Great for small grages with a realistic budget
WONDERFUL, finding an invoicing and client management system that is cost effective is very hard. ARI meets all our needs!
Avantages
It has everything we need as a smaller shop with a GREAT price tag! We use the invoice, vehicles, and client features and dabble with the others.
Inconvénients
I am unsure why it populates multiple accounts for each employee and I can not get down the accounting feature but we do not require them for what we need

Its pretty good but had many small flaws that are very fixable, then it would be perfect.
Its pretty good and could easily be the best thing out there but it needs a bunch of little tweaks to get there.
Avantages
Its affordable and gets the job done adequatly.
Inconvénients
Its very buggy. At least the repeating payments and invoice entries seems to have been fixed. However the scheduler is confusing because you cant assign tasks to different technicians or change the color for appointments so it is very difficult to use. The invoice tempkates became very difficult to edit when they used to be easy. I need to be able to add regular fees, before taxes and they need to be totled by my choice not "other" no one is happy seeing "other" on an invoice. There needs to be a way to add a customer paid fee to the pay online option. I dont need to sacrifice $100 so a cuatomer can put their $2000 bill on a credit card. I need to be able to pass that cost on to the consumer. Also when Im in invoices and I ipen one and go back to the list, it should take me to where I was not back to invoice #1 every time.

Hands Down the Best Shop Management Software
Excellent product, with outstanding customer support. The ARI team constantly upgrades and patches the software as well as introduceing new features.
Avantages
We have most of our business processes in one spot.
Inconvénients
At times it is glitchy and freezes up, requiring a reboot.

Amazing honestly ive had to program for many many years now

Easy to use, lots of features, there is something for eceryone in the program. They have now linked the software with repair software 😀

Nothing, everything since day 1 has worked great. I got this app when it was just an app the 1st year of realese,to see it grow into the program it is now is spectacular

Avantages
I like that it actually works, and I have been able to send invoices and keep track of vehicles.
Inconvénients
I would say it has small glitches sometimes and with certain items fixed like sending email invoices, saving maintenance labor cost better, customer could approve/deny from their end would make it a great system.

I have been using Ari now from the moment it was added to the App Store I’m grandfather in and the cost is extremely important in a small business

It's been pretty great, way easier to use and business friendly than QB.

Ease of use, and that it's geared towards mechanical work.

The email setup won't let me add my email in since the last update.

These guys really stand out
My overall experience has been ok. However, I think the team is great, and believe they are working their butts off to make the best product possible for those of us in the industry. So far I believe, with everything considered, they are well ahead of their competition in many ways. Especially when you consider what you get for your money. Premium software at a great price!
Avantages
Easy, friendly, quick communication with the team, valuable updates to the software regularly, product is very easy on the eyes. The team actually takes takes feedback and works to figure things out to grow their product. And it’s not a bunch of nameless faceless peons who seem to be detached leadership. I feel like a real team is behind this from the top down.
Inconvénients
The calendar they have to offer is functional, but I wish there were more to it to make it work better for me. And offered integrations with other calendars.

ARI Is Awesome
Excellent! From customer service to product to updates that seem to be constantly moving toward better and better, this program is amazing!
Avantages
The very best part of ARI is their customer service! Any time we have had an issue or needed more information, we are able to message or email them, and they always respond back within 24 hours (time zone difference)
Inconvénients
We use it between 3 devices, and sometimes it takes it a while to sync the device something was changed on to the other 2 devices.

Grate App to manage our shop
In the year we have had the software, it has been useful and comprehensive. They have excellent technical support that takes into account any update suggestions.

Sometimes it is slow and heavy to load on the web. They could also improve the reports with more filters.

I honestly really like the app and I’m always recommending it to my friends and they really like it. Just takes some time to get used to and setting up the inventory is a lot of work

I am very satisfied with this product. Its very cost conscious and fits in well with my business on a day to day use. I have the mobile app on my phone, so i can access my customers and business anytime.

ARI use report
I use ARI mostly for work orders to track repairs done to a truck fleet. The reports i need to generate for an audit works awesome with all dates and miles as well as repair details all on the report for DOT audits
Avantages
Building work orders and tracking from start to finish is awesome
Inconvénients
What i like least about ARI is editing the work orders needing to go to the top right corner and find what i want to edit. These should be small radio buttons right on the work order

Great Value, Actually Saves Me Money.
Avantages
Efficiently keeping track of ordered parts for customer repairs is crucial to make money. Since switching to ARI my profits have increased.
Inconvénients
Could be less simple, I like the ease of use but my previous shop used LightSpeed which had way more options and data points. More Data Points and shop statistics would be nice. A Video series for tips and tricks would be cool, maybe I'm missing a lot of hidden features.

Great Cost Effective Program with Many Features
It was a bit slow for me to get started but once I put some time into getting the program set up and fine tuned I have been reaping the benefits. Much more cost effective than competitors and constant updates and improvements keep me a returning client.

The constant effort by the creators to make this program more and more useful and efficient.

Small bugs and inconveniences that I’m sure will work themselves out over time.

Just Great Software
Avantages
The system does take some getting used too but then again what system doesn't, the part I like the most is the ease of seeing what's been paid and what hasn't been paid, also having the added feature to add client notes and service reminders to accounts
Inconvénients
The "clunkyness" of the software, while these are minor they are holding this system back from becoming a high volume shop software, works great with less than 10 employees or by yourself as a shop management

Simply the best.
When I was searching for a program to run my auto shop this one is the best. I installed/downloaded 5. Super easy to use, had all the features I needed, and more. I was up and running in less then half an hour. The ability to give my customers accurate quotes and turn the quote into the work order/invoice saved me so much time. And being able to put the VIN in fills in all the rest of the information on the car right then. I love it. And if you use a different system you should check this one out. I bet you switch programs after one day.

This software was very user friendly. I had no issues setting it up or learning to use.

I can’t say I have anything negative to say about it.
