MaintainX

Avantages

After researching several MMS's, I found MaintainX to be the most user-friendly software. If that wasn't enough, the salesman ( [sensitive content hidden]) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable at the beginning of my journey. As I continued to work with MaintainX, [sensitive content hidden] the MaintainX team provided excellent customer service which drove me to select this software as our companies MMS. After implementation, the superb customer service did not stop there. I have worked with many members of the MaintainX team ( [sensitive content hidden]) and each one of them embody that Customer Service trait.

Inconvénients

There are a few features within MaintainX that I would like to see implemented, but the team is very open to those ideas and have stayed on top of them while providing me updates.

Avantages

Easy to navigate, easy to keep track of all work done and needing to be done.

Inconvénients

I would like for a completed work order to show up on the day it was completed instead of the day it was made.

Avantages

Easy Set up, Can review asset history. No need to print and store paperwork. Access for non maintenance team members to request work. Can upload pictures, videos and PDF's directly to a workorder seriously improves communication.
Easy to edit or re-open workorders where follow-up work is required and comments get sent back to the original requestors.

Inconvénients

When exporting lists of workorders, Limited to 200 entries requiring large lists to be manually parsed together.

Avantages

Very effective tool - and intuitive. This tool has improved our maintenance planning short and long term. Great tool for communicating across teams to address maintenance issues. As a manager it is very effective to monitor the status of work. We are in the process of including more procedure and audit, so proving very useful for contract management and health and safety. Awesome tool.

Inconvénients

I have no issues with Maintain X as an operational tool. As we grow our information, we will have a mix of scheduled maintenance items and reactive. I'm aware you view these within the system. I'm wondering how we could separate these so we can view these on the main screen to separate the scheduled and reactive for each facility. I'm sure there is a way - but haven't really delved in too deep at the moment because it isn't causing an issue, but I may in the future.

Avantages

Ease of use. UI is very easy to understand. Flexibility with reporting and free form fields for notes are helpful also.

Inconvénients

Per user fees. Maybe an enterprise license for unlimited users is an option. With our changing environment, number of users changes (both up and down) quite frequently.

MaintainX is little bit hard to explore at the begining.

Avantages

One of the best things about MaintainX is how easy it is to use. Everything from setting up procedures to actually completing work orders has been set up to be simple to use and easy to navigate. The support team worked with us to get all our information transfered over and did a great job explaining how everything worked within the system. This helped to make the transition to a new system much easier than what we had expected.

Inconvénients

Not being able to batch print work orders if needed.

the only complaint i have with it is how often SAP and Maintain X are updated with each other- that may be on our end.

Ease of deployment and adding users is extremely simple. A novice administrator can definitely use this product.

Types of users could use some more work. As well as generalizing some procedures and adding fixed meters.

It will freeze up once in awhile in my old phone . It takes up alot of space and ram it seems like .
