Well thought out and executed CRM
Having a central place for all of our information, and the ability to tag people automatically has saved lots of time and definitely increased or ability to connect with clients and sell.
Using the automated email campaigns and sequences to offer automated free trials as opposed to having to manually send out emails has been a lifesaver.
Avantages
The customization options are nearly endless.
The embeddable forms, that can trigger tags, which can trigger sequences such as email campaigns, have saved us hours of formerly manual work every day. The campaign builder is incredibly deep and robust, allowing for anything you can imagine.
The thought given to different ways to do nearly everything is great.
They have a /Tellus page and are responsive to suggestions. I recently mentioned on the that when adding a contact, the email field should automatically trim whitespace from each end, because when copying and pasting it often have an error. Within 2 weeks, that change had been implemented.
The import from CSV file options are very robust.
Lots of third party integrations, and a robust API. Very helpful community for questions with actual developers there.
Inconvénients
The search is a little clunky. It's great if you're searching name, phone number or email address, but to search anything else like custom fields requires going to a separate page and finding that field. Would be great if there was an option to "search all the things", or to add custom fields to the default search.
Not really their fault, but because we sell products in both Canada and the US in 2 different currencies, we're unable to use their ordering forms.
When you leave it idle, rather than timing out gracefully, you lose any unsaved info. I know that's more of a "my workflow, why the hell aren't you saving your work" issue, but it's still annoying.
Campaign builder doesn't work in Firefox, so I'm forced to use Chrome for that...

I have become an InfusionSoft expert thanks to their support team
It has been over 2 years since we switch to InfusionSoft from other marketing automation tool and CRM system, and it has been the most positive experience. The team and management could not be more happy with the transition. From the sales process to the on-boarding, InfusionSoft people were polite, professional, and for sure helped us up our game when it comes to sales and automation - ACROSS THE BOARD!
Avantages
Besides offering the best customer and technical support team I have ever dealt with, InfusionSoft allows it's users to grow in skills and develop expertise in the software, which in turn, reduces the need to hire an external consultant and keeps the knowledge in house. This is very much invaluable as we continue to grow our team over time. With InfusionSoft we were also able to stream processes such as email marketing, sales pipeline, CRM and customization of our customer email marketing program.
The Campaign Builder is unquestionably the best feature InfusionSoft offers, with dozens of internal tools and functionality to utilize. My favorite trick is the Campaign Links, allowing you to change the links used in internal emails of the campaign as URLs change - so you don't have to worry about going to each email and change the URL manually. This saves hours of man time and allows your team to focus on strategy and implementation.
Inconvénients
We had some bumps on the road, and continue to experience some difficulties with InfusionSoft. In my opinion, the system was not originally developed for B2B companies and this is why opportunity (=each sale coming through the system) and contact records are linked in an odd and inefficient way. We approached the company with this issue, and were told they are working on a way to fix it. However, as we improved our knowledge and skills with the software, we were able to find a work-around to solve this issue.

Keap is not the best but good
Having a focal spot for the entirety of our data, and the capacity to label individuals naturally has saved heaps of time and most certainly expanded or capacity to interface with clients and sell. Utilizing the mechanized email missions and successions to offer computerized free preliminaries instead of having to physically convey messages has been a lifeline.
Avantages
The connection point is perfect and simple to utilize. On initial feelings it seemed to be the re-brand from InfusionSoft was a move decent to keep things more straightforward.
Inconvénients
The hunt is somewhat awkward. It's perfect on the off chance that you're looking through name, telephone number or email address, yet to look through anything more like custom fields requires going to a different page and tracking down that field. Would be perfect on the off chance that there was a choice to "search everything", or to add custom fields to the default search. Not exactly their shortcoming, but rather in light of the fact that we sell items in both Canada and the US in 2 distinct monetary standards, we can't utilize their requesting structures. My brand has grown with a flexible CRM that has fully automated my business
Avantages
The assistance of Keap has been really helpful. The networks they participate in enable us to make direct contact with fresh applicants and gather crucial and essential information about them. Keap meets all of our unique demands, including lead management, email marketing, VOIP, and Gmail connectors, and it's simple to expand beyond those needs as necessary. I strongly advise doing one of the Keap Academy classes if you're just getting started with Keap. Good support network with employees available to respond to queries and take necessary action.
Inconvénients
The app's functionality varies across versions. Learning the program and getting it to accomplish what you want it to take a lot of time. There have been problems with deliverability. A learning curve exists when learning automation. It has been difficult to try to comprehend how everything fits together and how to put it up. I believe that lower-level Keap customers get access to a really beautiful basic view, but for those people who need all the bells and whistles the Keap has to offer

