Quick implementation
Avantages
Its very intuitive, easy to work with, easy to implement, and easy to train the team on.
Inconvénients
Its a little pricey, but the cost is worth the information, and overall use of the system to bring all of our facility equipment together.

The most user friendly and modern platform to date
Overall MaintainX has been working well. My technicians have picked it up quickly and the migration from our old system went well enough. The team is receptive to feedback and improvements to the platform as well.
Avantages
User friendliness and mobile app are by far the best on the market. My technicians were able to pick it up and run with it with little training. That is how easy it is to use.
Inconvénients
Although cheaper than other CMMS systems out there, there are a few missing features that we would like to get added. Floating PM's should be a standard and not require extra implementation. I know the team is working on this. The purchase order module is fairly basic and doesn't directly talk to work orders.
It makes adding service calls by vendors take a little longer due to extra steps to add their costs to a work order and ultimately to an asset.

Amazing Maintenance Program!
So far it's been amazing. [sensitive content hidden] was so helpful in explaining and getting me started. [sensitive content hidden] has been so great (and patient) going over any questions and doing additional training. Also, getting all my inventory and assets added in was such a huge relief for me. The program we had before, I had to do it myself or I could pay them to do it for me, not good customer service. MaitainX goes above and beyond for customer service. Another great experience is how they get back to me right away.
Avantages
It's very intuitive and it has covered EVERYTHING. Every time I would ask "Can it do this?" it always can. For example, sending a notice bot in the MaintainX program AND and email for work orders is so nice. Another thing that was amazing that [sensitive content hidden] entered in all of our equipment and inventory. We simply sent him a list and he entered it all in. That save such a huge amount of time! When I asked about naming adding categories [sensitive content hidden] said it didn't have that option. But, within a few days that option had been added. I was shocked! I'm so happy I found MaintainX! Oh, and assigning QR codes instantly to all my assets and inventories and then to print them all out at once, again, so amazing!
Inconvénients
I can't say anything right off hand, so far, I've loved everything about it.

While we are relatively new to the software and still learning the full scope of its capabilities, we are very impressed with the tools it offers which will definitely help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our technical teams to complete their duties on a daily basis.
Avantages
While the program is very extensive and covers a wide range of maintenance issues we require it is at the same time the interface is very easy for our technicians to learn making its integration into our maintenance department quick and easy. The sales team has also worked closely with us helping us choose the right package for our needs which we see growing as our familiarity with the software improves.
Inconvénients
So far we have no complaints, we are still leaning the full scope of the program but are extremely happy at this point of its integration into our operations.

Lead Maintenance Mechanic
I have been with this company for 9 years now and its the best one we have chosen to use yet.

MaintainX For a Brewery / Restaurant
Great experience working with MaintainX from the initial trial of the full software to the purchase. Then the library of videos of how to use the software to the meetings with your MaintainX representative that helps further your use of the software.
Avantages
The system runs on PC and mobile at the same time. The mobile app allows the technician to take photos, text, and describe the work being done. All the information once entered into the mobile app can be seen at any device with the MaintainX software in seconds. MaintainX has multiple ways to create inspections, pms, and work orders for the onsite technician's input.

It takes some time to develop your inspections, pms, and work orders.

MaintainX is the best!
My overall experience with MaintainX is very very positive.
Avantages
I like the ease of use with MaintainX while still having a very fair and reasonable price. [sensitive content hidden], my account rep has been the best help and can answer any question I may have. Super easy to use, nothing beats it.
Inconvénients
There are not many things I can complain about but if I were to mention one thing it would be a better way to filter the sections but it is near perfect.

Best in class!
Overall it was and has been great I do recommend this product for a specific scale of operation that's not looking for a full enterprise level solution.
Avantages
The ease of use for myself the administrator and how simple it is for the technicians to use.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the view of what is completed and what is open on the home page is not the easiest to filter for a quick view and the PO's only allow for USD and no other currency which is hard when we do a ton of overseas purchasing of machine parts.

Best bang for your buck
Avantages
This system is very intuitive to start. I had used SAP for maintenance managements at a previous role. This blows it away as being able to pick it up and run with it. A+++
Inconvénients
I have not found anything that would deter me from the system. Minor inconveniences are being worked on by their development team, and they seem to be constantly working to make the system better.

Good. The implementation and account management teams have been helpful and accessible.
Avantages
Ease of use off the shelf. Really good platform, very easy to pick up.

Not very customizable, at least at the premium level.

A very helpful work order software
We solve problems of organization within our maintenance department.
Avantages
Before we had maintainX, we used paper binders as schedules to complete preventative maintenance. Now, it's much easier to visualize when tasks are due on the calendar.
Inconvénients
At a small company like ours, we don't implement a lot of the features. There are certain parts of the software we don't use, so maybe a way to only pay for what we use would be interesting.

Easy, Innovative, & Managable
From the sales pitch to today, the MaintainX team has been by our side and continuously helping us use the app better and to it's fullest potential. They helped me be realistic in rolling out the features in the app slowly and we are almost to the point of using all the features.
Avantages
MaintainX has helped us to track our repairs and preventative maintenance to the point that is miles beyond where we were. We knew we had some months where we spent a lot on repairing equipment but we could never look back and see where that money was going. Being able to track our expenses down to each piece of equipment has helped with how the team stewards our equipment by leaps and bounds.
Inconvénients
Integrating and changing our processes was the most difficult thing about this. However, the support staff at MaintainX were integral in assisting with this and giving tips about improving the buy-in process of key leaders. They even hosted webinars where they were able to show our team

Maintainx helped us lower or down times
It has been great they are super quick to respond, and even recently reached out via zoom to discuss how our implementation has been and if we had any questions
Avantages
All of maintainx features are very thought out when they are made! They listen to feedback and are quick to respond to questions and concerns! My favorite feature is the asset tracking, so I can keep tabs on what equipment is having a lot of breakdowns, and I never have to go searching for serial numbers because you can save them all in maintainx

The notification system is a bit plain, wish I had the choice of what I want to be notified about,

MaintainX Helps with our maintenance department
It has been great.
Avantages
It made is so much easier to track service calls and the outcomes. We needed something that would work at the admin level, tech level, and store manager level. This fit our needs perfectly.
Inconvénients
I would like to see more reporting options such as time card reports to calculate payroll wages for our techs.
