Tracking and updates system is great for the parents to understand about their child.

Inconvénients

It takes time to load. Only 40 pic upload is allowed. It will be helpful if we increase the upload number.

We found Parent very good, because it has a lot of features that can help us in our daily work. We are saving time with paperwork and also the feedback from the parents is great about Parent.

It's simplicity and ease of use not only for our Early Years Educators but for our parents too. The navigation for the app is very straight forward and this is very much needed when creating ongoing daily observations, daily updates and newsfeeds.

It's easy to use and pretty intuitive. It gives a good overview of who's arrived, who's sick or on vacation. It's easy to communicate with colleages and parents.

Parents has a lot of options and it takes a bit of time to get into them and use it proberly. But the support team team helped with a quick introduction and is always ready to help when needed.

All the features of Parent are very functional for Nursery managers. They save up a lot of time. The training Parent provide at the beginning is very helpful in guiding admin and teaching staff in using this app properly. The support team are very responsive . They always make sure to clarify any issue and follow up to keep their customers supported and satisfied.

I would've loved if we could link observations to program planning as part of a complete planning cycle.

Avantages

Very user friendly and easy to use, almost same experience while using Facebook when we post pictures and videos. The best part about it is our parents who became more interactive liking the pictures and tagging their children and having more valuable conversation with them in our virtual parental meetings via zoom.
Thanks Parent App for making our daily operations easier.

Avantages

I absolutely love the inspirations library; it makes it so fast and easy to prepare activities and serves as a database for all our activities that we can easily find and use again. The new survey feature has been helpful during the covid-19 pandemic, as we can create daily health surveys as required by the authorities. The documents module is also a great feature, now we can keep all our documents in one central place that is easily accessible by staff and we can share documents with parents directly.

Inconvénients

It would be a nice to have a feature so the parents are able to upload documents from their portal in to the child's profile. It would save the admin a lot of time.

Overall, the app supports educators and parents. My favorite is the Parent Messaging system. Parents get to communicate with their child’s teacher without any complicated procedure.

Nothing as such. Parent app provides support and keep developing which helps educators and families. The development leads to updates and gives more opportunities to connect and communicate with families.

Parent is very easy to access we use it daily and the transition from a different app to parent was super easy the team at parent are very supportive and available to communicate with them anytime

The most important "SEARCH" is missing from the app.
The app is also not user friendly for staff to share data among themselves. They have no options to share information, articles etc without enabling the send message option( which also gives parents to send messgae directly).
The latest updates have been really annoying and has led to lot of disappointment from staff and parents .

There are a lot of great features on the app. The daily reports, event planning, the calendar, etc. The more I work with it the more hidden treasures I find. One just really needs the training to understand all the features and be able to use them.

Anything I suggested to improve or change, as it would fit better our needs or make the app in general easier to use, has been taken on by the team. We have never been disappointed by the team.

It is easy, handy and awesome way to go paperless on passing out documents to the parents. I find the support team is very helpful.

Inconvénients

The tagging of photos individually was time consuming. I observe that as we have so many newsfeeds, it gets a bit slower to find old post.
