Avantages

Easy to use, lots of features for example the patient invitations. It is easy to send structured questionnaires to enrolled subjects.

Inconvénients

If you have multiple ongoing researches in RM, you have to click on several buttons to select the right research. I think, this could be easier.

Avantages

The Study Management module. It is very intuitive and clear.

Inconvénients

The Data Management module. It is not very intuitive, for example when a new study team member, with already existing log-in, needs to be added to the team.

Avantages

Easy to use. Very clear to me what I have to answer.

Sometimes there is a bugg in the system. Or it is to slow

Avantages

- At the beginning of this year, our hospital merged the different links needed for METC manager, Data manager and Researcher manager. This is was a good idea.

- The software has a relatively logical construct which could enable a new user to navigate the site.

Inconvénients

- Despite the relatively logical construct of the website, the information provided in the Help-tab is not sufficient. Most time I would have to resort to calling the administrator.

- A lot of information has to be re-entered for the different modules in Research manager. This is very time consuming.

Avantages

All of the buttons are properly placed, resulting in a simple workflow. It is a systematic application for data gathering and managing research.

Inconvénients

The scroll bar is a little bit problematic

Overzichtelijk in studies management, maar ook fijn qua datasets opbouwen en invullen.

Het was wat moeilijker om een andere taal te implementeren qua vragenlijsten, maar uiteindelijk lukte dit ook!

Avantages

Het programma maakt het heel goed overzichtelijk welke documenten je wanneer moet uploaden. Hierdoor wordt je meegenomen door het process.

Inconvénients

Over het ResearchManager zelf heb ik eigenlijk geen nadelen kunnen ontdekken. Het hele administratieve process om studies op te zetten is wel erg uitgebreid en neemt ondanks de hulpmiddelen wel nog veel tijd in beslag welke ik liever aan onderzoek besteed.

Avantages

CTMS: het zelf kunnen inrichten van de processen en kunnen wijzigen.

Inconvénients

De ondersteuning zou uitgebreider mogen. In de beginfase is niet duidelijk geworden wat er vast ligt (rollen en daarbij horende beperkingen/mogelijkheden). Daar lopen we later tegen aan.

Avantages

Inzichtelijk systeem voor indiening en beoordeling van METC voor onderzoek.

Inconvénients

Veel stappen voor het zetten van vinkjes voor de supervisoren. Dit kan efficienter. Graag een appart tabblad voor tussentijdse updates van studies met een duidelijke tijdlijn

Avantages

Overzichtelijk op een rijtje welke documentatie moet worden aangeleverd. Daarnaast het gemak dat wij als bedrijf tesamen met het ziekenhuis waarmee we samenwerken dit overzicht kunnen vullen.

Inconvénients

Het gebruikersgemak wat betreft UX en design zou geupdate kunnen worden waardoor alle menu's en updates gemakkelijker te vinden zijn.

Faciliteiten die ik nodig heb zijn in 1 systmeen geïntegreerd

Inconvénients

Bouwen van databases is, zeker voor minder ervaren onderzoekers, niet erg intu"tief

Makkelijk in te vullen, loopt niet vast!

Inconvénients

Sommige vragen zijn gesloten dan zou het fijn zijn als je ook toelichting kunt geven. Of uitgebreidere antwoordmogelijkheden hebt.

I like the overview I have when using the software

extra saving when uploading studydocuments.. when forgotten, the documents have to be attached/uploaded again

Avantages

it is good that multiple people/departments can acces the same documents.
good that only selected people have access
digital system is better than only copies on you own PC.

Inconvénients

Sometimes for me it is unclear where to to place documents.
some features are too small, therefore I cannot easily find them

for me the system does not clearly indicate what documents are the most het most recent approved ones.

Avantages

- Easy to work with
- Option to send questionaire via e-mail

Inconvénients

- No message when someone filled in the questionaire
- Exporting results to excel can be quite hard (you have to think about this when drafting the questionaire)

Easy to use interface and simple data entry.

Not very attractive layout, more could be done for this.

Ability to input al data in software and make it available to everone in the research team.

Interface could be improved; too many clicks to cover all functions.

Avantages

The software facilitates the process of filing a research application for ethical review. Navigation is instinctive and the different tabs give a clear overview of the relevant information.

Inconvénients

To me the meaning of the different status is not always clear, so sometimes I don't know wheter I should wait or fill out a further step.

Avantages

The software is clear for users, when uploading documents for a study.
It tells you multiple times to save your changes, this is a plus!

Inconvénients

If something is not applicable for your study, you still have to fill something in. Which is not always correct.

Avantages

Convinient to use, clean look, straightforward

Inconvénients

No cons at this point, but I do not use it on a regular basis
