The convenience I guess. I mostly use this to order pickup where i don't have to pay all the additional delivery fees, but I can still see the menu at my convenience and place the order.

Inconvénients

I wouldn't use GrubHub unless it is absolutely impossible for me to drive down to the restaurant. The fees do not justify the convenience.

What I like most about GrubHub is that they have restaurants to offer their customers that other delivery apps don't. I like the restaurants they have because most of them are open past 12 a.m. and sometimes I'm up late at night wanting a quick grub. Their checkout process is fast and quick they don't have as many added fees as other delivery apps and their delivery drivers just drop off my food and leave.

What I like least about GrubHub is when I get to the checkout and I put my card information in they sometimes try to give the delivery driver a $10 tip which I did not click myself. So if I was to not see the tip that they added for the drivers themselves I would have been at a loss for money and very upset.

More local restaurants compared to other platforms. Also a wider range of selection.

Food arrival time is accurate most of the time

Really high fees. After taxes and fees the price of your order pretty much double. This makes delivery not worth it.

Live Tracking is the most useful feature. It was an easy software to use. It is also very simple to integrate into business practices.

I feel data entry could be improved. It is difficult sometimes to match up data with time flow entry into software. That can be challenging for integration.

Online ordering is quick and easy. The food descriptions are pretty good and help make it easier to decide what to get.

There could be more pictures of the food or maybe an option to add pictures so it is easier to see what you are ordering.

GrubHub is my go to when ordering food for delivery. It has the restaurant options I like, and is fast and convenient.

Some menus are not quite correct or are missing items. Sometimes their navigation sends driver to the wrong location and I have to end up guiding the driver to my location.

Easy to use. Easy to search and find what you are looking for, even compared to some of the food vendor's own ordering apps for takeout and delivery.

Pricing seemed a little excessive. I know and expect a mark-up for delivery service. However, the prices for certain orders/items seemed excessive compared to others.

GrubHub is a go-to when I don't feel like cooking. We also started using this as client gifts. It is extremely easy to order gift cards and send them virtually to coworkers and clients. We replaced our yearly holiday popcorn gifts with GrubHub gift cards, which is a great move in this pandemic.

The delivery rates can be a little bit high, but the usability is great.

I like that u can get food delivered by places that wouldn’t normally deliver to you. I also enjoy that this app is easy to navigate and easy to use.. all it takes is your order and your card of choice.

I don’t like that they auto renew you for their grub hub pass (for free delivery or special deals) and I dislike how NONE of the drivers that work for grubhub can EVER find my apartment...even though I put VERY specific directions in my profile.. in their defense their Gps has to be awful.

I wish there was a way to place orders at multiple restaurants at one time. Trying to feed a family of 6, there have been plenty of times where people want food from 2 different places. I would love to see this feature added!
