overall excellent quality. Licensing cost held org back from ultimately purchasing due to extreme cost yearly.

It was incredibly hard to Laymans to use this software
Fine overall service if you already have software installed. But a little too much friction to get set up.
Avantages
The software offers a lot of features that would probably be pretty nice for people that use it on a day to day basis.
Inconvénients
If you are new to Uberconference getting set up was a little bit of a nightmare. When attempting to do a conference I had to FaceTime to walk my client through how this was supposed to work.

Highfive Review
I would recommend Highfive if your company does not need to use the same service to host All Hands meetings.

Uber Conference is Uber Helpful
Avantages
I most enjoy how easy it is to use and to send out an invitation. It is so easy to send out an invitation through text message or email! The call quality is clear and loud!
Inconvénients
So far, I do not have any complaints. If there was better screen sharing access, that would be appreciated.

Great improvement in the past year!
Avantages
Very easy to get started and the free trial is easy to set up.
Simple UI/UX.
Offers a decent number of integrations.
Inconvénients
Low brand popularity - Most of my colleagues and customers had never used UC before.
No value differentiator since the video-conferencing sector is overcrowded.
