Use of Maintain X
Excellent and really value for money. Authorization is facilitated very easily.

All in One
Amazing, my clients love it and I have everything in just one place.

All the options I can have, the opportunities of see real time what it’s going on with my machines. The inventory.

I will love that I can have the ability of take a picture of the QR code that I can make in the app and automatically goes to the app and create the work order. Right now I need to open the app, search for QR code scan, take the picture and then it will open.

A great learning tool and experience

Easy for anybody to use
Overall I have no complaints. MaintainX does everything I was looking for in a CMM.
Avantages
I like how easy it is to add work order, parts and assets.
Inconvénients
I love that requesters are free it gives people an option to request work when needed. The only thing I wish was included was mabye allow procedures to be done by requesters. Not give them access to change anything but for example. If you had 12 forklift operators then they would be forklift requesters and have one form on their app the would be a daily forklift checklist. Only thing they can do is request work on their forklift and fill out the daily checklist that would come to me.

MaintainX - Digitizing Equipment Maintenace
MaintainX has been a great tool. We have completely switched all our paper maintenance records to electronic records, saving paper and resources. Additionally, we have better oversight on the assets in use and are able to keep up with routine maintenance and capture the work performed in real-time which was always a struggle when using a paper-based system.
Avantages
Easy to use, and setup. Both desktop and mobile work extremely well and are easy to pick up. The MaintainX integration team and customer support are helpful and responsive which makes the switch to MaintainX a no brainer.
Inconvénients
A lot of maintenance tracking is driven by industry specific regulations which usually incorporates software validation as part of the qualification process for using an electronic system. Therefore, some more features geared towards role/user administration and customization, audit trail, metadata tracking, etc.

Very Helpful Product.
Until MaintainX was introduced to our company, maintenance was carried out by talking to the maintenance engineers about what had to be done each day. This was time consuming and little to no records were kept about each asset and its maintenance schedule. MaintainX has enabled us to keep a work order history for each asset/location and provides use with time and cost tracking which we would not have had before.

Attentive customer care.Ease of processing work orders.Time and cost tracking.Scheduling repeating and preventative work orders.Constantly updating features and taking feedback from customers.
Inconvénients
Not many cons with the system. Sometimes it can be frustrating to not be able to search under a specific category, but once you get used to using the filters it becomes easier to find everything you need.

MaintainX makes preventative maintenance a breeze
We are streamlining our maintenance across the company, improving our preventative maintenance schedules, and making inventory control a simpler process.
Avantages
I enjoy being able to set up procedures and assign them to repeating work orders. This makes completing preventative maintenances so much easier.
Inconvénients
There are some improvements that can be made to improve the usability for our company in particular. For example, we have many machine operators that perform daily checks and it would be extremely useful for a basic user to be able to fulfill assigned work orders/procedures.

We no longer use the paperwork trail and its all stored in the MaintainX memory. We like that we can assign a priority on assignments.
Avantages
Our company has used MaintainX for about a year. We used to have a paper process for all work orders. Our entire staff here has this access at there finger tips. Its a very good tool to have for many issues on our farm. We use it for creating orders on our equipment, trucks, broken items around the farm. We use it for our daily day in and out. Great Program!
Inconvénients
Nothing we don't like about the program. We would like to learn more and use it to the fullest of our advantage.

Great software! Better support
Many: order and cleanliness in the reports, photo support, customer signature and satisfaction survey. These are some of the benefits we have been able to take advantage of the software.
Avantages
the ability to have the field reports digitalized and in real time, as well as immediate customer acceptance. Another of the things that we have been able to implement has been a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey.
Inconvénients
I would add the option of geolocation when starting work orders.

Love this app. Perfect for our company
so far so good, I love how attentive the account manager is and how helpful everyone has been.
Avantages
The customer service is amazing and ready to spring into action to help out. They are very helpful and act like they care. Very pleased with the interaction for sure!!
Inconvénients
The only thing that I feel could be more helpful would maybe be a video of how to use it or what does what. I think I found out about some useful things by speaking to the rep but all in all I don't have much to complain about.

The only CMMS you should consider.
When we made the decision to choose MaintainX as our CMMS, our account manager was very thorough and helped us to be up and running in a matter of days. We were already gaining benefit after around a month of use. Admittedly the team at MaintainX shouldered a lot of the workload, but it really helped. This kind of support is what I suspect makes MaintainX such an easy choice. People couldn't quite believe how fast we were able to integrate.
Avantages
MaintainX has much to offer. If I were to nail it down to one thing, I would need to point out that the ease of use comes first and foremost. It is the one thing my team have all fed back as the major factor when picking it up for the first time.
Inconvénients
I don't want to seem negative, because overall, the system is phenomenal. If pressed, I would have to say that compatibility with other software could be better. This isn't really a fair criticism though, as the team are constantly updating the system.

