FACTS est un système de gestion scolaire qui aide les administrateurs à rationaliser les processus liés à l'inscription des étudiants, à la gestion des absences et à la gestion des cours. Le SIS (Student Information System) permet aux enseignants de générer des bulletins scolaires, de suivre les informations médicales, de surveiller le comportement des élèves, de gérer les informations familiales et de distribuer des relevés de notes sur une plateforme centralisée.
Le LMS (Learning Management System) FACTS permet aux éducateurs d'utiliser l'apprentissage mixte et les méthodologies d'enseignement actuelles pour élaborer, distribuer et suivre les progrès des étudiants à travers les cours et les projets de réflexion critique. Le portail familial FACTS permet aux parents d'accéder aux devoirs des élèves, aux dates d'échéance des projets, aux programmes de cours et aux notes. Les superviseurs peuvent générer des rapports annuels ou trimestriels afin d'obtenir des informations sur les relevés de notes, les listes de cours et les listes de classes. En outre, le module d'alerte d'urgence permet aux administrateurs d'envoyer des alertes dans l'application, par SMS et par e-mail aux parents, au corps enseignant et aux étudiants.
FACTS facilite l'intégration à plusieurs solutions tierces, PaymyTution, Gradelink, Moodle et Canvas. Les tarifs sont disponibles sur demande et l'assistance est proposée par e-mail, ainsi qu'à travers des FAQ et une documentation.

RenWeb
Like all school management software, it has its benefits and challenges.
Avantages
I like having an all in one system. We can pull reports, make labels, etc. I can communicate with all parents at once and create smaller classroom groups.
Inconvénients
It is difficult to sometimes figure out how to pull a report with the things you are looking for. It takes a bit of trial and error to find what you're looking for and sometimes I give up. I also don't like that you can't customize an emergency sheet for each student to get the data on that sheet that I'm looking for and not just a template.

FACTS SIS short review
FACTS has been a great tool and the staff has ben super helpful from the beginning of implementing FACTS
Avantages
It is a great tool to have as much family/student information needed in one place.
Inconvénients
The system does not communicate well within. For instance, if moving a student from one class to another on the admissions side, I still need to make that change on the class list, I wish the information was relayed automatically within the system

So difficult to use, ugly interface, annoying to toggle between student and financial...
As an end user, I absolutely LOATHE FACTS. It is one of the worst user experiences I have ever had.
Avantages
I do not like anything about FACTS except having access to lesson plans for our hybrid homeschool
Inconvénients
I have been forced to use FACTS since the 20teens when my two older daughters were in school. At that time it was only for financial purposes, and I hated it then. It was cumbersome and difficult to use, and figuring out how the math was done was an exercise in frustration. Fast forward to the mid 20 twenties when my younger sons' school uses it for both class/assignment/grade management and financial management, and I know why I hated it then and still do. The class assignment section is ugly and outdated looking. And now with the financial 'upgrade', we have to login in AGAIN within the website to review the financial portion. I understand from the school that they also can't put in manual changes from their end, so basically everyone is at the mercy of unseen software administrators. Having to pay $25 to pay my balance in full is also really annoying, when I know the school is also paying for the 'privilege' of using the system and being paid. Last year they charged $.85 PER TRANSACTION! To draft money out of my account! So not only do they charge you, but you literally have no option but to give this company your sensitive financial information for them to store 'securely'. I guess? So far so good on that front, but who's to say how long that will last. The app costs as well, in addition to the school paying, and me paying for the privilege of paying tuition, we also have to pay for the app.

FACTS Partnership
My overall experience has been great due to the support of [sensitive content hidden] and her team. They have always resolved our problems and issues in a timely manner.

this new user is impressed
My school is new to using FACTS, but we have found it to be an amazing product. It is simple to evaluate a large number of financial aid requests, all on an equal basis. And we aren't even using all of the advanced features yet.

Renweb
My experience was not very positive as I had to continually help people try to figure out how to do something. Then they would come up with an update and that would all change.
Avantages
I thought the pros of Renweb was that it was a starting point. It had lots of features that you could purchase and lots of options.
Inconvénients
I think the software was not extremely user friendly. It was hard to navigate and they just needed a UX designer to go in and update thing. There were various versions that people were using that made things complicated. Also they make it so you can't pull your data out easily.

I have been using FACTS for 5 years for tuition processing. It is very easy to use.
Ease of use for tuition processing.
Avantages
It is very easy to navigate through parent accounts, reports and grant processing. Customer service line is very responsive as well as the dedicated account representative.
Inconvénients
There is no recourse if a parent walks away without paying. You cannot go after the parent if they shut down their account or card.

Great compliment with Renweb
Avantages
We at our school love the fact that Facts is now integrated with Renweb. This allows for us to keep all of our student information in one "basket". The cafeteria cash register has completely allowed us to go cashless, which has been wonderful!
Inconvénients
Keeping up with all the charges and fees can be confusing for our families. We tend to get several calls weekly having to explain what the charges are for.

