L’inconvénient est qu’elle a une intonation robotique. Bien que la voix Google soit de grande qualité, elle peut parfois manquer de l’intonation naturelle et de l’émotion que les êtres humain mettent dans leurs paroles

Avantages
I used Google Voice because we have free calling within US. Google Voice is really good because we have integration with Google Workspace and voicemail transcription which helped me a lot.
Inconvénients
Would be nice if Google Voice improve in terms of international calling. Sometimes I had quality issues in the calls. And lack of advanced features.

It offers incredible capabilities that are unparalleled. For example I first used it on a smartphone that didn't have any valid cell phone number attached to it. For all intents and purposes if I had WiFi access , it was equivalent to having a smartphone with a paid cell plan.

It offers a free cell number, that can be routed to a landline number if not picked up by Google Voice on a Smartphone. It will automatically transcribe any message that is left, and you can run Google Voice on multiple smartphones which are all paired to the same Google Voice phone number.
Inconvénients
Some Apps refuse to accept text messages which are processed by VOIP such as Google Voice. They will only accept text messages delivered to a phone number attached to a genuine cell carrier.

Simple and good telephony service.
overall i feel that google voice is really helpful in managing communications and can obviously be given a try . just the transcription improvements can make this telephony service even more better.
Avantages
It provides services like voicemail transcription that i found very useful. Also it is very convenient to use and connect on all devices whether it be my phone tablet of laptop. Call screening feature is also one of the things that i frequently use and found very useful.
Inconvénients
i personally did not like the interface because it feels messy and little unorganized. also sometimes the transcription quality is very bad and hard to comprehend.

Easy to use!
It's been a very good and happy experience for me since I have started using it in 2012.
Avantages
It's super convenient and very easy to use. It's available on my phone and on my web browser so I am able to look at messages and voicemails through my computer as well as see if someone is calling me if I don't have my phone on my person. Additionally, if I have my headset connected to my computer I am able to accept and place calls through my computer as well.
Inconvénients
There isn't much to dislike about it, in fact I don't think I dislike anything.

overall i found the google voice to be a good choice if the need is very minimal with a very simple interface and also with limited options only.

thye VoIP connection works efficiently and strongly that serves the purpose most of the time. also the interface is very simple and user friendly and also very minimalistic which i found the most appealing. the call centre management is also okayish but can be even more improved.
