Inconvénients
Tripactions est un revendeur frauduleux. J'ai fait une réservation d'un hotel très couteux via leur plateforme. Mon manager n'a pas pu valider cette demande dans les 24heures. Elle a donc été automatiquement annulée et débitée. En appelant l'hotel, ils m'ont confirmé que Tripactions avait annulé la réservation, dans les délais impartis par l'hotel qui ne procédait à aucune rétention financière. C'est donc Tripactions qui a gardé l'intégralité de la somme et a refusé de trouver une solution pour me loger.

Simple Travel Booking!
My experience with Navan has been excellent. The platform is very easy to use both in a browser or using their app, with an intuitive interface that makes booking flights, hotels, and transportation seamless. It is efficient, saving me time and reducing the hassle of booking business travel.
Avantages
What I like most is the interface. It is very easy to use, and makes booking travel and accommodation stress free. The various promotions and offers that appear are also a benefit, especially when booking business travel gives you rewards for your next trip.
Inconvénients
The only thing that has caused frustration is when travelling with another traveller. This happens when booking a trip. You are required to enter traveller details, even when searching for hotels, which is a little annoying. I'd like to be able to search for hotels for multiple travellers before needing information to book.

terrible app
I was coerced into downloading this app to attend a software conference. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a month, but I cannot do cancel the subscription on my own. TripActions chat help tells me that my company admin must end my subscription. This does not sound right or ethical.
Avantages
I did not care for anything about this software
Inconvénients
It does not add value. It does not provide anything that my individual airline, hotel, and rental car apps do not already provide. It is annoying and gets in the way between me and my reservation

Great platform
We use this platform to book employee travel and also candidate interview travel. It works well for both purposes. We've had to change our workflow a bit to accommodate the candidate travel but overall its been positive.
Avantages
Aggregates all flight and booking info into one platform. You can see other users travel arrangements and you can schedule on behalf of others.
Inconvénients
Service fee is charged separately and adds a little bit of pain when it comes to submitted expenses and receipts..

TripActions - So easy to use
Avantages
- It is very easy to use for both business and personal trips. The search features for flights, hotels, and rental cars are very easy to use and manipulate.
- It definitely finds the best pricing on all aspects of trips. I routinely find the pricing to be 10% cheaper than what I can find using other methods.
- I like the reward option which allows you to reserve cheaper options and bank Amazon rewards.
- I like that I can easily (one toggle) switch from business to personal trips.
Inconvénients
- So far, my only (very minor) compliant is that you cannot reserve Exit Row seating on an airline during your initial booking. You must call the airline after the reservation is made. Minor annoyance and most likely a requirement of the airline industry.

Easy to Use with good customer services
I use TripActions mainly for my business trips. Overall good experience as the tool is easy and intuitive to use and make my trip planning organized. The customer support is very responsive and supportive. TripActions automatically adds my expenses to my reimbursement reporting.
Avantages
Easy to use,User Portal is clear and intuitive!
TripActions can be integrated with my company 's expense system and make my reimbursement so much easier.
Notifications are useful as reminders before the trip.
Customer support has been helpful!
Inconvénients
Hotel and Flight prices seem to be higher than market price.
Refundable hotels are higher price than non-refundable hotels, I wish they are all refundable options for safety and in case of unwanted emergency.