Good Program For Education
Overall I can see and understand the value and the importance of using a program like FACTS. It works, it’s easy, it is supposed to be very secure, and it something that works.
Avantages
So far from the experience I have had with FACTS, is that is it an excellent program for educators and education, tuition management and other forms of management! It’s very in innovative and sun synchronizes well well other programs.
Inconvénients
The only thing that bother me in general about FACTS or any other platform within Google is the amount of information they have about you and you’re financial and educational histories. The AI is so advanced that they can pin point you to you’re very location at any given time. Same is true most other programming as well.

Avantages
It gives details of the charges to our account.
Inconvénients
I am not sure if this is because of Renweb or another third party, but I wish we didn’t have to pay a fee each time we add lunch money to our child’s account.

The best thing about RenWeb and FACTS is the customer service.
Our parents do not need to call our office as often, they can go straight to RenWeb and FACTS to see what is going on with their student and their account. It is transparent and user friendly to them.
Avantages
Since this software is so comprehensive it is great to be able to call the customer service number any time during the day. The customer service team is courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. Using this software in addition to FACTS has also allowed us to pass on the same level of customer service to our students and families.
Inconvénients
The transition has been difficult and it would have been helpful to have more integration, import export capability with Excel and have templates provided for this transition.

We implemented CD2 a little over 2 years ago and continue to have stellar support!
Easy to use and great reporting
Avantages
Our sales team really likes the mobile app and utilize it on a daily basis. Because the mobile app allows them to access our Sales Academy Content Library, they can quickly search and find what they need during a call. They also use the app to capture and share best practices. The other thing that I have to mention is the support, it is the best support we have on any of the software we use. It has been a joy to work with our direct contact and the support team. They are always there and also have helped a lot in suggesting how to use the system to its full capacity.

Much better than paper files...but still could use improvement for ease of use and reporting
Easy to track prospective families and send communications, keep general school calendar of activities, not to mention personnel file information and account tracking. There are many benefits to this software...it is not perfect but has many good things
Avantages
Being able to run reports from the Desktop version. They copy into Excel VERY easily to manipulate the data. The new RenWeb1 version is not as easy to use.
Inconvénients
The new RenWeb1 version that is supposed to be replacing the desktop version. The new version "looks" prettier, but the desktop version which is more database/dos and older looking...yet is easier to work with as an administrator

We are very satisfied with CD2 from both a product and customer service perspective.
Highly scalable and professional platform.
Avantages
Cd2s Platform is very powerful, from a robust LCMS to Simulations and Social Collaboration, all in one system. We don't have to have 3 or 4 different systems to try and accomplish our training needs.
Inconvénients
They are continually Innovating, so ongoing training is very important. The UI is ever changing, all good, but takes a bit of patience when logging in between long gaps in system use.

Off to a very slow start, but once we got CD2 staff engaged it was a very good experience.
Flexible. Easy to use and doesn't require and computer science degree to manage.
Avantages
Its extraordinarily flexibile. We've been able to engineer whatever we wanted to achieve with this software.
Inconvénients
In our case, it's much too costly for what we can generate in returns. Had we understood that the return would never reach the costs, we probably wouldn't have done the project.

Absolutely incredible. The flexibility and "yes" attitude is what stands out so much.
Avantages
Mobile abilities- hands down. The ability for push notifications eventually, as well as the functionality to watch courses through a smart phone or tablet. This has been a key seller when discussing other interested groups within Pella to utilize CD2.
Inconvénients
Some of the emailing functionality from the website could be easier to use. Seems a bit clunky and difficult to navigate the operational side of the website, not so much the learning user.

Simple but Definitely Could Be Better

It was simple, didn’t have a bunch of bells and whistles.
Inconvénients
You definitely need the administrator for everything, including changing your password or sign in. At least the version I encountered.

Great for parents!
They have been great to work with and customer service is sufficient too.
Avantages
I enjoy the ease in which I can communicate with teachers. It is nice that the school can send a quick text to keep me in the loop too!
Inconvénients
It would be nice if the app did not cost money.

Great customer experience and versatile software.
Great customer support from CD2, customization to our organizational needs, ability/support to build custom courses, reliability and increased overall use/interaction from the participants.
Avantages
The ability for customization with appearance and structuring hierarchy. This enabled us to brand the site and app while giving the field managers access to thier teams activity within the site.
Inconvénients
I wish attaching documents in the email communications was easier and that the mobile app was able to allow push notifications out to the users.

For the most part good. Most excellent tech support.
Pros: Fairly easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. I like the fact that there are help buttons on practically every screen. Help desk is fantastic.
Cons: Report filtering is very tricky. New program versions do not automatically update--the user has to look for the latest version, rather than receiving a program prompt stating a newer version is available would you like to update? A common problem is my session gets timed out too quickly and I have to back out of the program completely.

Super easy to flow through the system.
This is assisting us with the learning programs we have at our corporation
Avantages
User-Friendly and easy to maneuver through all the courses. I am impressed with the visual aides and the ability that the system has to come up with the stuff to make the courses be effective.
Inconvénients
There is a lot of buttons needed for clicking and moving on. I am not a big fan of having to keep going back and using the Return to Activities function but it works. It is not enough for me to criticize but it is different.

The more I learn the program the more I like the program!
Haven't learned any cons, when I have a problem I call for help and find out a solutions. Or maybe wish we had access to edit the template's and things that we set up with you guys. That way we don't have to bother tech support to do simple adjustments and pay out of pocket for it.
