Works for multiple accounts, it doesn't run in a browser.

Inconvénients

The UI takes a lot of getting used to. I often find myself clicking on the wrong thing, even after a year. It doesn't allow you to undelete messages (not usually, anyhow). Various small things.

But the reason I came here to write this review is that they put a big, hot-pink banner (advertising a "sale" of some kind) across the top of it, and there is no way to remove it. How inconsiderate is that? Customer service has been very nice, but unable to help.

Mailbird help me stay on track of all my e-mail inboxes.

Working by myself, it1s hard to log in a lot of mailboxes and the possibilty to have everything in just one place, without messing with configuration, is awesome and a big deal for me.

Inconvénients

I think the only thing that could be better, is the integration with other apps, like WhatsApp, Trello or Todoist. Like a plugin.

Avantages

The ease of use, having everything in one place, being able to store things quickly and neatly in folders related to each matter, Spanish speller is a plus.

Inconvénients

Sometimes if you put the finger in the wrong key, specially when your are putting accents in Spanish by hitting the "ALT" key and the combination of number, you lose the e-mail and you have to start agai. It would be nice if it would have an autosave feature.

Perfect to manage all email account from the software, send and receive emails, manage your contacts.

as a bones,it is better if would have compatibility with onedrive, google drive and others virtual storage server, because sometimes it is necessary send files unavailable in your laptop or device where you are sending emails.

I heard about MailBird some time before I bought a license. I use the software with my Windows 10 computer and have replaced my other email clients because I love it so much. It's got a really intuitive interface and does a great job following the modern Windows way of doing things. The built in Windows email client is lightweight while paying for the full Office suite gets you the bloated Outlook client. MailBird gives me a great email program and it is fast and intuitive. I recommend it when I get asked.

I can't think of anything, really. So far it has met my expectations beautifully.

It works well with windows and accommodates a lot of different email domains / addresses. It's easy to use.

Inconvénients

The sidebar is not set out all that well and depending upon how many email addresses you have loaded this can obscure 'email folders' from view. You cannot see everything relating to an email address laid out in a sequential format, altogether as its separated by other email addresses.

Easily Auto Recognizes my IMAP server and I was up in no time. Use of multiple accounts on one system or the key will work accross your network. Like how I can change the style of the window for my mood and different skins are available. Pretty Cool.

Would be cool to add custom tabs based on internet favories to browse in the window rather than just pre installed versions of favorite websites.

The ease of use and customization makes it feel like it is mine. I can connect the apps I want and ignore the others.

Inconvénients

Some syncing issues with contacts once in a while, and it is hard to switch between accounts for a given app. For example, when you have two accounts using Google Calendar, the second account's calender will open in a window.

The product does a good job of allowing me to accumulate all my email accounts in one platform. It is fairly easy to set up and use.

Customer service is pretty much non-existent. I'm currently having a problem with all my outgoing emails form one account that are going directly to people's' spam folders and have not received any kind of help or response from Mailbird.

I love the fact that I could buy it instead of 'renting' it, like some of the software we see these days. Also, it was easy to add up to 10 email addresses. Also, their customer service is top notch when you have problems.

Maybe just the 10 email limit since I use more than that. But it's already great since most clients don't let you add 10.

It loads way faster than Outlook, and doesn't crash like Outlook.

I would be good if it would work with tracking software like Yesware.

only Windows version. I use Newton Mail in parallel, which as Windows / MacOS / Android / iOS versions, but it lacks the option to move messages across accounts.

Avantages

If you like Microsoft Outlook but you use another email client like GMail then you'll love this. It provides you with the features that make Microsoft Outlook great and adds additional functionality on top of that. Highly customisable as well - one of the best email platforms I have used! If you buy the Pro version as well it's really good value for money and you can buy a lifetime licence for a one off fee.

It offers a free version but the free version has advertisements and less functionality than the pro version. Although to be fair, the functionality you get in the pro version isn't a big improvement and some might not find it worth the money. The main benefit in my opinion is getting rid of the advertisments.

Sometimes I have some of the IMAP incoming emails marked as read without reading - Really rear problem.
I lack function to filter searched messages by “sent” and “received” ones.