Infusion soft seems like a good CRM for smaller-medium sized businesses
It has been pretty good. I have used other products in the past, but like anything, I think you get used to what you use now. Infusionsoft is good, maybe not the best, but it seems to be a pretty great product for our needs and our company size. I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.
Avantages
What I like most about infusionsoft is probably unique to my company, but our marketing person here use to work at infusionsoft, so he is very VERY well versed in the product, an subject matter expert almost. Our campaigns are set up perfectly, and I like using my dashboard to keep track of things. The automation that can occur in infusionsoft seem vast, and you can really build out some great marketing tools inside of it.
Inconvénients
I would say sometimes the structure of things being in opportunities as opposed to companies, with multiple opportunities or contacts inside of that company can be confusing at times. I also don't think I would have had such a good experience if we didn't have a former infusionsoft employee as our marketing manager helping set everything up, I could see how it could be confusing if you were coming into this product blind.

Basic CRM
Infusionsoft is a great tool for managing the sales pipe.
Avantages
I like that you can build things out. It has a lot of features that you can customize and tag clients. You can also send emails and drop campaigns to incentivize prospective clients. It's great as a sales pipeline tool and makes it easy to see where your customers are at in the funnel.
Inconvénients
There's not much on the post-sale/success end. We tried creating tags as a workaround to the sales process. We like to keep them as marked "customer" so we can send marketing emails but we also have post-sale stages that are harder to track. It would be nice if there were more success oriented features that could help us use the tool for retention. They could be in there, but we just don't know about them. I also had a hard time sending some emails to specific groups of people. Again, could have been something I was doing wrong but it wasn't obvious.

All in one CRM!! Solid for small businesses!
Infusionsoft is a solid choice for a small business without ambitions to scale rapidly (i.e. think accounting firm, not tech startup).
Avantages
As a CRM Analyst/Consultant, most of my projects are helping companies administrated and implemented different types of CRMS and marketing software. So I have the chance to research and test a multitude of CRM's and Marketing Software for the past several years and Infusionsoft is one of my favorites. I have helped two small companies(around 20-30 employees)implement this product from start to finish. I have very impressed on how robust and strong this CRM really is. With this software, you can create a software stack with different add-ons which can accomplish almost anything. There are programs that help with scheduling, membership sites, integration with Facebook audiences, text messaging and countless others. Infusionsoft has an API that is easy to use and integrate with other systems you may be using. For the price, I would say this is an all in one CRM tool. Another great feature that Infusionsoft offers is the ability to create mobile-responsive landing pages and pairing this automation with a CRM with robust capability for sales follow-up is what creates the value and you also get the ability to generate e-commerce and tracking reports. I would definitely recommend this product.
Inconvénients
Infusionsoft only includes the basic Lead Generation reports. If you want to generate the true ROI reports it will require you to purchase add-ons, such as Wicked Reports. I would say that these reports are critical for understanding where your leads are generated and how to refine your marketing.

A Strong CRM / Email Marketing Solution / Not Trivial to Set Up
Infusionsoft is a CRM solution designed for small businesses. It's not the tool for enterprise or medium sized businesses needing more than 15 to 20 seats. Think of it as a MailChimp / Saleforce with an emailing workflow engine. It allow you to build email sequences that adjust the content you send based on what each contact does. That's an over simplification, but at it's core that what it does.
It's got a huge community of add on products supporting it. You can build membership sites with it. You can enable call centers with it. The application are numerous, but it is not a tool very everyone. There are times when its not a fit.
Many business owners take it on expecting to configure it with minimal outside help. That is probably not a good idea. It's like building your office network yourself following YouTube video instructions. You may get it done, but not without a lot of time and frustration. Even worse, when you are done, you may have made mistakes an experienced person would never do that keep you from making the best use of the tool especially in the long run.
Avantages
The tool has a lot of power. It enables you to automate email campaigns targeting each contact based on what you know about them. If they answer a question on a form, you can sent them one thing. If you learn they live in one state versus another, you can customize content to them. If they visit specific pages of your site and login many times into your membership site, you can change what they see.
It has a huge amount of power.
Inconvénients
It's not a do-it-yourself tool. Lot's of people complain saying it's too hard to use and too expensive. Infusionsoft is a complex piece of software. If a complete newbee could make it work perfectly on their own, it wouldn't be able to provide you with all the feature it includes.
I have seen Infusionsoft sold from the stage with promises that it's a self-serve, DIY solution. Honestly, it is not. That's why you have a very healthy Infusionsoft consultants and partners community servicing it. These consultants and partner focus on all aspects of the solution working to help business owners put the tool to good use.