Best in class!
Overall it was and has been great I do recommend this product for a specific scale of operation that's not looking for a full enterprise level solution.
Avantages
The ease of use for myself the administrator and how simple it is for the technicians to use.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the view of what is completed and what is open on the home page is not the easiest to filter for a quick view and the PO's only allow for USD and no other currency which is hard when we do a ton of overseas purchasing of machine parts.

Game Changer
Simply put it's been a game changer for our department. The amount of time and effort this product has saved us has been so helpful. I'd never go back to our old system, we use this product daily and rely on it to be effective. It's been a great overall experience and I would honestly recommend it to anyone who manages any kind of property and maintenance staff.
Avantages
This product has had a huge impact on our production and organization since it's implementation. It's been so easy to use and getting the rest of the team on board with the new system was really easy. I honestly can't imagine ever going back to the old way of using paper work orders. This is such a huge time saver for us and really is key to keeping track of all of our work orders across our different properties. It's great to be able to get all the key information into our techs hands out in the field being able to view photos and details in real time. And from the admin side it's a great being able to see when things are being completed. The asset tracking has been key for keeping track of our water meter readings and keeping up with vehicle maintenance as well. Having so many requestors is a big value as well; it gets our whole team involved with the facilities upkeep and has gone a long way to keeping our properties looking so nice and running smoothly. Oh and I can't forget to mention the team at MaintainX and their technical support. They've been so easy to work. They are always easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Any issues I've had so far have been taken care of either within a few hours or a day at most. It's so nice to get an actual person working at the company helping instead of a generic foriegn call center whos just googling the troubleshooting. They are always friendly and engaged in whatever you're calling about, so a big thanks to them.
Inconvénients
There's really not much I don't like about MaintainX. I guess if I had to pick something it would be that there doesn't seem to be many updates or new features added very often; or at least ones that impact our field or the areas we use it for. I've suggested some features to the team before but haven't seen any really implemented yet. But it's not the end of the world; the current build is still very much optimized for what we use it for.

The most user friendly CMMS program out there
Seamless. My team had a very short learning curve with the software and MaintainX is gaining visibility in our company. Customer service has been fantastic.
Avantages
App based. Anyone with a phone can use this program. Very modern, sleek design. Ease of use really drives participation in the program.
Inconvénients
We haven’t done a very deep dive into the software, so there is some uncertainty of how this might integrate into other software we’re using.

Dont think we would be as successful without this product

Real time updates and status tracking aloows us to prioritize or jobs quickly and keep a running inventory for rooms at the hotel
Inconvénients
Dont have much to complain about, maybe adding a dark mode so when using it in guest rooms it isnt blinding in the early am or later pm hours

We love it. It meets the needs for our environment well.
Love most everything about it, just want improved comments and status change messaging between users. The ease of navigating tasks, recurring/revolving work orders, asset lists, procedural lists and categories has completely elevated our ability to assess and assign resource allocation throughout our departments. The statistical analysis is more useful that we'd initially imagined.

Avantages
I like MaintainX for its ease of use, customization options, real-time communication, asset management, mobile accessibility, analytics, and integration capabilities, which collectively enhance productivity and efficiency in maintenance operations.
Inconvénients
I've identified some missing features that would be beneficial for my use. One aspect I find inconvenient is the need to download or export a work order to print it. Additionally, I wish for the capability to mass print work orders without the necessity of opening each one individually. Moreover, I believe integrating a GPS feature within the app would be advantageous, especially for identifying maintenance repair areas when there's no specific address available.

Great product to keep organized
Keeping a better digital copy of all things that are done on machinery

This has kept me organized when I first started as the maintenance supervisor.

I believe that there should be a little more ease of use for requesters.

Excellent CMMS Program Highly recommended
So far everything is working well and I haven't had any real issues with the software.
Avantages
Scheduling and parts management are the two most important features, QR codes for equipment and parts and mobile app for users to manage maintenance is also crucial.
Inconvénients
Only con so far is the inability to inventory the same part in multiple locations. I would like to see a feature where I can see how many of part X I have in each of my plants locations.