Mailbird is great for people, like me, that have to manage multiple accounts. You can easily see in the unified inbox new mail tagged and highlighted to each account. This is the most important feature for me, and helped a lot on my time management aswell.
It has a lot of useful integrations that makes it the most important app in my workflow - where I can see basically everything I have to use during the whole day.

Inconvénients

The most interesting features are in the premium version, maybe the free one could offer at least two accounts inbox. Also, I have seen some emails arriving disconfigurated, maybe the way the HTML/CSS reads at the platform is not 100% yet.

It's easy to integrate other communication methods for Mailbird. The software is quite cheap and as easy to use as a email client can be.

Mailbird feel's somewhat bulky and integrations does not really feel like an integrated part of the software.

Chrome app shows only 1 page we cant add multiple pages like how we use on chrome browser. rest is amazing. UI can be improved.

I was impressed with the free version and bought the pro version the UI is very impressive when compared to Microsoft default mailbox, works very well with all types services. sync works very well, notifications work very well.

There's so much great stuff about Mailbird. I use it for my Gmail account because I don't like the Gmail interface. The ability to snooze messages was a big draw, but I also love the design, the fact that it's customizable, the one-click search sender method, the shortcuts...

The only thing I don't like is when you search for something in your email, it's started taking you to the oldest messages first instead of the most recent.

What I needed was a way to keep several emails in one place. I like the look of the program and the versitalites it offers for personalizing. It has tools to keep you organized within your mailboxes. I never have to close one program to access another it's all in one place. The pricing is reasonable for the service it provides

I'm not sure I have found anything significant to make me want to close out my account. Maybe just the spacing options on the signature lines

Reliability, Customer Support, All the Lies, Time wasted. We have belived their constant stream of lies for almost 2 years, so much so that we have change servers 4 times. Believing their was a problem with the servers and NOT mailbird. So we invested in our own server and we still have connection problems, but Mailbird just wants to blame the server or the ip address or the anti-virus software... Sick to death of it... And their response time is almost laughable if it weren't so serious.

I bought a lifetime license a couple of years ago. What I don't like is how can be unnecessarily complicated. For example, sorting emails by sender seems impossible and performing a search doesn't give me exactly what I want. And today I tried to add a cc to an email to which I was replying. Should be simple, right? I couldn't figure it out. Who wants to spend ten minutes trying to do what should be less than a second? And while the updates have become less frequent, but it seemed like a continuous, annoying thing at some point.,

It integrates all my accounts in an easy format. Allowing separation or integration of inboxes as I need. Making storage folders is easy. The system works really well with my Gmail accounts.

1. The automatic conversation organization is a bit cumbersome.
2. I immediately had an issue with the automatic movement of emails to the Archive folder after responding to the email. A coworker sent me a screenshot. I replied: Thanks., the email is gone. I find it in the Archive folder (not optional) and the screenshot is no longer readable. It's showing like a picture that is not downloading. No problem, I'll just move it back to the Inbox. Still not retrievable. I try everything I can think of before attempting to contact customer service....email only. Slowish response from a very nice guy (apparently in India). Not a great grasp of the English language, poor grammar, and comprehension. This starts a pattern of questions and slow responses that literally lasts two weeks before I stopped responding... Unbelievably frustrating. I felt like an idiot having to ask my coworker to resend the screenshot to me 10 minutes later. Cannot imagine that this product will catch on in a strong way if they do not change their CS model.

Looked dreamy when installed.....many accounts under one roof....looked good.

It has frozen my computer up solid about twenty times. I give up. Nice computer with 3tb SSD and 8 core up to date processor and 126G RAM. Win 10 latest. As soon as I open it - it sometimes just freezes up my computer SOLID. Have to unplug and reset. NO other program does that. Good luck with your company. I'm tired of being your QA department. You don't pay me enough.

Adding organizational Exchange accounts seems to be hit or miss, worked seamlessly for some, didn't work at all for others (yet). Windows 10 notifications for mails don't seem to always take me to the desired email, I have to first open the client instead.
