Message templates, guest verification, easy to view infometrics showing data analytics, notifying cleaning staff of each new booking, guest insights, excellent customer support.
Inconvénients
Interoperability with Booking dot com. Custom dates for metrics reports is a bit glitchy. It would be great if this product was extended to become a fuller channel management option.

Smartbnb helps streamline and manage my STR business
I have 2 Short -term rental locations. This website helps make managing the rentals and inquiries doable. The auto responses make sure that I can respond to guests even when I'm working or otherwise unable to be online.
Avantages
Auto messaging are a game changer and makes sure I don't miss an inquiry or rental.
Inconvénients
Its a bit of a learning curve... but they are very helpful and responsive with customer service

Exceeded my expectations
It has been nothing short of amazing. They are super responsive, and the product has not only saved me 3-4 hours of work a week, but it’s also surprisingly fixed several challenges I had with guests. It’s also improved my overall ratings with their amazingly well thought out rating system.
Avantages
The advanced features designed by a team that obviously understands the challenges of a multi-unit host and also truly understands how to increase host efficiency while also providing a stellar improved experience for our guests.
Inconvénients
It’s a bit complicated to set up the mode advanced features, but the team is super available to help and support.

Avantages
I love the automated messaging that can be used for both Airbnb and VRBO/Homeaway. The messaging streamlines my business and makes my guests feel that I am always there for them.
Inconvénients
Some small things such as the drop downs on the website are just too tiny and hard to navigate.

This was easy to set up, great and fast customer service, integrated well. I could not go back to how I was working before. The time saved far outweighs the cost of the software and it has enabled me to take on new business.

Decent, functional application, but quite expensive for what you get
This was a well-designed application and does what it says it does.
Only issue I had was the scheduling of a 'bad review'. I had it all ready to go, but it failed to submit to Airbnb for some reason. I asked their support team for assistance, but it was already too late. Whilst the support team were friendly, they never followed up with why the issue occurred, nor did they offer any compensation for the failure of their app.
I find the cost very high for the features you get. There are other software apps that do everything Smartbnb does and more, for half the price.
Avantages
Beautiful design, lovely to look at and good functionality.
Friendly and helpful support staff.
Does what it says it does (with one exception as detailed below)
Inconvénients
* The cost is quite high for the available features.
* No ability to have direct booking customers and take bookings. It's literally just a messaging platform.

SmartBnb massively reduces administrative burden of running my Airbnb
I have been using Smartbnb for several months now and it has vastly reduced my administrative load. I am a bit of a geek but found setting it up very easy. A couple of times I have had to override the automated messages and found that very easy as well.
Not only is it easier to manage my Airbnb property now but it also has improved the quality and frequency of my messaging to guests.
Avantages
I am running a very busy Airbnb (2-3 bookings per week) in a house I own in Brooklyn, NY. I am a busy professional and I live in California so it is important that I have good software to automate the booking and management process.
I am using Smartbnb to communicate with guests in a personal but automated fashion as well as send reminders to my cleaning person.
Inconvénients
The URL is a little hard to remember (though that is really nitpicking).

In regards to the problem with the messages not sending, often times the issue could be their configuration or with brief outage times at Airbnb. They have been great. Always quick to respond to my questions, and overall a great value for what they provide.

Best for anyone who looking to reduce time to answer your Airbnb guest. But I need more options as I recommend.

I'd like to be able to track and manage cleanings or have a cleaning schedule within the system that my crew would have access to. There was one issue with check-in messages not being sent but the customer representative looked into it and helped resolve the issue. Thank you!

Very very expensive, I can find others softwares that do more or less the same and do other things, not only automated messaging.

I have 4 listings and this software reduced my daily messaging with guests from about 30 minutes to 10 minutes on average.

I didn't have any cons I liked the software.

Overall, I am highly satisfied with the customer service and product smartbnb has to offer.
Avantages
The fact that you can take the time to program pre responses to common questions is a huge time saver. What I like most though is the automation so that a response will be sent immediately.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the automation responses aren’t as reliable because they don’t answer properly like a human would.
