I have not problem with system, I use all option in system to planning vacation, account for overtime, check plan vacation other colleagues in the department, generating raports

I like functional layout, and easy way to navigate the system

I think it would be good idea to add payslips

HRnest from employee view
I use HRnest to plan and organize my vacation leave, sick leave and home office days. I also check information about other employees.
Avantages
I appreciate HRnest most for simplicity, readability, functionality.
Inconvénients
Maybe you could add more function connected with callendar.

HRnest is very good
Avantages
Finally, you do not need to write out paper applications, you can send everything electronically.
Inconvénients
A bit too much clicking if someone only sends two applications: for a holiday leave and for remote work.Maybe it would be possible to hide or limit unused options? Or move the used ones to the top?

HR nest selected features review
HR Nest is a time saving, easy to use device. I like the tracking of business trips and holidays.
Avantages
I use vacation and business trip modules and find it easy and intuitive. Calendar feature helps to save time.
Inconvénients
None of the features I use are difficult.

Opinion after 4 months of use
The program is simple and clear even for a novice user on the first day. Everything is intuitive. You can move around on the platform comfortably.
Avantages
What I like the most is that I can very easily apply for leave, I don't have to print paper applications and go to HR. I can make up my working hours on an ongoing basis. When it comes to choosing a leave application, there are a lot of options, everything is transparent.
Inconvénients
To be honest, you don't get any downsides for this short period of use. It really made the job easier.

There's no cons for me to be honest. Paperless schedules mean greater transparency. With HRnest, we can make adjustments to schedules on the fly, without unnecessary
drafting and amending.

Good tool for daily work.
Avantages
Easy to use, clear interface, good reporting capabiliteies, - all what I need as team manager to keep my team in order. Acceptances of HO's, vacations - is easy. track who should go for holiday due to lots of days collected - as well.
Inconvénients
Accounting of business trip can be easier :)

I'm happy that I've been having occasion use this program because it's transparent in my opinion.
Avantages
Easy way to check in one place who is present/absent at work.
Inconvénients
Now I like least people with status on the homepage, where every have the capital letter U (Holiday), no matter that they have for example delegation.

Great solution especially for smaller companies
Avantages
We introduced HRnest in our company about 1 year ago and we are very satisfied with it. It's user-friendly, no need to organize sophisticated trainings for people. It significantly reduced the paper work and mistakes. It's extremely helpful in companies with outsourced HR /Accounting - information is exchanged quickly and properly. It's very useful for managers to track the holidays limits for employees and to plan the vacation period. I truly recommend HRnest.
Inconvénients
It takes time to create the accounts however most of the data you can load using defined templates.

Faster, easier
I work with various applications. They are very intuitive.

I am able to analyze the necessary data faster. I am able to settle e.g. business trips faster. There is no need to waste time preparing additional documents.
