6 years perspective from a small team (less than 10) manager
I have been using Amberlo for 6 years already within different workplaces. It helps to keep track of numerous cases and divide tasks within team members. It's beneficial even if you are a solo practitioner and pays itself off.
Avantages
Easy to use interface, responsive client support, customer's feedback is taken into consideration and executed (i.e. we suggested new functionality, improvements and got it delivered).
Inconvénients
Integration to MS365 is missing even though promised to deliver. We would benefit a lot if we could sync with the Sharepoint.

Great first choice for a legal practice management tool
I've used other practice management tools before, and Amberlo is the most cost effective yet provides the full suite of features to make your life a breeze.
Avantages
The intuitive design and affordable pricing packages make it a great choice. The client portal in the premium package is fantastic for updates.
Inconvénients
The lack of integrations to zapier and other third party software is a tough pill to swallow. The document registry aspect is a little confusing and I think more detailed online manuals would be helpful.

Great App for Law offices
We're using Amberlo for almost three years. This App has made our law office's organisation much more practical. You have everything you need in one place.
Avantages
It's easy to find clients and files that you need. Also, it's easy to track your daily tasks and to make invoices.
Inconvénients
Limited use of App on mobile phone. Also, you must fill in password every time you want to log in, even when password has been saved.

Amberlo: Benefits and limitations in daily legal operations
We use it several years but still we are confusing of many functions because it doesn't give the reliable data.
Avantages
Amberlo is indeed a comprehensive software for law firms. We particularly appreciate features like the integrated calendar, which allows us to manage daily tasks without the need for external tools. The simple invoice layout streamlines our billing process, and having all client contacts in one place enhances efficiency
Inconvénients
Amberlo is not without its flaws. Some Polish descriptions differ in meaning from their English translations, which can be confusing. Certain unclear functions, particularly those related to tracking employee efficiency, can be frustrating. For example, the fixed-fee feature doesn't reliably reflect earned revenue. Additionally, the pre-invoicing system is problematic, as it doesn’t give a clear picture of our financial status. Ideally, we would like Amberlo to reflect the same financial data as our bank account, though this isn't currently possible—it could be a valuable improvement.

Efficient and User-Friendly

Amberlo in a medium-sized law firm
have been looking for a long time for the right program for comprehensive management of the office, team and finances. There was always something missing. Finally, Amberlo turned out to be the perfect solution that has all the necessary functions in one place. Calendar management, document storage, team management, office finances, profitability of individual cases and measuring work time on projects. We have been using it for several years and I highly recommend it.
Avantages
What I like most about amberlo is the easy synchronization between the calendar, events and tasks. This allows me to easily manage tasks in the law firm's team of several people. Another advantage is the ability to monitor working time and assign it to specific matters.
Inconvénients
The downside is the limitations in the phone application. Currently, the application does not allow opening documents in cases. It is worth developing this function so that the attorney in court has access to the files also from the phone.

Review of Amberlo By An Australian Legal Practitioner
It is very easy to set up and to use while still having a lot of advanced features. The main functions of the program I use are time recording and invoice generation. My Practice is in Australia and it translates well to the local regulatory requirements my practice needs to satisfy.
Avantages
It looks good on screen.
Time recording is super easy to use.
Bill generation and payment recording is also very easy.
It is affordably priced.
It is one of the few cloud based time recording programs which also runs on a Mac as well as in Windows.
Inconvénients
The concept of whether you are time recording to a matter or to a client seems to be an important point of distinction but which I find confusing. There is no easy method to create a list of unbilled work in progress or unbilled expenses which I need to generate from time to time.

Functional application with many options
I definitely recommend it. At this stage, I cannot imagine our company functioning without this application.
Avantages
It allows me to monitor all processes in the company on an ongoing basis, contact details and documents are always at hand.
Inconvénients
No access to documents in the mobile application. The mobile application needs improvement. It is not possible to select the amount entered in the invoicing program with a distinction between net or gross amounts.

Amberlo is a complete game changer!
Avantages
Amberlo has all the essentials for running my solo law practice. I haven't seen another product out there that can do all the things this can for the price point. The customer service is top of the line and walked me through everything I needed to get started. I am absolutely in love with the client portal and document generation. Being a sole practitioner these features not only make my workload more efficient but also give the impression that I mean business - big business! Which is exactly what I'm looking for.
Inconvénients
It can be a little hard to get your head around some of the concepts and because it's a new product there aren't as many videos/tutorials/general self help information for it. That said, the customer service team is outstanding. Additionally, I couldn't upload my existing excel client list so had to manual input their information which I found very limiting considering how advanced the Amberlo software is and that this is a standard feature in most accounting software.

