Easy to use, nice flow.. minor issues.
I really like the program thus far. Looking forward to potentially subscribing.
Avantages
The overall simplicity of the program is very nice. Everything flows pretty well.
Inconvénients
The application does not allow for multiple assets to be used in a single work request, expanding this would be beneficial. Also, in a work request, having the ability to click on the location and being brought to a map would be nice.

Friendly use
The problem that a resolve it my time for make more task, because when I use this software simplify my job, plus the followup that we can do.
Avantages
I can send pictures for explaining what I need to performance a job to my suppliers. One change that I suggest made is that you can sended more that one picture a time, because you can send more angles for one job for complete.

since we got the system, it has help streamline our process with PM 's and tracking issues to help reduce our down time.
Avantages
I really like everything about it, the way it builds on itself. The procedure library has been a great help.
Inconvénients
we would love it if after a requester makes a request, they could get an alert letting know that the work order is closed or what the status is. and no matter who I assign the workorder everyone can see the workorder no matter which Tech was assigned.

Great Workflow Program
We run a screen printing shop and I wish it had a barcode that is attached to each item created and could be printed out so it could stay with the physical item and make it easier to update the status of each item in the app.
Avantages
It is easy to use, appealing to the eye, and is allowing our bussiness to be more organized and productive.
Inconvénients
I don't feel like that I understood what the benefit of upgrading to the next tier would be.

Great Software
This program allows to retrieve information concerning work order, so then I can create a invoice based off information from maintainx
Avantages
That all users can access the work order from there cell phones and can upload photos and group chats.
Inconvénients
That you have to log in on the desktop computer with either a text to phone or email. Wish it would remember with google passwords.

Best Software Ever
I work for a carwash chain that I cover 68 locations and this app makes it so much better for me and my team to control and know what is going on at the locations. I highly recommend this software for any one who has multiply sites and or team members they deal with.
Avantages
First the great support that comes with the software.
The ease of the use of the software.
Inconvénients
It keeps you busy all the time. ( Which is not a bad thing)

Really like the overall easy of the app and the ability to orgainize and see a list of items

May want more information on locations? Address, City, State, Zip, phone, location contact person, and number. Ability to sort by location. Cost of work order completion for future orders.

Best ticketing system iv used to date
I am very happy with this system. We were previously using TeamViewer service camp and have since fazed out service camp and implemented MaintainX in its place after only a week of using it.
Avantages
I enjoy the mobile-friendly app. I can create and close tickets on the fly while being in the field.
Inconvénients
iv yet to find anything that stands out as a blatant issue with the software yet.

Love the app . It's easy to use and love that you can prioritize jobs and also signed job to different tech .
Inconvénients
Would love to see a 3 section as ( to do ) and (done) would like to see a ( need parts) or (parts order ) something like that , it's confusing when you have 30 jobs on a list and 10 or 12 of them are on hold

Great for tracking maintenance activities with varying degrees of detail.
My husband is a maintenance technician for a major hotel chain. They use an app to assign and close out tasks for the maintenance engineers. That gave me the idea to search for one for home use. We love maintaining out house. My husband like this app more than the one at work. I've recommended it to friends who struggle with their "to-do" lists. I get notified when my husband completes tasks and I have tasks assigned to myself as well :)
Avantages
I like that I can quickly enter tasks, assign people and most importantly deadlines and priorities.
Inconvénients
I could probably use MORE notifications about outstanding tasks.

Finally, the app I've been looking for!
It's quick and to the point, which is what our business requires when it comes to handling maintenance / facility issues and work orders.
Avantages
I love everything about it! It provides everything our company needs to complete tasks, and leaves out all of the unnecessary crap.

Avantages

Great APP
It's really great because it has a direct communication with the employees of other departments that doesn't work directly with us. It has improve the time of the work done.

Great for tracking all info regarding a work order
We use it to keep a track of work orders for various properties.
Avantages
Easy to allocate personnel and track expenses by project.
Inconvénients
Work order starting date and the estimated completion date is confusing. Needs a way to track time spent doing a job so invoicing can be accurate. Would be nice if customer could sign acknowledgement.

Lovin it!!!
I enter work orders all day as I work and also other employees do. All my assets are entered with pictures and I will have bar codes on things for easy identification.
Avantages
MaintainX sends preventative work orders to me so it’s not forgotten!
Inconvénients
There is nothing that I don’t like about MaintainX I am totally happy with it, it’s a great program.

It way easier than the pdf work orders we used to use.
Avantages
The ability to add pictures directly in the comments.
Inconvénients
The inability to do a multi day job. It's all separate jobs. I'd really like to see a field on the daily work order to input travel time,mileage, and labor hours per day and cumulative on the job.

Keeps the team together.
the fact that everyone knows what job or work order everybody else is on you basically know about where they are in the plant also. You know when they're done if you need help to ask.
Avantages
I like that you can send out multiple work orders to several people and everyone gets it and knows who is doing what, how the progress is coming with it and when it is completed.
Inconvénients
The only concern I see with it is if someone finishes a job at 2 in the morning I get an alert. But I can live with that. At least I know what I'm going to walk into the next morning.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has gone above and beyond!! He helped our item with our 600 item Parts list. He understands where I am coming from and understands how important that Reporting features are for my business. They know what makes the car drive and they have all the parts to run for 100,000 miles.

Work Orders and Parts Inventory is the best!!

The reporting still needs some more features. The parts inventory for my Order is a little different than they are used too

User Friendly Software
Overall, I've enjoyed using MaintainX software. It's made the work orders for my business better to manage.
Avantages
The software is user friendly, you are able to make quick changes to the whole work orders.
Inconvénients
The status of a work order is not shown on the dashboard. You have to click on the order to see the tags.

Great for real estate property management
This app was a great find and has worked very well for our current real estate property management needs. No longer do I have to manage routine maintenance via phone calls and texts. The app allows me to centralize routine maintenance and my maintenance resource eagerly adopted the app as well.
I write up a maintenance request, assign my resource and submit. He receives a notification and typically responds via the app his acknowledgement and ETA. If he needs info or wishes to comment on the work order, he can easily do so - and I receive a notification. The app simply and effectively streamlines maintenance on our properties.
Avantages
Intuitive; ease of use for myself and my maintenance resource; self-contained - no more texts; can recall past work orders; assign assets and locations; customizable; developers actively seek feedback
Inconvénients
Can't recall anything major. There have been a couple of minor UX suggestions, but nothing close to preventing me from using the app. The developers have been receptive for possible inclusion in future builds.
