My overall experience with Crowdin is very good, as I have gained knowledge in Tamil Grammar, which Amazon, Bing and Google never teach. It is the only platform which teaches grammar in Tamil while translating (when there is a grammar mistake. It tells exactly just like Tamil Pandit.
Avantages
I improved my translation becoz I have learned a lot fro Crowdin particularly in Grammar and Spell Check.Crowdin is a great platform for those who wants to keep the translation services as their career, that too free of cost. The more assignments you do the more refined your translation.
Inconvénients
Once in a while, the translator who does the review free of cost, crowdin should send a note appreciating the time spent by them. I never have received any such mail, except this one.

Crowdin is probably the best service for product localisation
I have worked with Crowdin from several angles, both as a translator and as a project administrator.
Avantages
For me, Crowdin is the most convenient service for product localization. I have never needed any more functionality, everything I needed for my work is already available in this service.
Inconvénients
I like everything about this product. I don't have any comments.

Mostly very decent
I'm merely using it as an end-user and I do feel like it benefits me to easily contribute to translations and also to keep things tight with team management.
Avantages
Team management is good. Free-for-all, like on Weblate, doesn't always lead to better translation. In fact, it usually leads to worse translations. So having teams is important. I also like the keyboard shortcuts, translation editing capabilities and the easy-to-reach-and-use comment section in the editor.
Inconvénients
The site and editor are a bit difficult to navigate at times, requiring a few too many clicks. And a few features are a bit hidden out of view. Furthermore, the translation editor needs a better untranslated filter, maybe one that solely focuses on the untranslated strings instead of having it blend it with the already translated strings.

Great for open source projects
Avantages
We use crowdin for the translations of our geocaching open source app GCWizard. Easy too use for the community and for our programmers also with the up- and download.
Inconvénients
Proofreading has an issue with page switching, but it's not a big deal. Everything else is fine for us.

Crodwin, best software for translation
Avantages
There are many, machine translation, reviewing, editing filtering strings etc (this list goes long), also, it has a better UI on desktops as well as mobiles
Inconvénients
As first, it may take a bit time to understand it's full fetures, if you don't have any other experiences with translation

The tool for any multilingual project
For a translation platform that combines user-friendliness, collaboration, powerful features, and exceptional support, look no further than Crowdin.
Avantages
For the long time that I used Crowdin, either to help translate and approve countless strings on projects such as Minecraft, GitLab or Discord, I never had a major complaint over the years, since 2017. Crowdin takes the cake with its user-friendly interface, robust features, and exceptional support. I will indeed reinforce the whole website interface, the layout is intuitive and clean, making it easy for both project managers and translators to navigate without any steep learning curve.
Inconvénients
So far, I have no negative opinion about the platform.

Ease of use for sometimes users
Avantages
It is great how someone who jumps in for the first time as a volunteer can start translating directly. Also the automatic suggestions are great!
Inconvénients
It would be nice if there was a feature to auto-update the working list of untranslated strings in the background so that the flow is unimpeded.

I like the option to add several languages to the same project and change within the same document.
Inconvénients
Some of the languages I work with are not accepted. Moreover, the machine translation does not seem clear to know which was the last option and the best one.

overal experience is very good. Better than Transifex, or Weblate
Avantages
usefull help with translating sentences. Database and AI is pretty smart.
Inconvénients
some features in GUI, there is a little annoying browsing unfinished sentences or projects. Bad or none evidence of contributing code on Github if used automatic bot.

For professional multi-language users
Terminology is easy to keep consistent when you can check your earlier solutions.
Avantages
Translation memory and suggestions. You can use it on multiple platforms. Changing translations too complicated in Enterprise version, the old one has to be deleted to apply the new one and you easily forget and overlook that.
Inconvénients
Small and capital letters not separated in search.

Great product
Avantages
Crowdin is a great tool to help with localization across the board - it's easy for several translators and proofreaders to use, the zendesk integration works well.
Inconvénients
Slightly annoying that when a change is made to a kb article in zd, all strings go back to translation (even those that weren't altered). It just adds a few extra clicks though, so nothing critical.

Avantages
I like most about Crowdin, the ease of access to the platforms I worked on and that Crowdin keeps track of every word I type or correct. The fact that Crowdin let's me use my Google Log In, makes it so much easier to remember a single password instead of one more on the list.
Inconvénients
Yhere is nothing I did not like about Crowdin. I was part of a team and our team leader would have a more accurate idea of what to write here.

I would recommend this tool for every project, from small to big.From a developer point of view, with its integration with GitHub, you have full control of the translations.

Crowdin is very easy to use, it has a seamless integration with GitHub and every change is just pushed to the repository and integrated in the app.Their support is very fast and useful, they are always there to help you through the chat.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it is difficult to understand how branches work and how translations behave between releases.Actually we stopped using this feature since it produced a lot of problems with our translators.

I liked the translation service very much and was easily able to integrate in the aosp source for translations.

The UI or more like the home page is bit difficult to navigate around . Once logged into the ui is understandable and can get job done.

Crowdin gives multiple machine translation options, including a free in-house one. It is one of the few services that offers free plans for open-source projects and it gives almost all a user wants when editing and adding translations: keyboard shortcuts, good editor UI, ...
Inconvénients
The editor sometimes is a bit slow when saving translations and auto-translated strings are not always responsive.

It is a great experience and it helped me to improve my skills as a translator.
Avantages
The machine translations and the search index allows to vastly speed up the translaiton and localization's process.Despite its weakness in regardin the context of the translation, it's fixed by the message sectiona nd the note left by the users.
Inconvénients
The search engine for the projects it's weak, so it's difficult to fine other projects.Also, the platform it's not proper for translating documents, literary media and captions, which hinders the potential user base and workflow for certain types.

Avantages
Crowdin is a very convenient solution to manage large translation projects with multiple language teams. It has plenty of resources to ensure the project gooes smoothly and all necessary checks are put in place.
Inconvénients
The interface is not the most friendly or intuitive for translators compared to CAT tools most professionals are used to. Browsing through the translation files can be a little complicated.

Easy to use, feedback and communications between translators and project manager works well, good overview of translations in other languages.
Inconvénients
I've only used it as a freelancer working on projects managed by somebody else. As a solo contractor, I think taking on something like this would be a bit of a mouthful.
