Avantages
Ability to pull reports, Administrative functionality- including allowing web based vs printed document capability, design and presentation, Customer service response time.
Inconvénients
Uploading documents is limited to one document at a time. Can't personalize CampSite based medical documents such as the immunization form, health history form. Not able to create new fields or edit fields including making them mandatory is a problem for licensing and accredidation.

CampSite has revolutionized our camp!
CampSite has changed our working experience, as well at the customer experience for our camp. We look more professional, can keep track of so much more, and have increased the safety and security of our campers.
Avantages
We love how easy it is for us to use CampSite for keeping records, taking attendance, running reports, and doing everything that we used to do manually with 100's of versions of spreadsheets and lists!
Inconvénients
There are still some areas that can be improved in the functions of certain things, however they are VERY responsive and always putting out updates, so these things are constantly improving.

Avantages
It's user friendly (for most part), the team behind the scenes is amazing. they always reply within a few hours at the latest and are always willing to assist.
Inconvénients
There are a few limitations but we've learned to overcome them.

I which the invoicing system was adjustable and I could edit the invoicing system so I was able to bill someone other then the families.

Makes My Life Easier
It's been a huge help. The team is always responsive and helpful. The software is extremely convenient and helpful.
Avantages
Overall, Campsite provides features that save so much time and effort on my end. It is very convenient to have and the customer support team is extremely helpful.
Inconvénients
There are a few small details I would personally like to change, but as far as the functionality of the software these details don't really impact it heavily.

Overall quality software
We have been able to greatly reduce the amount of time it take to complete reports and various other tasks.
Avantages
Ease of use, routine improvements and can be used for multiple programs.
Inconvénients
Cannot separate the costs of different programs someone is registered for to have accurate balance tracking.

Appreciate the ease summer staff are able to use this program and glad it's mobile friendly for families too.
Avantages
Super user friendly. Appreciate the constant updating.
Inconvénients
The camper information form we use would be better served if we could run/print them based on group & week rather than all campers.
We did an all encompassing session as a work around but in the end it threw off other accurate reporting.

Easily adaptable: While it may be designed mainly for summer-camp-type organizations, we are able to easily adapt it for use in enrolled programs.

Avantages
Overall, the site is easy to use. Setting up camp for next year is easy and can be done in minutes. Also, when we contact support, we get a reply in a timely manner.
Inconvénients
I would like autopay to be processed automatically rather than manually going in and processing the payments. Additionally, I would like parents to have access to their receipts online rather than contacting us to obtain it. They seem to have trouble locating it on the site.

This saves me so much time!
Avantages
I love that I can do it so quickly. Used to take me about 15 minutes to register each camper. Now it takes less than a minute. Parents love it too.
Inconvénients
I think that the look of it is not very exciting. The cork board is BORING. I also wish that the medical records were able to be edited easier and that we could have the immunization records from year to year.

It has been a great experience. Any time we have issues, or need help, customer support is there.
Easy to navigate and has a good look.
Avantages
Easy to set up and have camper families register, and have all the info needed to run a camp.
Inconvénients
There are times it is hard to see the changes made on the user mode from the administrator mode. Have to log out and see the new updates or changes made. If it was to a question, the wording, the order. The overall look.

Overall, CampSite has been great. The billing, invoicing, and reporting can have it's difficulties.
Avantages
I love the accessibility for not only the team but for parents.
Inconvénients
The billing component doesn't match 100% with how we have done things in the past making it a little difficult to maneuver.

Review for Campsite software
Very good. The software was an upgrade from our previous provider and the customer service has been top notch.
Avantages
It is comprehensive and allowed my camp to do new things. Mobile capabilities were epecially helpful.
Inconvénients
When building the site for our camp, we did not have the amount of flexibility to arrange and create fields that we thought we would. A large portion of the internal/admin feels "fixed".

All in One Camp Software
Avantages
This is an easy to use software to have everything related to our camp in one place. It has a communication piece that makes communicating with any specific category quick and easy. It is easy to enroll students and figure out how many you have in each session.
Inconvénients
We have a flexible enrollment camp where we have multiple types of plans children can enroll in. In our school year software, this is automated. When we setup Campsite, we had to manually setup the billing and enrollment process. We were hoping this would be more automated. Depending on how you have your general ledger setup, I would recommend asking specific questions to your setup to make sure you can make Campsite fit your system.

How easy it was to use in the sense of finding basic information. Reports were easy to understand how to piece together.
Inconvénients
How firms are kind of hidden. For some of the functions you had to dig to find them and it made it kind of difficult at first but after using it for a while it became second nature.

Customer service responsive, timely and professional. Software very intuitive.
Avantages
Campsite is very user friendly. I was initially a power user as an admin for a summer camp. Since then my role has changed to where I just need to go in occasionally and it is very intuitive.
Inconvénients
As not a power user, I do not have any features that I like least. When I was a main admin, I found campsite open to many suggestions and very helpful to find solutions.

The tutorials are so helpful and I have been able to use it for several reports and I like the ease of group e-mails to my families.
Avantages
The site is well organized and easy to use to keep track of campers and their attendance. The parents loved how easy it was to use the PIN numbers to check in their children.
Inconvénients
I can't really think of anything as I used it mainly for attendance reports and managing sessions and it always worked fine for me.

As the nurse of a summer camp I am able to look up all the necessary medical information I need about the campers. I can find emergency contact information that I need as well.

The campsite support is amazing. They do their best to find options and are very quick to respond. We have found ways to make our 23 locations of camps with varying weeks work and campsite is very easy for parents to use. They love the blog.
Avantages
It is intuitive and there are many ways to accomplish what you need.