Neither Wave nor QB have the range of features that Amberlo does particularly the client portal, and document generation and customer support. Amberlo experience
Amberlo is very useful product with numerous advantages and lots of potentials. We are for now very satisfied with Amberlo and we hope that certain improvements in billing and invoicing area would make it even better.
Avantages
Amberlo is easy to use and it is reliable. The Client Management section provides many options which all work in practice. Timesheet Recording is simple and fast and offers many automatic options. Review of database of issued invoices is easy and it is possible to be reviewed based on many criteria. Once all billing properties are set, invoicing in Amberlo can also be helpful.
Inconvénients
Generally, an additional possibilities of customization of the processes would be very useful. This primally refers to billing and invoicing section where lack of many simple options and lack of customisation option make the invoicing processes complicated and lengthy and consequently this tool las productive. Also some improvements are possible regarding Timesheet Recording.

A very well proven time-tracking app
Avantages
A very useful tool for managing timesheets and then using the data to quickly issue and send invoices, keep track of statistics, plan work, create tasks, etc. Of course, it takes a while to enter all the data in the beginning, but the time spent is very quickly recouped.
Inconvénients
The customer could be given the possibility to choose more formats for invoices and reports, and to customise their layout and style.

The program is clear to use, has many interesting features and makes daily use easy. The problem lies in closing tasks for which you need to spend extra time. Great for creating new clients and appointments as well as a calendar. I highly recommend.

Great app for lawyers
I am very happy I tried this app, it helped my a lot with reporting time.
Avantages
It is very easy to start for a new user.
Inconvénients
To be honest I don't think there is anything I didn't like, maybe reporting the time could be a little bit better - if you don't write minutes or hours at the and, it automatically assumes hours which is often not the case.

Great for our in-house team
We were able to simplify our workflows, save a lot of time and reduce headaches for ourselves and our customers
Avantages
We had to look very closely to find the software that would meet our strict requirements in terms of security and regulations for our contract management needs. We did not want to spend too much time on implementing complicated solutions but we needed a comprehensive tool to manage our customer database and contracts. For our international team the multilingual interface was also one of the key points.
The software is very fast and sleek, not to mention the frequency of new updates and improvements released every month. Their new email management feature had reduced our workload significantly as we did not realise we're spending most of the time on our emails.
Inconvénients
At the moment there's nothing missing for us.

I use this software mostly for invoicing my customers and keeping track of worked hours.
Avantages
Entering worked hours is a very easy task in this software. I can smoothly add these hours to invoices and send them to my clients with only few clicks. That way I do not have to spend a lot of hours by trying to remember what I did during the month and all calculations are done for me automatically.
Inconvénients
Still miss document integration with google drive or dropbox as documents need to be added manually.

Amberlo App. Great software for lawyers
Amberlo has proven to be an incredibly useful tool for me in my daily work as a lawyer. I especially appreciate the case management module, which allows me to have all the information about the client and the cases in one place. This makes it much easier for me to track deadlines, remind myself of important activities and avoid mistakes.
The automatic invoice generation function has also sped up my office work. Previously, it took me a lot of time, and now I can focus on more important tasks.
Amberlo's technical support is at a high level. I can always count on quick and professional help in case of any problems.
To sum up, Amberlo is a solid and functional software that has made my work much easier. I recommend it to all lawyers who want to optimize their processes and increase their efficiency.

Amberlo is characterized by simple operation combined with advanced functions. I really appreciate the possibility of exporting almost all data to Excel. Additionally, they have great support and you can set everything individually with them. They are very flexible. Additionally, I love the ability to manage time and costs associated with running cases
Inconvénients
In general, I do not see any major flaws in it. What I would improve in the application and what may be a certain flaw is the way of archiving cases. Additionally, there are few functions that would allow for the precise division of the client base into people working in the office and visualization of parameters of such clients in the database of each employee.

Avantages
An extremely simple and reliable way to track the number of hours spent. Keeping records of clients and specific cases for each client is clear and sufficiently accurate. The entire system greatly simplifies client management.
Inconvénients
Just a few minor issues. Searching for matters is not intuitive, and the search function is overly complicated. It’s not possible to sort matters by number or client, only to narrow the search by parameters. Additionally, it’s not possible to include a fixed price on the invoice without specifying the number of hours, regardless of whether the actual hours exceed or fall short of the fixed price.

Match of simplicity in use and variability in tools
Avantages
Exceptional billing and invoicing system. It is a very useful tool in evaluating the financial growth of the company. Very useful time management and task distribution options. Also, they do not stop development and upgrades. They are always within one phone call if we need any help. It is very easy and intuitive in implementation and we easily switched to Amberlo from our previous billing system. The use of Amberlo on a daily basis helped us to evaluate our growth and understand our weaknesses.
Inconvénients
It might be beneficial to have more advanced task tracking system

Great tool for lawyers
10/10. Every law firm needs this kind of tool that helps to manage the day-to-day processes of the firm.
Avantages
The product is truly excellent and of high quality, perfect for both individual lawyers and large law firms. The software is highly functional, with a whole range of functions that facilitate work organisation, delegation of tasks, document storage, time-tracking, invoicing and debt management. Amberlo is a perfect tool. I recommend it.
Inconvénients
None. There are specific features that Amberlo doesn't yet have, however the developers are constantly improving the app.
