So far, so good...
We're pretty new to the platform, but so far we like it! Like any software, there are a few missing functionalities, but overall it's great. Way better than Clockify and Hubstaff :-)
Avantages
The integration with Asana is excellent—way better than any other time tracking app we've used in the past.
Inconvénients
There are a few functionalities that I wish it had, for example, the ability to choose which day of the week your work week starts on (not just Sunday or Monday). I also can't get the idle detection to work properly.

On our pricing page, it is explained that the free plan does not include integrations, including ClickUp. It also mentions that if an integration is enabled during the trial, it must be removed—along with any synchronized data—before transitioning to the free plan. We handle this process upon request to our support team. You could have reached out to us, and we would have gladly assisted you with this.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a fully free product with integrations.

Everhour is worth every penny
The set up is easy. The interface is really intuitive. I love that it integrates with other systems seamlessly and any calls to support have been answered promptly.
Avantages
What I like most about Everhour is that it that it's drop dead simple to use and integrates with my other systems like Trello seamlessly.
Inconvénients
All the features and functions of the product are great. All I would say is that $50 a month seems a bit steep for a one-man company. It's the most expensive SaaS in my tech stack - by far.

Very user friendly
Very good experience. It's pretty intuitive and works pretty well for my purposes. Easy to use with Asana. Very user friendly.

Inconvénients
It would be better to be able to create tasks to asana through everhour. Tasks like morning preparation or reading an email of a client that takes 4 minutes cannot be attributed to a project until first created in asana. Would be great if this step could be skipped

Amazing Time & Utilization Tracking
Super please. Exactly what I was looking for and glad we made the switch
Avantages
I was looking for a solution that would allow me to capture time for each of my clients projects. The integration with Asana is perfect and provides us the info and access we need to be successful.
Inconvénients
None at this time, so far very happy with everything Everhour offers

Inconvénients
I would love a cheaper per-person rate for contractors needing basic time-tracking capability. I would love it if the reporting setup was a little easier and template-driven.

Good product
Overall is a good product that have their pros and cons

It is very user-friendly and the interface looks good. Easy to use for the employees
Inconvénients
The mobile app is what I liked the least because it is just for iPhone and not everyone on the company have iPhone, so when they are working outside the office they are not being able to keep track of the time spent on a project. Even with people with iPhone they are not able to search by project

the good review that puts others to shame
It has been a very helpful tool that is used every work day.
Avantages
It is integrated into everything: google docs, sheets, etc. I love the extension feature in my browser so I can quickly view my activity and start/stop the timer anywhere. The app's integration in the app clickup is something I use every day.
Inconvénients
sometimes the timer is laggy or won't stop when I click stop. Not entirely sure if its my computer or not though.

The fact that I can't clock in our out in mobile. This needs to change. Many projects are not performed at a desktop.

things you could implement in Everhour:- upper as well as lower estimation (min h, max h) rather than only upper + the possibility to import these estimations from other systems, e.g. Asana,- a more developed tab with holidays, remote working, flexible working hours, so we could move away from our internal excels

Everhour ClickUp Integration Saves Makes Time Entry Simple
Avantages
We've collectively saved hundreds and hundreds of hours across our 20-person company since we integrated Everhour with ClickUp just over three months ago. It's made time tracking so simple and intuitive.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it's difficult to search for projects because the project names get truncated too much – I've only used Everhour for time-tracking in ClickUp, so this could be an integration limitation.

Robust time tracking app
Avantages
I love the ability to integrate with Monday.com, and track activities while tasking.
Inconvénients
I didn't see an easy way to reference a weekly calendar in which I could easily review and edit time-based (clock based) logs / entries, but I believe this might be a feature under development.

A great tool for teams using Asana
Everhour has many excellent features, including attaching allocated hours to projects. When coupled with Asana for project management, it makes the process of employee time tracking a breeze!
Avantages
Ability to enter hours, or use the built in hours timer.
Inconvénients
Lack of an pull-down menu option for Notes.

Everhour makes managing our projects and team more effective
Avantages
We track our time directly in our project management tool. It makes budgeting easier and more effective, saving us time and keeping our attention in the place where we do all of our work: Asana.
Inconvénients
It would be great if the accounts payable side of Everhour integrated with Xero, i.e., what we owe to contractors. Then it would be a complete package!

Integrated Time & Expense Tracker
Good.
Avantages
It works well with Asana. Convenient button in each task to just start tracking your time.
Inconvénients
That I can't use it for my own company because it requires different emails for each team you're a member of. Also, you can't use it in the app, only in a browser. :(

If you want to keep it easy, go for Everhour
Everhour helped me become more organized and learn how to effectively keep track of my time, as it was the first tool I've used as a time tracker, and the fact that I could immediately connect the time spent on a project with the time tracked spared me much time.
Avantages
Everhour it's easy to use and it's designed so you can immediately visualize what your team is doing and how you're investing your time. This is what I like most about the tool, as a quick look is enough to know.
Inconvénients
I don't like its homepage, as I didn't need some of the features and I found it unnecessarily complicated. But some other people may think differently, that's my take because I only needed the time tracking and project management section.

I've Tested the Alternatives: Everhour is the Best Time Tracking Tool for Apps like Asana and...
I've been using Everhour for over a year and things have been great. I've used the major alternatives and Everhour is the most seamless to use with the most features.
Avantages
It's seamless integration with Asana. The ability to capture data directly from Asana and track time without having to define a project every time you need to do so is a huge time saver. The ability to also track budget based on whatever ways work best for your business model is fantastic as well (e.g. by cost, hours, billing, etc.).
Inconvénients
A few things I wish were better would be:
• A direct integration with Data Studio.
• The ability to handle expense recording directly within Asana and/or the ability to do bulk expense recording.
• The ability to handle workload management using Asana data.

Decent time tracking software with great reporting
Everhour is a good time tracker with advanced reporting features, however it requires more organization than our team was consistently able to accomplish. It would be best for those with more defined roles, who perform the same few tasks on a regular basis.
Avantages
We love how Everhour can show how long each team member, and the team as a whole, have spent on any given task and project. This really helps us control costs and get an accurate idea how we are all spending our time. We use it in integration with Basecamp.
Inconvénients
The integration with Basecamp is a little clunky - you can only track time on items that are already entered somewhere as a “task” in Basecamp, so we ended up with long, individual “ongoing for time tracking” lists to make sure we could track all our time. One team member really had difficulty figuring out how to track time and it became an issue. The value of the reporting only works if every team member is very organized & disciplined about categorizing tracked time correctly, so we often weren’t able to get the data we hoped for. We would have liked an easier way to report some of our tasks, because on a small team where everyone “wears a lot of hats,” coordinating between Everhour and Basecamp to make sure everything was tracked in the right project could get tedious and overwhelming.
