ExpensePoint User!

Overall, I would say this is a solid program that gets the job done!

Avantages

I like being able to do a custom expense report and have all the tools I need to submit a detailed report!

Inconvénients

The program is a little sluggish when uploading jpegs to attach to a report.

friendly users sofware +support

time saver ,easier to pull out specific informations about employee's expenses , great customer service

Avantages

Software : easy to use even with employees who are not familiar with office work ..

Customer support : simply fantastic i always gets the help i need in a timely manners

Inconvénients

none, but maybe for users adding receipts take more time than expected .. sometimes slow but overall great software

La mia esperienza complessiva con ExpensePoint è stata abbastanza positiva perchè semplifica e migliora il processo di gestione delle spese aziendali.

Avantages

Ho trovato alcuni vantaggi apprezzabili: la facilità d'uso, l'automatizzazione dei processi, la facilità di controllo, etc.

Inconvénients

Il costo che sembra un pò elevato, la difficile integrazione con altri sistemi.

Easy to use expense tool

Good software, good support

Avantages

easy to use, clearly structured, good reporting

Inconvénients

No search functionality in user list. Lot of scrolling needed

Happy Customer! Very professional team and a software that fulfill our needs.

So First benefit is that people don't have to carry around there receipts and lost them, and for us that the huge benefit.
Then I would say that on the long term it's gonna reduce the work of creating the report (waiting to see how the integration with our ERP works first!)

Avantages

First everybody we talked to was very professional and very reactive on every requests we had (even proactive). Great Customer Support!
Then what we like the most about the software itself is that it's very user friendly and very flexible for the company needs. Also best value on the market.
The receipt reader is a feature that we really love.

We are using expense point since a little more than a month and our company is very pleased with it. I definitely recommend it.
We are still in the process of integrating expense point with our ERP and looking forward to it. That would saves us a great amount of time.

Inconvénients

I don't have much cons because when we have a problem we notified the customer service that take care of it.
The only thing right now is that we are eager to have the Spanish Version!

Expense Point Review

We have used it primarily for Expense Reporting for our Retail environment. Currently more than 500 users are signed up and using it. It has helped us eliminate keeping and maintaining stacks of paper work. Easy to validate everything on their website which includes setting up hierarchies to managers and finally Accounting / Accounts Payables for final approval.

Avantages

The ease of use. Functionality. Easy to configure to meet your company's requirements

Inconvénients

Everything has some issues here or there, but on the whole, hard to say I have seen any issues with Expense Point

ExpensePoint review

Resolved manual Expense reporting for a large multi division company with excellent results.

Avantages

Functionality, customer support and cost.

Tutorials are not updated quickly with new technology.

PPG Administration review

Overall, I have had no problems with it

Avantages

I have no problems at all using the software....very easy to use

Inconvénients

when you submit an expense and realize you need to recall it, you can't so you have to have it "declined" and a notice goes to the person of the expense and they get confused.

Also, when it's declined, there isn't a reason as to why the expense was declined. It would be nice to have that addition.

If someone declines an expense you can actually write a comment to say why it is declined. Navigate with Ease

Avantages

I maintain ExpensePoint for multiple users. I find ease in entering report for each user and I am able to easily locate the report after it has been submitted. I also find the Receipt Wallet helpful. As the users I maintain turn in receipts I can keep them in an easily accessible place until I have all the receipts I need for the report. The Google map option is also a convenient way to have exact mileage for trips.

Inconvénients

Once I learned the program I have had no issues.

Great program for keeping track of your expenses!

Avantages

The ease of use is the best part of this program. Once you learn how to use it you are golden. It really helped streamline reporting my expenses.

Inconvénients

The training could be improved a little. I am pretty computer literate, but required additional help from a user before I got the hang of it.

User friendly

Avantages

Very user friendly. I use it to list my physician's expenses and it's very simple.

Inconvénients

I haven't seen anything that I dislike about this program. It is very easy to use!

ExpensePoint review

Very good piece of software. Good mobile app.

Avantages

Very easy to use and very intuitive. Users with little computer experience are using it comfortably after a few training sessions!

Inconvénients

Some minor issues with customization and receipt linking. As well, the receipt reader could be a bit more consistent and timely.

Expense point custome service

Very good

Avantages

Quick, competent and very knowledgeable. I had two people helping me and they resolved the problem and also helped me to fill in some info.

Inconvénients

I cant think of anything that I would improve on customer service.

The mobile app and receipt wallet make it easy keep up with receipts.

Inconvénients

It would be nice to be able to change the GL code for an expense that may be something for another department.