Eine unendliche Katastrophe ...
Wir waren vor Navan beim Anbieter Comtravo. Dieser hat unsere Anforderungen und Bedarfe vollumfänglich bedient, wir waren zufrieden. Dann wurde Comtravo vom Navan aufgekauft, zu diesem Zeitpunkt hieß die Firma noch TripActions. Ein Unternehmen aus den USA, die sich auch auf dem europäischen Markt als Geschäftsreisebuchungsportal etablieren wollten. Ab dem Moment der Übernahme war es eine Katastrophe. Das Portal war viel schlechter aufgebaut, bot einige notwendige Funktionen und Filtermöglichkeiten nicht, die Abbildung von Firmenraten zog sich unendlich hin, die Kostenübernahmen haben regelmäßig nicht funktioniert. D.h. der Reisende stand im Hotel und musste selbst zahlen. Die danach folgende Korrektur mit navan war zäh und zeitaufwendig. Eine Mitarbeiterin in der Buchhaltung war fast ausschließlich für die Bearbeitung der navan Abrechnungen und Korrekturen zuständig. Es wurde immer versprochen, dass es nur Startschwierigkeiten sind. Doch je mehr Beschwerden unsererseits kamen, desto weniger kam von den Ansprechpartnern bei navan zurück, bis wir schließlich komplett ignoriert wurden und wir daraufhin den Anbieter gewechselt haben, was die beste und einzig richtige Entscheidung war.
Avantages
Ausschließlich der Preis. 5 Euro pro Buchung pauschal. Aber das schlägt sich in der Qualität wieder. Siehe unter Nachteile.
Inconvénients
Der Umgang mit Kunden. Bei Problemen wird nicht geholfen. Die Hotline hilft bei Problemen und bietet kaum Unterstützung. Bei buchhalterischen Fragen das Gleiche. Falsch ausgestellte Rechnungen, falsche Währungen, falsche Steuerabzüge, die auch nach fast 2 Jahren, in denen wir nicht mehr Kunde sind, noch immer nicht korrigiert wurden. Seit 1,5 Jahren senden wir einmal im Monat eine Mail an einen maximal großen Verteiler, jedoch werden diese Anfragen ignoriert. Oder falls eine Rückmeldung kommt, wird zugesagt sich um das Thema zu kümmern, aber erhält anschließend kein Lebenszeichen mehr.
Es wurde am Anfang viel versprochen, aber nicht umgesetzt.

Love Navan!
We have started to mandate the usage of Navan and our employees have had nothing but a positive experience with it. It is nice to be able to know from a safety standpoint where our employees are when booking for travel.
Avantages
I like the user friendly aspect of Navan and how easy it is for our employees to use.
Inconvénients
At the moment, there is not a capability that I don't like about Navan.

Not ready for prime time - can only handle straightforward business bookings
Terrible. They want me to pay thousands of dollars even after admitting their system handled my use case oddly. This software looks slick, but isn’t ready for large companies that need to handle many personas & use cases.
Avantages
The support people are nice, but ultimately cannot resolve problems.
Inconvénients
1- the UX for booking & cancellation are different. 2- the cost for misunderstanding is extraordinarily high 3- support takes forever & cannot resolve issues 4- bookings are charged to your credit card by Navan as well as any airlines involved (e.g. 1 flight through Delta and Air France was initially billed 3 times)

Not worth the time or money
Poor. Not only have they created more problems than they solved, they are hard to work with, dishonest, and overly priced.
Avantages
That employees could book and have charges go onto the company card, cut back on employees having to use their own cards and get reimbursed.
Inconvénients
Cost of product. Higher than all of the others we reached this year in our attempt to find a better product.None of the books are actually discounted as they sold us on. Not only can our employees book the same rooms/flights cheaper going to Expedia, Priceline, or directly withe the hotel/airline, but we get charged for using Navan to book as well. One of their biggest selling points was we'd save money with the discounts they get. We don't.Customer service is definitely lacking. They have never been able to solve any problems, in fact they do a lot of back pedaling and changing receipts on the website to cover their tracks when something goes wrong. Have double charged us on multiple occasions, very difficult to get refunded without going to the credit card company. Have had receipts showing we used a credit, but then got charged for that 'credit' when booking on top of the full price of the tickets.

Great for companies who have travel, but has some bugs
We don't have to spend as much time manually scheduling flights/bookings which is very helpful, but there have been a bunch of bugs that detracts from that experience.
Avantages
I like that it's very easy to send candidates a link where they can book their own hotels/flights. We can see everyone who has booked/hasn't booked and follow up with them. I no longer need to spend time booking those things for them, unless requested.
Inconvénients
There are definitely some bugs that have led to a poor candidate experience for us. For instance, sometimes requests for the candidate/guest to enter their personal CC information even when we have already specified that we are using the company card on file.