Not able to delete some things that I would like to. Can add to blog using a phone.

I mostly used the software to post photos and videos for our summer camp. I liked the format of posting pics and that I could make tags and organize it in a way that was beneficial to our volunteers and parents.
Inconvénients
I didn't like that I could only post one video at a time. I have a bunch of small clips that I wanted to post but it took way too long to upload and I could only have one video per post. I wish I was able to post a few videos together so the blog feed wouldn't be overwhelmed with videos.

Campsite has been a wonderful addition to our camping season
I have loved working with Campsite. It has been a welcomed change from the previous software we have used. I really appreciate how responsive you are when we have questions or features we would like added/changed.

The ease of use, the responsiveness of the support team, the features provided.
Inconvénients
I wish there were more features on the email tool (background color options, better formatting options), and that the system was able to import information from the CCC system in a more straightforward manner.

Makes My Life Easier
I used to manually input hundreds of summer day camp applications. Now the parents can put the information in the system from their computers at home! Customer Service is great, but they do prefer email. They have many tutorials for all of your questions so make sure to watch those. Even if you email with a questions they will point you back to those helpful videos! The financial side of this system is a little complicated. The payment plans they have set up are confusing, and we didn't know they charged certain fees in regards to credit cards before hand. Our parents also love that they can interact with the teachers through this system. It's also been an asset to our staff for communication. Great System!
Avantages
Parents can access information from home as well as submit their applications.
Inconvénients
The financial payment plans. They make cancelling a registration a ten step process when it only needs to be one.

Campsite is Just Right
From the start of our process in working with Campsite till the present they have always provided very good service and prompt responses to whatever issues or questions we might have been facing. As with any new program there is a learning curve but with their personal assistance and online help tools it was just a matter of time until we could utilize the site to how we as an organization wanted it tailored.

Pros: easy to use, excellent customer service and troubleshooting support, intuitive
Cons: checking account payment option does not accurately withdraw money from family accounts, medical forms not able to be personalized the way we need, sometimes need to process payments/make changes in a round about way.
We are very impressed with this product. Any issues we've encountered have been quickly addressed and solved. We switched to campsite after having worked with another company that was not as willing to work with us and solve system issues. We appreciate the support and how proactive Campsite is! Thank you!

I freaking love campsite
Overall, it's great. Holds the database well and is easy to make reports. I like how it organizes information in an easy format. That being said, for the site to work better with mobile devices. I am waiting every day for you guys to come up with an app that can make it easy for my to track enrollment, run reports and bring up information. Other than that I think the program is excellent.

We do have certain modules within CampSite designed specifically for mobile devices like attendance check in and check out, medical logging and elective program scheduling, among others - all things you'll do while "on the fly" at camp. All other aspects of CampSite can be used on a mobile device with a web-browser (like Safari or Chrome) with the same functionality you would have if you were sitting at your desk!

I recommend CampSite to any camp without hesitation!
CampSite has changed the way we register and administer camp with our campers and staff. It has allowed our camp administrator more flexibility to register campers more efficiently and without errors.
CampSite has also allowed us to hire our staff more efficiently with electronic contracts and forms. This has saved time and resources for the staff involved in the process.
The general support that comes with CampSite makes the experience so easy. My questions, no matter how basic or complicated, are answered in a timely fashion and efficiently. I know if I have a problem it will be solved immediately, and they then teach me what to do the next time.
All around the experience has been positive and I would recommend CampSite to any camp without hesitation.

We Love Campsite!
Our camp needed a new, family friendly, easy to navigate program. After researching all options, we decided on Campsite. We were very impressed with their website introducing all the features. The quality of training and ongoing customer support has been fantastic. After all our first time user kinks and several phone calls, Campsite staff has stayed very patient and understanding.
Our camp families were appreciative of the new program and loved the easy registration process.
We are excited to ease into our upcoming camp season with all the continuing updates!!

The Best of the Best in Camp Software!
We are SO GRATEFUL we stumbled onto CampSite. They have made running and managing our Camp effortless and pain-free! From registration to payments to staff recruiting to reporting, this software does it all! Online uploading of campers forms, medical module, and more! Also the customer support has been nothing short of outstanding. They walk you through everything from setup to running your camp, and they respond to inquiries very quickly. You cannot go wrong with CampSite - we highly recommend them!

Meets all our needs
We transitioned to CampSite in 2015 and couldn't be happier. The software is intuitive and easy to use, support is outstanding, and any requests we've made for additional functions have been well received. We appreciate the regular communication that keeps us updated on new functions that have been added. Overall, we've had a terrific experience.

Smart, Helpful and Easy to Use!
Campsite helps me keep myself organized. With the number of camper & staff leads that come in, it's nice to keep all of that info in one place so that I can stay on top of it and not lose what could be a great addition to our camper community or staff.
The Campsite database is amazing, the reporting is awesome, it even keeps financial info together. The biggest disappointment I see is the program side. It doesn't make that process any faster and that could be a huge time saver for me.

Avantages
Campsite has changed the way we do camp. The software is very user friendly and if you ever have trouble the customer service is superb. I appreciate their constant willingness to improve functionality based on customer feedback.

Absolutely no cons. We love using this software and it does exactly what we want/need it to do.

CampSite is a wonderful addition for our camp. We are fully on board, and use all it's features to provide a great customer experience for our camp families. We have become far more efficient since we switched to CampSite!

The staff at CampSite are great in the start up as well as in the on-going support. Our feedback from families was that this was an improved experience from our prior online registration tool. It was also helpful to include the sale of merchandise with the enrollment options, which doubled our sales from 2015. We are excited that CampSite is making significant improvements to the financial tools. Overall, happy with the product and support.
