I have used ExpensePoint for 6 years now, and have been able to leverage many additional features since over this time. I have appreciated the help from the customer service team.
Avantages
The value for the money is tough to beat. Very responsive customer service.
Inconvénients
There are some limitations on what information can be exported out of Expense point and into our ERP system.

Easy to use
I like how easy it was to use and maneuver around the site
Avantages
A great system to help keep all the expenses organized and was very easy to use.
Inconvénients
It would be nice to track mileage which some of our users had with other programs.

Best Expense Report Software!
Overall experience with ExpensePoint has been great. Truly the best expenses software I have ever used by far.
Avantages
Apart from being a 100% user friendly to both users and admin, what I really like about expensepoint is that it can be customized according to business needs. And when it's customized, it even works like magic! Also, when ExpensePoint team promises you the best customer service, they actually mean it! They're always available to help you anytime, wherever part of the world you may be.
Inconvénients
Limited information displayed for the transactions (description not shown) when viewing the entire report which is a bit difficult when browsing quickly to look for a specific transaction by its description. I would need to open each transaction to see it's full description.

Third company roll-out and it continues to improve and impress.
Elimination of paper receipts, automation of account coding, simple tool for users which encouraged adoption and prompt approval and payment of employee funded receipts which also encourage adoption. Electronic workflow ensures proper approvals and accountability.
Avantages
Intuitive, even for team members who have not undertaken any formal tutorials or training. Team loves the functionality of taking pictures of receipts on the go and submitting reports even when on the road. Reporting allows us to ensure that submitted reports are reviewed, approved and paid on a timely basis.
Inconvénients
We are still working to fully customize the software to properly track units of measure (number of attendees, nights, car rental days, etc.) but the occasional miss is not a material con.

Solid Product and Helpful Support Team
Expense Point has been very helpful with our ever changing accounting needs.
Avantages
They have helped us out with every change we've ever needed, and are always very responsive to our questions and concerns.
Inconvénients
There is a general lack of customization by users...even some pretty simple seeming customization has to run through the support team.

ExpensePoint Review
This has consolidated as well as promoted for much change in our company. Our department heads are taking control of their financials for their departments and much of it started with questions when we began using ExpensePoint.
Avantages
Any time I have needed help, our rep has always been right there to assist very quickly. It has made things much smoother and easy for us.
Inconvénients
The app can have bugs every once in a while and it would be easier if you could click from the main screen when you have reports to review, rather than go into the Expense Manager and search.

Great Product and Customer Service!
The benefits of time, efficiency and electronic approval have been the most rewarding features. The customer service that [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] have provided in incomparable with thorough and timely responses - a wonderful experience!!
Avantages
We love that the product is so versatile and allows us to customize it as needed. In addition, the ability to move from a paper system to completely electronic with an electronic workflow has resulted in huge time and process efficiencies for our company.
Inconvénients
The only con is the learning curve associated with the admin roles; however when questions arise Customer Service is very knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Worked great to replace many manual processes across different departments
We moved from manual processes and happy to say we were successful in getting all departments involved quickly. Our process is faster and the data much more accurate.
Avantages
The APP based services allowing for each user to post their receipts then a central person can match and code the transactions.
Inconvénients
There were a lot of updates in the beginning but this has certainly better now. Support has always been very helpful.

Best bang for your buck
Avantages
The ease of use. It's very user friendly when adding new reports, and new expenses.
Inconvénients
Some features (like the workflow manager) is not intuitive. I've had to google how to use it and set it up.

Perfect Solution
Great customer service. Ease of use. Perfect package. Simple implementation.

I love everything about this software. It is easy to use and saves me so much time. The feedback from employees has been overwhelmingly positive. I can't believe it took us this long to pick this software.

There is literally absolutely nothing I don't like about ExpensePoint.

Best expense software I have used
Expense reports are not fun for anyone or any department but they are necessary. ExpensePoint makes them user-friendly and the admin features allow you to add rules which give users guidance or reminders of policies as they build reports.
Avantages
The app makes on-the-go reports very easy to build. You can snap a pic of the receipt/paperwork and not worry about keeping track of them while traveling.
Inconvénients
If you do not use the standard GL account structure, you may not be able to map the exported reports to your system. This creates more hands-on work or creative workarounds.

A great time saver
Previously, our organization was stuck in a paper-driven process. We were nearing the opening of another location which would cause us to spend way too much time and resources to transport expense reports from one location to the other. ExpensePoint has eliminated that entire process by allowing our staff to be literally anywhere on the globe and still be timely with reports. Not to mention, the headaches saved for administrative staff to chase down someone to approve reports. Now our staff can focus more on mission and vision!

Simplicity of coding expenses.
Inconvénients
Inability to store receipts prior to credit card transactions posting to a user's account.

Expense Point Great Support Accurate Time Saver
I went from a traditional expense program logging receipts and and documenting every detail. Since we went to Expense Point the support staff has be really great and helpful the program is easy to use and all expense topics are available. Customer support representative and staff have been helpful when submitting expenses for approval.
I cannot imagine doing expenses any other way... it is really great.

AUTO MATCH AND PHONE FRIENDLY
Avantages
The ease of use is incredible. The auto match receipts to transactions are very high percentage.
Inconvénients
The instances where you can't auto-match or there are multiple banks transactions to 1 receipt and you have to copy the receipt multiple times to match it.

I want you to know that you have an awesome team supporting your product, I am not all that computer savvy and was having a little difficulty surfing the site.
I called , left a voice mail, and a team member called me back promptly. They listened to my issue and quickly and professionally got me on the right track.
If I had to rate their courtesy and professionalism I would make it a 10 Star.

Now I PROBALY WILL HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK NEXT MONTH AND HAVE THEM WALK ME THRU IT AGAIN. (lol)(LOL)
