Landlords love it! It's an easy sell when we include it with our listing pitches and agreements. Landlords are also a fan having real time updates on the app. It also helps me track current deals.
Avantages
Ease of use and ability to quickly update listings.
Inconvénients
Quicker access to the deals I'm working on rather than looking or searching for it.

Great Reporting System
Avantages
I like that it is easy to input information and run reports. Bulk editing is the best part.
Inconvénients
I wish that ALL the field could have bulk editing, including deal lead, contact, etc. Also, I wouldn't mind if reports could be customized for easier transfer to excel.

Beneficial for Asset Management
Has allowed us to be more in touch with our properties from a management and leasing standpoint.

Easy Once You Get Into It
Overall it was positive. We successfully leased up a Class A medical office building while using it.
Avantages
The communication tool and the deal matrix tool.
Inconvénients
It took a bit to learn it...not quite intuitive enough for my taste.

What I really like the most about VTS is the numerous options to export several reports.
Inconvénients
What I least like about the software is, you cannot view the ID# for each prospect unless you export a report to an excel file.

We use VTS when tracking our leasing of 4.5M SF. It allows Asset Managers, Property Managers, and Accountants to review lease updates, add estimated leasing costs, forecast properly, and keep open communication between all employees. It is definitely worth the cost!
Avantages
The reports created are always easy to read and interpret!
Inconvénients
Sometimes the file/screen paths aren't as intuitive as I would like, but overall its a great system!