Infusionsoft is the bomb
Save time, follow up with all leads, stay organized.
Avantages
I love that Infusionsoft puts so many things into one product: CRM, eCommerce, billing, marketing automation, etc. I LOVE building an automated machine and then just letting it do its thing. Currently we have five marketing channels running, and they all feed leads into Infusionsoft with lead source tracking, sales rep assignment, and automated follow up. It's awesome.
Inconvénients
New features are sometimes rolled out too soon, a bit buggy, and even after being improved, they're often not perfected.

Lots of power, steep learning curve
I love the functionality it provides, though it takes time to master and really learn the ins and outs and logic to maximize effectiveness.
Avantages
The ability to automate email campaigns, and integrate with my membership/online course plugin, AccessAlly.
Inconvénients
There are a lot of nuances to learn about the system, and it's not always the most intuitive to navigate. Their tier 1 customer support isn't able to resolve a lot of the issues we have and have to be escalated.

As a Infusionsoft Virtual Assistant, I love the value it brings to my client's business.
I've been a Infusionsoft Virtual Assistant for 5 years. I'm the implementor of the marketing strategies for my clients. I also love that there are so many facets to the system that it's never boring.
Avantages
I love that it's an all-around software package. You can send out emails (broadcasts), set up campaigns (numerous emails), tag your potential contacts to segregate your lists, use simple opt ins, and sell products online. You can have evergreen campaigns that work 24 hours for you. The ecommerce section is flexible. I love, love, love phone support...AND I also like there are private and non-private FB groups to provide support and valuable information about the software.
Inconvénients
Initially it's overwhelming to people because there are so many features to the software. The learning curve is steep but then you can create a fully automated system to promote your business. There are some quirks with the campaigns but you can learn about them. I do think business owners need to look at the cost of the system and determine if they'll use it effectively.

Amazing product for the right use case
I love this product, it is the best when you get advanced marketing experience and a big mail list, you can really do magic with it with the advanced action based segmentation

I loved the tags and advanced segmentation I can do with my marketing funnel. I can tag users based on their actions. This is beyond amazing

It takes some time to learn how to do it and sometimes the integrations are a bit quirky with certain platforms e.g. wordpress

Infusionsoft used to be the best!
I can find basically anything I need, and it is in their marketplace. If I need contesting, it is there. If I need more marketing tools, it is there.
Avantages
I really like how they have an integrated marketplace, so then I can add on to the main product and get something more useable.
Inconvénients
I wish they would keep up to date with the times. They seem to be far behind, and don't have a chance of being number one again.

The platform good but it's not as intuitive as newer sales/marketing automation platforms
Sales + marketing automation, their campaign manager was also great.
Avantages
Customer support via chat was one-of-a-kind. They were always there to assist. For the price, the platform was great for sales and not bad for marketing.
Inconvénients
UI/UX always felt unintuitive. The learning curve was steep and finding menu items could be tedious because sections were not categorized efficiently. Ended up moving to HubSpot.

Easily customizable, but a bit of a learning curve.
Infusionsoft is a great program. Once you get past the learning curve, it’s very handy to create email campaigns that specifically target each customer. Even though it can be a bit pricey, it’s really worth it.
Avantages
I do love all of the customizability of Infusionsoft. We are easily able to create email campaigns that are specific to each individual customer. This has led to many impressed customers letting us know how much they loved our emails. Customer service is also very helpful when we needed help when things got confusing.
Inconvénients
There is a steep learning curve with this software. It took many calls to support to get the full functionality, but once we had it all set up, it worked very well. The sticker price is initially a bit shocking, but it’s not too bad considering the features.

