It's great!
Avantages

It's really simple and reliable system which makes the every day working easier.

HRNest to help with daily manager tasks
Good tool for daily work.
Avantages
Easy to use, clear interface, good reporting capabiliteies, - all what I need as team manager to keep my team in order. Acceptances of HO's, vacations - is easy. track who should go for holiday due to lots of days collected - as well.
Inconvénients
Accounting of business trip can be easier :)

Easy to use HRM tool

User friendly
Ability to integrate with external systems like calendars
Inconvénients
sometimes it is working really slow and that is very annoying if you're in the rush
