It is a simple and simple task manager, it helps you to establish priorities, organize your day with the essential tools of reocrdatorios, alerts, calendar, its interface is clean without major complications

You can not upload files if you have the free version of the software

Any.do is cross platform, so keeping yourself organised at different times and places is super easy. You can also share tasks and projects with your team members along with file sharing.

Inconvénients

Any.do is not very customisable. The free version has limited usability, to really get the whole benifit you need to pay a monthly fee.

Inconvénients

- The feature of editing and setting due-date for sub-task is not available. And it is a big flaw for me.
- Creating recurring task takes premium membership.
- Adding new tasks and setting due date could be more convenient
- I cannot move task just by dragging hem. And makes a little bit more difficult to organize task.
- No 2 way sync is available, and you can't vieew the task in your calendar account.
- Its interface is not effective

The usability that is easy and simple. The have a clean design that facilitates to use the services that the app provides.

I believe that the software needs more functions and integrations with other apps for example iPhone Agenda.

Any.do has great integrations, particularly with Amazon Alexa which has become a central part of my workflow.

The UI is absolutely horrible, making it difficult to actually use in practice. Lists are difficult to arrange and organize and the app features constant annoyances.

We used other solutions in the past, but Any.do is very easy to use and has a very clean interface, which makes the whole experience a lot more pleasant. It's a great product overall!

There are a lot of ways to label or tag your to do lists. The notifications can either be seen as helpful or hurtful, depending on the situation.

The notifications can get annoying, especially when you want to procrastinate!

It’s so easy to use! I’ve tried almost every to do app and always go back to Any.do! It works great with Apple Reminders.

I would love to have more premium features but the subscription is a little pricey. I always use multiple devices.

I like to use this for personal task management. That is, I use other solutions with my team. But if I have small tasks that are just for me they go here. The system is easy and love cross platform and browser version.

Sometimes I accidentally forget to hit a button to add task. I wish tasks were automatically added as soon as you start typing. No need to confirm to add it.

The main reason I love this application is because it lets me to quickly add tasks, prompts, reminders and lists that efficiently help me to get through the day without any troubles.

All my lists in one place, across all of my platforms (phone, tablet, computer) and works with alexa.

I wish you could categorize the lists into folders. For example all my personal lists in a personal folder, and all my different work lists in a work folder, separate shopping list in a main shopping list folder. Can't wait for smart grocery list to be available for android.

Any.do comes with the most basic functions that you would expect like the ability to share tasks with someone and make lists together, but my favorite feature by far was being able to use the feature that prioritizes all the tasks that you have by asking you questions.

any.do charges you monthly and I would rather buy the software outright than pay every month for it.

I liked the clean layout. Also, I can choose what day the week starts on, I can connect to Alexa and Siri, and can select which window of the app is the preferred home screen.

This app has a couple of issues. While those who need a simple task manager would enjoy this app, I'm looking for something a little more complex with more features. Also, scrolling through the calendar feature is too fluid, and you can easily end up in a different year and getting yourself confused if you don't pay attention. Also, the app wasn't colorful/visually stimulating enough.

It is very basic and offers recurring task scheduling (like a hyper functional time-table)

My favorite feature was being able to create tasks and share them with people. I also like being able to use the planner feature that could allow me to plan my day and prioritize my tasks.

When I would get behind I would get swamped and overwhelmed with the push notifications and would just avoid using it how it was designed.

I love how I can interact with this app on multiple devices. I love that it prioritizes my daily tasks to make it easier to get my many tasks completed and not forgotten.

I have not had any issues or complaints with this app. It took me a little bit to get used to but overall I am very happy with this app.

It takes seconds to work out what's going on and what needs doing. There's virtually no learning curve and the mental overhead introduced by using it is extremely minimal (exactly what you're looking for in a task management app).

Few things I liked about Any.do:

- Easy interface, hastle free software. Simply put, this application will get you through your day by easily managing your tasks and events minimizing your trouble.

- A great task management software as it makes your job easy by lessening your burden of remembering everything in your end. It has a planner, reminder and to-do list support for helping you out in more ways than one.

The app looses connection and you loses data. On several occasions I made quite a few updates and noticed the app wasn’t syncing. Tried manual syncs. Didn’t work. Closed and restarted the app and all the work I had done was lost. Logged and ticket with the developer and they didn’t care and just provided now help. Tried to get a refund and they just hid behind apple.

It has an easy use and has a simple interface to understand. In addition, notification and popup designs to increase the experience of use provide very good user experience.

I don't like it as UI, but the harmony between UX and UI is very nice. The general things I don't like about UI are more colors.

The setup was quick and easy. The way tasks are incorporated into the lists you generate makes it easy to keep everything orderly. You can also leave subtasks on the tasks and notes ,further breaking down what you need to do and making it more manageable .

Any.do feels underdeveloped for mobile and runs slower on it ,compared to desktop. It also doesn't have all the same features.

The learning curve is fairly low and you can be up and running in just a few minutes. This definitely helps me keep track of important daily urgent task and I also like the fact that it is available on multiple platforms.

They do have a premium version that does add some much-needed features to make this tool more powerful, however it will cost you a pretty penny.

One of the best things about any.do is that it has apps for most phone and computer platforms as well as a web app, so no matter what you use you’ll be able to sync your tasks. It also is a very simple user friendly app.

Super simple and easy to use digital to do list and task manager. Easy to have on my desktop or phone and keep up with what I have on my list and what I've accomplished. Love the snooze feature and the color coding.

I think the idea of having WhatsApp reminders is great. I haven't seen that before elsewhere. Recurring tasks are also handy.

Intuitive, clean design is why any.do is my favourite to-do app out there. It has a nifty web app as well, when I want to add or edit tasks in a detailed manner. Any.do moment is a nice feature which lets me overview upcoming tasks.

The notifications cannot be customised as per our liking, no other qualms considering I'm using the free plan.
