Ce qui m'impressionne sur cette plateforme de stockage cloud est qui assure une sécurité de de haut niveau pour nos données et respecte de façon absolue la confidentialité selon les normes conformes. Aussi, le logiciel de Tresorit est compatible est tout appareils et systèmes d'exploitations. Il a aussi une interface claire et fluide, compréhensible et facile à l'adaptation. Sur ce logiciel, c'est zéro(0) publicité même si nous sommes en version gratuite.

Inconvénients

Les fonctionnalités de Tresorit sont bien conçues et réponds à tous nos besoins, néanmoins, l'espace de stockage qu'il donne en version gratuite est très petit en le comparant aux autres logiciels similaires

Inconvénients

pas de support français, bien que le support met tout en œuvre pour répondre et en français.

Avantages

Literally everything. After many years of using it, I can honestly say that everything about it is great. Any time I notice anything bothering me, they usually fix or add a new feature for it within the year. You can tell the staff is urgently updating and maintaining this software. There are flaws, but they’re so minor, I barely notice it in daily use. And I use it 10-15 times a day.

Inconvénients

I also use it to store photos and videos, not just professionally. Sometimes when I am uploading photos and videos, it’ll glitch and duplicate, or freeze, or have issues finishing it and be stuck in an upload. When you close out, sometimes when you open it just resumes. Other times, it stopped and only some have uploaded. Then I have to delete what is uploaded and retry so I don’t have duplicates. I think the upload process could be much better.

Also, on PC it works like optimal storages where I can open, edit, and if resumes syncing. However, on Mac, I don’t know if it’s an issue for me or for everyone, but after years and troubleshooting, it simply doesn’t sync or act like a drive in the computer itself. Therefore, to make edits, I have to download, edit, save, and upload again. This is a huge waste of time and I specifically only use my PC because of it. This support as an addition would be phenomenal, and is overdue.

Inconvénients

Customer service has been uncooperative and unwilling to understand my concerns. I was charged for a yearly subscription without receiving any prior notification, for a service that does not meet my needs. Despite reaching out promptly and attempting to escalate the issue, my efforts have been ignored.

Avantages

For me, its most useful feature is that I can deploy it seamlessly on various different platforms and operating systems with the added benefit of all data being encrypted on every device.

Inconvénients

I run a small business and margins are tight. I mostly use open-source software that is either free or based on a contributive model. Tresorit is relatively expensive for my actual business needs but I can also use it to provide an excellent repository for personal files as well.

The software does what it promises. It's secure. You have total control over who has access to what and records to see it all too.

There isn't really anything I can think of from a negative on this software. Been using it for years - our whole organisation document system is on this system - it works.

Avantages

Exactly what I wanted - a safe and private online store to keep documents with customer sensitive data. I use it on my Mac and installed the app and it works seamlessly across my different devices. GDPR compliance was super important for me and that's why I opted for a paid and secure service (other than Google Drive). It's a great solution for small businesses on a budget. You can also easily configure the software and buy more disk space if needed (very inexpensive).

Inconvénients

Nothing to complain about. Would highly recommend.

Avantages

The straight forward interface and the assurance files are properly synchronized. In pre-Covid times we used to be on customer sites world wide. And at that point it is vital having the most recent project files at hand.

Inconvénients

The synchronisation with pictures taken on a phone. Sometimes they sync automatically , sometimes they need to be enticed to be synchronised. Not a big issue as not the main purpose of using Tresorit.

Using the software since 2018 I like the positive evolution of the product. All added functionalities were well thought and useful

Avantages

I handle a lot of very personal and confidential information about clients and cannot risk losing this data. I also need a service that allows me to share data and documents with clients and colleagues.Tresorit allows me to maintain a single database of active client files and to work on and share files and documenst with those clients and colleagues with absolutre security.

Inconvénients

1 A recent cyber security audit identified a need to include 2FA when logging in to Tresorit. They considered the application deficient in our audit. 2 It is also difficult to sign out of Tresorit as there is no single log out option on main screen. If my PC is hacked then there is no barrier to entering Tresorit.3 I can't backup my PC's to Tresorit daily, i.e. use to as a back and recovery server for Windows.

Great app to store data securely. Both desktop and mobile app version works well. Easy to access the data and good to know it's being kept secure.

Avantages

Sync between PCs and colleagues, share via file and folder links even to users without Tresorit or without any Tresorit knowledge. Sending big or sensitive files to third parties (like external companies, individuals or freelancers) have never been easier. Also - it shows professional attitude compared to other services like email, free big file transfer services etc.

Inconvénients

The notification tray icon menu got back the managed C# .NET context menu, which is a bit slower and has a less native feeling.

Avantages

The feature that convinced me the most is the smooth Linux integration. It is quite difficult to find such a simple, yet feature rich software that does not compromise on Linux. When sharing tresors (folders) with other collaborators, everything worked perfectly out of the box. Ranging from privacy all over to encryption.
Even though I'm mainly using the software for my own, It is still worth it.

Inconvénients

I would only see the UI as a "weak point" of the software that might cause some customers to find alternatives.
I don't know if the UI looks "traditional" only for Linux, but the common competition has a more polished design. On the other hand, I don't know of any such ingenious features in the competition, so I don't mind using that design. I'm happy that Tresorit invests more time in their core values that in a great look.

Avantages

Tresorite is a user-friendly cloud storage package with security at the very top level. When you do not want, you don't even have to know it is running in the background. Yet it becomes very powerful when one needs to recover the data - basically from any platform one chooses. But what is perhaps the most important is its security focus. It took me a while to put all my sensitive personal stuff in it but it's been very secure there since. It is very easy to use, very good customer support. But honestly - I did not need it that much over the years I have been using it. Can only recommend.

Inconvénients

Nobody likes expensive solutions. But the higher subscription price of Tresorit is more than justified by the features the program offers.

Avantages

The most important part was, that it is encrypted on the way to the server as well as on the server itself, which is the only way to maintain security. That way even the server owner can not access the content. Being an accounting firm with detailed information about our customers we needed a safe and secure storage place.
As we have 2 offices, I can use the data from the TRESORIT as a cloud on both maschines. As well when I am in my holidays I can access date on my laptop over the cloud.
Additinally it gives me the security, that if any of my computers are bogged, broken, hacked or whatever, I always have the data available. It is a backup of all my important files.

Inconvénients

When you access a file on another computer, then the one where your original data is stored on, there is always a little delay for the files to open.

The files synchronization in the different devices takes place perfectly and quickly

Inconvénients

There is no real massive backup procedure in the Cloud so that it is possible to recover entire folders and groups of files from previous versions, for example in the event of ransomware attacks.
It is now possible to recover previous versions of single files individually and this is clearly a big lack that needs to be overcome

Avantages

I like the smooth synchronization RE I don't need to worry about backups of my most important files and I don't have to worry about any ransom attacks. The synchronization between different platforms also works very well. The file and folder sharing folder option makes life much easier.

Inconvénients

I had some issues with saving notes through my tablet I use mostly for reading whenever I opened files in the cloud, though that might be more a problem of the tablet software than a Tresorit problem.
