I'm thankful my company uses Oracle PeopleSoft!
I've enjoyed using Oracle PeopleSoft for the past 2 years. Having easy access to tax documents, paychecks, and health enrollment information has been extremely helpful as an employee.
Avantages
Using Oracle PeopleSoft is such a breeze. This website is extremely user-friendly and easily accessible from multiple platforms. I enjoy the animated icons, step-by-step guides to health benefit enrollment, and direct deposit process.
Inconvénients
Honestly, nothing comes to mind! I thoroughly enjoy using Oracle Peoplesoft.

Data and information are easily accessible through Peoplesoft for additional information look up.
Avantages
I like how it is easily accessible to stored and access employees data. Information are stored the day employees start and changes that are made are visible for tracking purposes.
Inconvénients
It is slow at times but never ran into problem.

Oracle PeopleSoft Complicated but Functional
Overall it was challenging first but once you get the hang of it the Software has so many uses and makes my job a little easier that I don’t have to use so many different platforms to access my information as well as the students
Avantages
I use Oracle PeopleSoft is a multifaceted Software and has so many different capabilities and options that keep everything on our campus streamlined from payroll, personal data like direct deposit performance evaluations, queries, student worker data and many more options
Inconvénients
Since there are so many options and capabilities Oracle PeopleSoft is intimidating at first glance/use. It took some time to get used to navigating between the different screens, learning shortcuts, which buttons to use and when. Still learning all that this Software has to offer

HR Oracle User
Avantages
My company uses Oracle for our HR software and I have have nothing but good things to say about it. I find it easy to use once you get the hang of it. I like how my company can make it geared on how we do business.
Inconvénients
We have glitches here and there, they are taken care of by the team very quickly but the can slow down the process.

I like how the applications allow my team to run reports with regularity, accessing various database metrics critical for evaluation.
Inconvénients
The learning curve process for implementation and effective use requires an expansive team of professionals. This would also include support. Also, while the interface is customizable, it does feel a bit outdated in terms of UI/UX.

Good and reliable software!
I enjoyed working with Peoplesoft. It was well designed to serve my organisations needs.
Avantages
I found PeopleSoft to be extremely dependable and a reliable software to use. It can be highly customized to accomodate most needs of an organisation.
Inconvénients
The software is losing its popularity over other cloud solutions and is at a risk of being replaced.

Good Product
I have used Oracle from the student and staff side and have had a fine time with the product!
Avantages
I like the fact that Oracle seemed to load faster than other platforms I have used in the fast at universities.
Inconvénients
What I liked the least about Oracle is that the software appears to be outdated at times and it can be frustrating.

Versatile but complex

It took a team of programers to implement and was extremely costly.

Great for grade records and attendance
Avantages
I use PeopleSoft for Attendance records and grades at the end of the semester. Easy to utilize and makes attendance and end of the semester paperwork an easy task.
Inconvénients
Processing time for entering data. I hate the dropdown menus.

PeopleSoft is for the People
Overall Peoplesoft is a must for employers. It does it all; manages reports, and its employees personal information and has a great ease of access.
Avantages
This software is amazing to use, the ease of access and ability to get around on makes this a great tool for employee's to check banking/personal info.
Inconvénients
From my time with peoplesoft i couldn't really find any cons that were noticeable

Easy to use
Avantages
We use peoplesoft to input our timesheet and check our employee updates. the design is user friendly and I get what I needed.
Inconvénients
I recommend to build a mobile app as well for conveniency purposes.
