Spacebase makes it easier to control real estate contracts.
Avantages
the repository functionality to store contracts on it and serve like a self service central location
Inconvénients
At times when a contract is renewed it can be difficult to know which is the latest version.

Breakthrough T1D Lease management
Working with SpaceBase has been a very positive experience starting with implementation, training and launch, as well as continued support.
Avantages
I find it to be very user friendly and easy to navigate. The functionality is great.
Inconvénients
I would like to see a little more flexibility in the reporting. We are on a fiscal year of July 1 to June 30th and I would like to be able to tailor reports such as rent forecast to our fiscal year calendar.

Lease and Accounting management Software
Our overall experience with Spacebase has been exceptional. The platform simplifies complex lease management and ensures seamless ASC 842 compliance, which has been invaluable for our team. Spacebase’s intuitive design made it easy to adopt, and the dedicated customer support—especially during initial setup and with custom journal entries—was outstanding. The software's integration capabilities, like with Workday, allowed us to streamline workflows across platforms. Spacebase has greatly enhanced both our lease accounting and lease administration processes, making it an essential tool for our organization.
Avantages
What we liked most about Spacebase is its flexibility and customization. The platform offers customizable modules that let us tailor features to our unique needs, making lease management seamless and efficient. Spacebase’s lease abstraction options have been invaluable, helping us organize and access key lease details quickly. Highly Recommend for Lease Administration!!
We receive amazing feedback from all of our clients that use and interact with Spacebase. It has allowed us to win accounts and generate more business. It is a great, user-friendly platform to stay organized across several real estate portfolios.

Good product
It is my go-to platform for leases and rent admin. It is quite straightforward to use, but it could have more functionalities and personalisation to improve the experience.
Avantages
Simplicity in User Experience, It is very easy to access what you are looking for.
Inconvénients
Graphic, it is very basic. Plus functionalities are not the best. there could be improvements for the final user, giving a chance to personalise the platform more.

Happy customer of a user friendly database

Ease of finding critical lease information for clients.

I'd like to see the dashboard show more options for individual leases (i.e. rent increases).

Long-term SB user and will continue to do so...
I have been a long-term user at now 3 different organizations. The customer service is excellent and the simplicity of the system - while still being able to be robust and complex - is key to my dependent departments.

Excellent for novice users

The most important feature to me is the customer support. If there is an issue, it gets resolved very quickly.

Amazing tool to our team
Very beneficial
Avantages
Fairly easy to use and teach to new people. We rarely ever have any issues, and when we do have issues tech support is fast to fix it.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it can run a little slow, which is not necessarily a huge deal because we can always call tech support

Best Lease Administration Software
I run a commercial real estate firm focused on startups and technology companies, and I recommend Spacebase to all of my clients. Spacebase is easy to use and intuitive. My clients just upload their lease documents, and Spacebase takes care of the rest.
I've vetted every lease administration option out there, and Spacebase beats them all, hands down.
