Great platform that can help any company

Maintain X for Property Management
It's been a great app to use for our maintenance division and we plan to continue using it.
Avantages
Great customer service. Whenever I needed help with the app or any billing related issues they've been quick to respond and helpful.
Inconvénients
It would have been helpful for us as a property management company to be able to add more client profile information and files.

Game Changer
Simply put it's been a game changer for our department. The amount of time and effort this product has saved us has been so helpful. I'd never go back to our old system, we use this product daily and rely on it to be effective. It's been a great overall experience and I would honestly recommend it to anyone who manages any kind of property and maintenance staff.
Avantages
This product has had a huge impact on our production and organization since it's implementation. It's been so easy to use and getting the rest of the team on board with the new system was really easy. I honestly can't imagine ever going back to the old way of using paper work orders. This is such a huge time saver for us and really is key to keeping track of all of our work orders across our different properties. It's great to be able to get all the key information into our techs hands out in the field being able to view photos and details in real time. And from the admin side it's a great being able to see when things are being completed. The asset tracking has been key for keeping track of our water meter readings and keeping up with vehicle maintenance as well. Having so many requestors is a big value as well; it gets our whole team involved with the facilities upkeep and has gone a long way to keeping our properties looking so nice and running smoothly. Oh and I can't forget to mention the team at MaintainX and their technical support. They've been so easy to work. They are always easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Any issues I've had so far have been taken care of either within a few hours or a day at most. It's so nice to get an actual person working at the company helping instead of a generic foriegn call center whos just googling the troubleshooting. They are always friendly and engaged in whatever you're calling about, so a big thanks to them.
Inconvénients
There's really not much I don't like about MaintainX. I guess if I had to pick something it would be that there doesn't seem to be many updates or new features added very often; or at least ones that impact our field or the areas we use it for. I've suggested some features to the team before but haven't seen any really implemented yet. But it's not the end of the world; the current build is still very much optimized for what we use it for.

Finally an in depth, very intuitive
I searched for three years and tried four different applications before we settled with MainainX. They are in our opinion, the Gold Standard.
Avantages
Too much to describe. basically it work the way maintenance workers think. Everything is linked and it makes it easy to build the assets files, store information about the assets, and link it to parts, vendors and contacts.
Inconvénients
There are a few quirks. Sometimes you have to exit the application to see information that you update. And, it would be nice to be able to transfer contact information for other applications directly. Not a deal breaker.

Keeps employees accountable!
Avantages
It has made everything so much easier. It helps employees remember to do their daily tasks and keep track of bigger projects.
Inconvénients
Scheduling isn't as customizable as I would like.

Huge amount of functionality
Huge amount of functionality!! Incredibly useful tool for managing our maintenance and general tasks. Although designed for repairs and maintenance we also use it to assign administrative jobs to members of staff or teams. MaintainX gives us a full overview of what is outstanding, who is working on what and the status of every task!

Premium plan not particularly flexible - a middle step between free and premium would be great as it's a large amount of money

MaintainX is a useful tool
It is a good value for the price we pay. Great product for very reasonable prices.
Avantages
MaintainX is very easy to use. It helps track all the work we do and we no longer have to keep as many paper records on file.
Inconvénients
We are still learning how to use it but I would like to be able divide out the parts by category.

Love MaintainX
Excellent. Customer service is always great and we are always informed about the newest updates.
Avantages
It is extremely easy to use and new hires are able to catch on very quickly.
Inconvénients
I wish we were able to use it as a time tracking app for employees hours for payroll.

Good option!
Avantages
Very easy to set up and use. Other systems are difficult to setup without help but not MaintainX. They are upgrading new features very often
Inconvénients
Very slow to add pictures on comments, one by one. In general terms not many thing I would like them to change or improve

Good Product
Overall we are very happy with the software. It really helped us as we were writing all job in a call book and trying to keep track that way. This is much easier you see everything that hasn't been done yet and you can prioritize the urgency of the call.
Avantages
Very user friendly, you can assign jobs to technicians, you can set that technicians only see jobs assigned to them. Separate column for to do and done. You can clearly see which job is in progress. Nice filters. You can prioritize calls.
Inconvénients
There should be another option added for parts on order that way we would know which job we are waiting for parts.

Great product for running an Airport
Still developing best utilization and have yet to take advantage of all feature, but having basically built a facility management system from scratch using MaintainX provides a great deal of insight on best practices.
MaintainX has been extremely helpful for overall asset management, document storage, budget justifications, proof of regulatory compliance.

Home Watch Co. uses Maintain X
They have been extremely helpful in customizing a program that works for my company. It has saved an enormous amount of time.

Great for tracking maintenance activities with varying degrees of detail.
My husband is a maintenance technician for a major hotel chain. They use an app to assign and close out tasks for the maintenance engineers. That gave me the idea to search for one for home use. We love maintaining out house. My husband like this app more than the one at work. I've recommended it to friends who struggle with their "to-do" lists. I get notified when my husband completes tasks and I have tasks assigned to myself as well :)
Avantages
I like that I can quickly enter tasks, assign people and most importantly deadlines and priorities.
Inconvénients
I could probably use MORE notifications about outstanding tasks.