Clunky and difficult software. (you've been warned)
I've been an Infusionsoft user for more than 5 years. I would have thought the IS dev team would have produced a better product by now. So many bugs and so frustrating. We have invest heavily and are now held ransom to an inferior product.
Avantages
All the features you need in a CRM and then some but SOOOOOO difficult to drive. Emails (when you can get them out) look great
Inconvénients
Unless you're a borderline coder or developer, you will not be able to drive Infusionsoft without professional help which gets very very expensive and kinda defeats the purpose.
Lots of bugs and glitches. Can't put links into my emails without jumping thru hoops... YES I strip out all the formatting and only use Chrome but it continues to cause problems.
I schedule emails for 10pm only to find they go out at 10am!
ALL of our contacts have been hard one using lead funnels and other legitimate harvesting methods but Infusionsoft emails still rate very highly in spam filters.

I hate Infusionsoft
I did not have a good overall experience. I would not reccomend this product
Avantages
It was actually pretty simple to use. I will give it that.
Inconvénients
This software was just a total mess. All the fields that we populated for it were not consistent or helpful. It was hard to build process in it. It made you change your password every 6 weeks. Overall, it was just frustrating

An effective email marketing and CRM tool
Recommended if you are looking for a higher performance and visibility in your organization.
Avantages
- Infusionsoft keeps a complete trail of every purchase made, action taken for leads on a single platform.
- You can easily send automated marketing emails to prospect, send followup trails.
- Along with an effective product, Infusionsoft is backed up with a very strong customer support which is a key aspect if you are planning to buy a productive tool, they provide every mode of support i.e, through telephonic, chat, emails.
- Now to check if my organization is making a health progress over the time, we rely on detailed sales and marketing support, the reports are very definite.
Inconvénients
Yes, Infusionsoft falls on the expensive side, which is a challenge when we initially opt for it, but when it comes upto the ROI, it worth every penny.

Awesome marketing tool
Avantages
We loved having the online help option over chat
very user friendly to send email broadcasts : can easily check the results and send follow ups as required based on the email stats
Inconvénients
none at the moment. Once we took the time to learn the tool and all its features we were able to use it with ease

Avantages
Infusionsoft has an incredible user community and partner ecosystem. If Infusionsoft isn't doing what you wanted/expected, there's a person or a plugin that can make it happen. Be sure to join the "unofficial" user group on Facebook. It's a great resource.
Inconvénients
It's impossible to build a highly customizable and robust piece of software and also make it stupid simple to use. Learning Infusionsoft takes time. Even the experts don't know it all.

Struggles in B2B
I like their culture, and I've learned a lot from a marketing perspective, just from watching how they market to me. I'm excited to use the automation tools that drive their engine because there is tremendous upside there. But it hasn't been easy, and it's not as smooth as it should be. The automation has to really do amazing things, or this is going to be a very long year waiting for the contract to finish.
Avantages
I like the SaaS approach to CRM, without the Salesforce pricing. Their implementation was a great help on building the campaigns initially.
Inconvénients
First, they outsource their implementation to other marketing agencies, who act as partners. I didn't care for that. Then, implementation really only focused on the campaigns. We ended up doing everything else in house (contact imports, integrations with other software, process definitions, etc). We kept running into limitations with the software. We are a small B2B company, 33 employees, 1000 customers (companies), 10,000 contacts, and that's just active customers, not leads/prospects. Their system is very contact centric, rather than business centric. We have a relationship with contacts at a business, but if the contact retires or quits, our relationship with the business doesn't stop. They had a hard time understanding and supporting that we sell licenses to businesses, not to individuals. Often when we talk to tech support, it's "That's just the way it is". The integrations have been difficult to work around, because of this focus, not to mention their implementation was pretty useless in helping us design our own plugins. I'm already beginning to doubt my decision not to just go with Salesforce.

InfusionSoft gave us everything we needed
Avantages
We used InfusionSoft to run marketing and ticket sales for a large conference. Being able to tie multiple features together in one system was extremely useful.
Inconvénients
Was not the greatest for ticket sales, as we had to create a product and it did not have the check in features we usually use.

Infusionsoft
I love Infusionsoft. It allows me to collaborate across oceans with my marketing team with ease and confidence. I can create as simple or as complex campaigns as I want to achieve the marketing initiative.
Avantages
The customer support is phenomenal! Highly qualified and informed staff that is available whenever I need. Superb experience that all companies should replicate after.
Inconvénients
The system has slowed down immensely since I first began with Infusionsoft over 3 years ago. And when you are in a time crunch as marketing generally is, it can be frustrating.
