Good product for the intended purpose of setting up a lodging website.
Avantages
Ability to easily make changes and modifications as necessary. Bookings are simple to process. Email notifications of client activity a plus.
Inconvénients
Takes some time getting used to Pages formatting. Could be more intuitive. Auto publish of changes would be nice.

Does everything and more we needed, has greatly simplified our processes. It is a great feature to be able to quickly build a website that handles bookings.

Easy Booking, Check in - Check out.
All booking, check in and check outs were done on my phone. Just had to pick up and drop off room cardkey to a physical employee.
Avantages
The Landshark Resort in Myrtle Beach uses this technology for online booking. My team worked the CCMF festival last year and the app did everything. The only time we needed physical human contact was picking up and dropping off our room card keys.
Inconvénients
We loved everything about it! Wished all hotels/ resorts would use this software. Only used on this 1 occasion and zero problems.

EASY FOR NON-PROFESSIONALS
I have no previous experience in setting up a website, but with the help from Support at Lodgify, I now have a website that looks really professional, all done by myself! They are quick to help if i have any problems, their "chat" support system works perfectly and it did not take long for it to be up and running. I had a phone call from them where we went through some of the basics and after that I did most things on my own.
The only thing that could be better (and most likely will) is the choice you have of templates. There could be more of them, and maybe a little easier to customise.
I will for sure recommend them to who ever needs a booking website !

Lots of photos able to be uploaded and good control how you use the photos.
All the areas of description have good amount of character space.
Inconvénients
Not too much not to like but did take some time to get the hang of, but compared to other sites I use to advertise our house it was much easier.

Good platform with beautiful site
I have great fun using the platform. I now have a good site for my property which will hopefully bring me more revenue.
Avantages
I only use the website template which I find very functional, especially the booking app and calendar.
Inconvénients
Let's be picky to be credible: Minor things need improvement, like some words are poorly translated in other languages but the user can always adjust them. The SEO needs some improvement too.

Ramon could not be more patient and helpful.
Although the route to achieve the right result can sometimes be a bit confusing, with Ramon's help I am getting the hang of it! As with all good things; a bit of effort is really worth it to produce a very professional looking website.

It works as expected. The basic build out of the system was straight forward however the more intricate part of the system were not as obvious to set up.

The training systems should be more robust. I ended up calling customer support. They were very helpful.

Best onboarding I could have hoped for

User-friendly way to get up and running with rental properties quickly and easy.
Avantages
Easy to use, good templates and good ' responsive support. The fact that the functionality is developed based on a relatively large user base is a pro (and prevents re-inventing the wheel)
Inconvénients
The pricing uploading is manual and would be good if this can be uploaded (semi) automatically from for example Excel. We have a multi-property site (5 apartments), but payments can only be directed to 1 bank account. Linking separate bank owner accounts to individual properties would be a good thing.

Great experience with Lodgify!
I really like the look of the website I created through Lodgify. However the best part of my experience with Lodgify has been the customer service. They reply to questions within 24 hours - sometimes faster. Anytime I have needed help changing something on my site they have been quick to respond. Their programmers have even gone into my site to make changes I have requested - that has been super helpful! I would highly recommend Lodgify!

Very convenient to have our lodgify website as a complement to our Airbnb listing
I was able to manage customised bookings (with friends)

What I prefer are the Synchronisation of calendars which is very reliable and the listing description that allows to navigate between the two listings. I also like the fact that we can copy paste the reviews we received from other sites.
Inconvénients
I am not so satisfied with automatic messages and find a bit weird to manage.

I wish the payment schedules were more configurable. For example, the three payment schedule does not allow a flat payment for the first payment.

The best and most affordable bookings software I have every worked with!
I have some very great experiences with Lodgify since we started working with them. We have now created a total of 6 websites and they are all working as they should be. The best thing about Lodgify is that you can connect your reservations software/database directly with a website that you can build yourself via Lodgify.

The software is very difficult to set up. There is very limited instructions. I could not synchronize the calendars. It is not worth the price.

Found Lodgify when looking for a company for a website for our vacation rental. I was able to design, play with it before paying a dime. As a non-techie, that's very important to know if it's something I can use and understand. If I have a question or issue, I often receive a response within hours.

Avantages
All I have to say is not much at all, there are few redeeming qualities about lodgify. I found more frustration and time wasted than anything.
Inconvénients
Poor spelling and grammar throughout the website, poor layout, website keeps locking me out and never registered me as an "owner" therefore I cannot make edits. Customer service does not respond.

Excellent, quick tool to get up and running fast. Nice features, but additional enhancements will make it better.

Good vacation rental owner software for beginners creating a website
I'm a beginner to creating a website for my vacation rental. I researched for over 8 months to find something that fit my needs. Lodgify fit that need.
Avantages
For the most part, it is fairly easy to use. I can collect payments through Pay Pal without having to establish a credit card account.
Inconvénients
At first, I was a little overwhelmed trying to create my website. However, once I figured it out, I really knew this was the program for me.

Avantages
How easy it is to navigate. I had my site up and going in an hour. Pretty much as easy as it gets. Nice payment platform
Inconvénients
Just hard to justify when you can use Airbnb which I use despite wishing I didnt have to. Very hard to get a personal site the exposure to get a lot of bookings.

Very impressed so far. I started using the sw a few days ago. Have been delighted by the intelligent implementation especially of the back end (site admin). It's a powerful platform. It offers me easy-to-use facilities that are well conceived and executed. It's also intuitive and fun to use. Plus the tech support is good.

Although I am still setting up my business and haven't launched the use of Lodgify for public use, I feel that it's going to be easy to work with. There are a lot of features that can be adapted to reflect exactly what I will need.
Avantages
My experience with this type of platform is little to none. As I begin working with it, I feel that's its going to be very user friendly.
Inconvénients
I have not discovered any issues that I would consider a "con" to the product.

I spent a lot of time researching site builder tools before finally finding Lodgify. I was looking for a tool that had an integrated availability calendar, online reservations including the ability to easily accept payments, and a clean, modern look including a mobile site -- I could hardly believe it when I found Lodgify!
I get comments all the time about how beautiful our website is and how professional it looks -- truly I created the whole thing by myself using Lodgify!

Lodgify has been phenomenal
The creation of our new website with Lodgify has been phenomenal. It was very easy to produce beautiful pages with the Lodgify content manager. The platform is very intuitive to use and will make it very easy to manage and grow our business over the coming years.

Great customer service!
Easy to set up Website, with a super fast response customer service. Channel manager who synch calendar is my favorite feature. Maybe the website has a hard time with safari browser.

Great product, highly recommend
I've been customising a Lodgify site for a client and found it really easy to use and to add custom CSS. Looks like more advanced design features are on the way too. Customer service has been excellent, friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
