Peu de points faibles, si ce n'est les enregistrements des actions des internautes, bien que cela puisse venir d'un problème d'utilisation en interne.

Nos encanta, porque es compactible con cualquier dispositivo, el usuario puede enviar sus documentos, de una manera fácil , cuando no estamos en horario laboral, el chatbot realiza nuestro trabajo, tiene excelentes funciones que facilitan nuestro desempeño en la atención con clientes.

The bast solution for payments
I used SmartUp in my store, but I often use it for my friends' payments or for the occasional off-store sale.
Avantages
For me, SumUp is the ideal solution for occasional payment processing. I recently received a payment card, thanks to which I will be able to use money from received payments very quickly.
Inconvénients
I really can't fault SumUp. Perhaps the activation of the SumUp payment card did not take place the first time and the activation SMS did not arrive.

Avantages
The features are simple and easy. And free.
Inconvénients
I would like if there was a reminder beep when someone has chatted you instead of just a dot on the tab.

Watch out for tis company
Bad support, not customer friendly. Never again

it's a overpriced chat solution. Nothing more
Inconvénients
in 4 years the price gone up with 143%!! without shame. There is no added value, they do find it normall that a product that cost less than 100 euro is after 4 years almost 250 euro.

Good Live chat
Smartsupp is free software with many features and easy to use but the chatbox design not elegant compare with the other live chat and also auto message is not free

chatbox design looks very old, not much font choices, auto-message only for paid

Great product overall for the price you pay
Awesome experience overall and well worth the cost
Avantages
I love the ease of implementation and the ability to customize the chatbox. I think there is a lot for the price that you pay.
Inconvénients
I feel as though sometimes it isn't not tracking every person that is on our site, like some of the visit are missed, but I am unsure how to determine that. Almost like it is assuming there are bots and it ignores them.

Very useful
Avantages
When I use this software I can instantly give informations to my customers and help them clear their doubts, that's the part I like most.
Inconvénients
The part I like less of this software are the limitations due to the free version. :)

Stable, easy-to-use chat software. An interesting option is Smartlook, which allows you to record the sessions of users visiting the website
Inconvénients
At the moment, I have not noticed any problems with the using Smartsupp

Is the only chat software that allow to manage differents chat windows located in differents websites.
Inconvénients
Currently the software have to improve with more features than a simple chat... I think the way is get a bot chat.