Horrible for business travelers
It feels like nobody who works there actually flies frequently themselves. Thus, they never adequately address my needs. It is SO frustrating. This is literally the only company I've ever sought out to actively negatively review. They're masking a bad travel experience with a pretty user interface for booking.
Avantages
The interface is easy to use. However, pretty products do not create for a great user experience--depth of integration and customer service do that.
Inconvénients
For business travelers who have status on multiple airlines, this software is pretty miserable. TripActions serves as the barrier between me and my carrier of choice. It feels like nobody who works there actually flies frequently themselves. All I want to do is to be able to contact the airlines myself or have better integration so that 1) I can change things without a third party. In Southwest, I can't change in the app if my flight is late, or if I want to switch (at no cost due to my status) to an earlier flight. With Delta, due to loyalty, often if I call, they will waive change fees for me. However, with TripActions, the integration isn't there and a third party is negotiating on your behalf. It's ineffective and time consuming. Their change fees have to be approved by a manager--this makes it hard to switch flights last-minute and get home sooner. 2) My upgrades aren't invalidated. YUP! You read that right! Because the integration with TripActions and Delta is poor, I am not able to book my seat with status through TripActions. I always end up calling Delta directly to get upgraded. Most recently, though, on a long haul flight from LAX to NYC, Delta confirmed my upgrade, but when I went to check in, I found out TripActions invalidated it when they saw my new class of seat didn't match the initial one I booked. This results in me spending HOURS on the phone/chat feature between Delta and TripActions.

Best Travel & Expense Management Software
My overall experience was outstanding!
Avantages
The software was the greatest travel & expense management software I've ever used. The software is very user friendly and has great features, in booking and submitting expenses with the credit card option. When using the software and credit card for business, company reimbursements are the fastest I've ever experienced.
Inconvénients
I actually have nothing bad to say about this software. It is by far the best I've used of its kind.

Pros and cons
Generally good attitude towards tripactions. Coming from non managed our team isn’t crazy about the change, but that’s more of an change management issue. Without the rewards there isn’t anything that employees are crazy about.
Avantages
CSM’s are great. Help desk team usually is really responsive and helpful. Booking fees are definitely a little on the expensive side. Their reps can go and negotiate rates on our behalf.
Inconvénients
Small issues with single sign on. This tickets been open for quite some time. Wished that could prioritize this and close the loop

No longer need to book and expense my own travel - save money out of my own pocket.
Avantages
Being a road warrior (>125 miles with Delta a year) there is never a shortage of travel issues and problems, but Trip Actions quick customer service (chat function) is always there for you.
Inconvénients
- Please integrate the corporate discount rate with BonVoy, I continue to book my hotels outside the system to grab the best rate.

Refreshing experience to booking travel
Makes booking business travel a fun experience!
Avantages
The ability to earn rewards from choosing lower cost options, which can be redeemed for Amazon GCs, travel, and more. Great way to game-ify booking travel along with saving the company money. The website and mobile app both have very modern interfaces and performance is reasonable when loading all the travel permutations. Setup is very easy for user preferences and loyalty IDs.
Inconvénients
I didn't like how they split choices between rewards points earning and non-rewards points earning hotel selections. They also split between those options which are eligible for cashback rewards and those that are not. It's all to provide more options but it ends up confusing more than anything. The other thing to note is that if you are booking a new trip, Tripactions charges a set fee. So make sure you combine hotel and flight bookings otherwise you will be hit with a separate fee per booking.

Take some worry out of travelling
I love it personally. Not sure if it is really required but it is something that I enjoy having access to at our company.
Avantages
Being able to have what my company deems within budget listed for me to select when travelling. Customer support is also fantastic. Makes travelling a lot easier and auditing information is in 1 place. No need to worry about expensing as it can be connected to corporate CC.
Inconvénients
Honestly I have nothing negative to say about TripActions. I have had nothing but good experiences with this software.
