It's Helpful
Frederick allows me to forget about filling in the gaps when I have slow days. I can keep clients up to date on things as well.

It wasn't intuitive, didn't work like I wanted.
Poor. I'm glad I've uninstalled it. I've found other apps that work better.
Avantages
Nothing, it seemed like an advertisement that never delivered on its promises, so I stopped using it and uninstalled.
Inconvénients
It wasn't intuitive, hard to understand what the purpose was of the features and I couldn't use it like I desired.

Mindbody has been a great software for use in our Group Training Facility, easy to use and...
After owning a larger gym and the past and having a more extensive software, I was excited to use Mindbody. It was simple, cost effective and did everything I needed. After 2 1/2 years I am still happy but wish a few updates on the app would be made. I also believe the credit card fees run high in comparison to others and the lag time to receive deposits is a bit long.

Great quality system!
I was pitched this software over the ohone and had to try it. I found installation very painless. Tech support was very friendly and helpful not to mention i barely needed any help. The programming is fairly simple and easy to use, even when your not a computer wize. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. I promise you'll enjoy it!

Great System
Didn't have an issue with tech support, they helped out anytime I had to call.
Avantages
The membership program and online booking are great features. Easy to use and navigate..............
Inconvénients
At the time my company was a year old and the pricing was to much. We had to look for another point of sale system to go with.

Expensive and not friendly!
I had a very bad experience with Mind Body.
Is not a friendly software and you have to adapt to the software and not the other way around!
They charge one month in advance to teach you how to "set it up" and then if you want to cancel there is a 30 days notice period which they charge.
Don't waste your time and money! There are much better softwares out there!

Easy to set up!
Helps simplify marketing!
Avantages
Great marketing tool! Reminds clients to book appointments, sends out email automatically. Great for filling in gaps in schedules with Booker.
Inconvénients
We've had a few clients unsubscribe due to how many duplicate emails they sometimes receive. Overall, it's a great product.

It's a big scam!
Horrible.

Nothing. I was lied to to get me to sign up and when I was setting it up I discovered the lie
Inconvénients
I was lied to at a conference to get me to sign up for their program. When I discovered the lie I cancelled immediately. They have continued to charge my credit card and I had to have my bank block them from being able to charge any more.

Avantages
It is a wellness app and it made my life easier since you will not need to search on google for fitness class, rates and schedules. You just need to access the app and choose and then you're good to go!
Inconvénients
None. I like the application, saves time.

I'm not a computer person, an it's easy for me to use. Customer service is great, training was easy to follow, and you can Taylor your software to meet all your needs. Happy we decided to use mindbody. Also is a great price for everything you get with the pkgs. I love the app. To be mobile, run classes from my smart phone to check in members. Easy, easy, easy!!!

Exactly what I needed to help make my business run more smoothly
MindBody has meant I can be playing with my 3 kids away from the studio and change an instrustor's availability with a 'click'.
My clients, for the majority, manage their own schedules and payments online or through the App.
I am able to do reports for all sorts of requirements making it a positive experience to work 'on' my business not just 'in' it.

Efficient cloud based appointment scheduling solution for classes and workshops
Avantages
There are a number of features I really like such as the ability to offer and manage waitlists and the ability to schedule bookings via Facebook. It's easy to use and set up and I've always had good feedback from customers using it.
Inconvénients
No real problems or issues using Mindbody yet. One thing I'd like to see improved is the ability to customise the customer interface to look more like my branding. This isn't easy to customise.

Tax Season Relief
We are Texas' largest yoga and tai chi studio. We do business in the studio and on-line retail. MindBody reports makes quarterly sales tax a snap. In two mouse clicks I see our sales and tax responsibility. Before mind body sales tax accounting took us days. Now it is minutes! If you want a great return on investment I highly recommend MINDBODY.

Terrible company
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Terrible customer service. Software is inefficient. I cancelled the contract within 1 month. I processed $28 of credit cards transactions and they charged me $44 of merchant processing and will not refund it. I returned the equipment within 20 days and did not get a full refund either. Bad business

All in one
Avantages
What I like about this app is just with a click of a button you can reserve classes for your yoga class and pay for it and sign in with it. Convenience at its finest.
Inconvénients
Not all my favorite places are here, Maybe they should update it.

Easy to use and effective
I would say that the overall experience has been more than satisfactory.
Avantages
From the moment you open it for the first time, everything seems logically placed and easy to navigate.

Daily client management
The most user friendly and performant software I have never used so far. As a business owner I was looking for a software that was intuitive, flexible and time saver . Mindbody is all that and even more. On top of this the help desk support is just fantastic, I have never had to wait and they always find a solution to your problem. By far the best!

Good product but not for the price
I used MindBody for a year. It did what I needed it to do but it was such a pain to learn. Once they raised the price it wasn't worth it to stay. I found an even better product that allowed to create both individual and class appointments as well as sending text reminders, for half the price. Customer service was always quick to respond, though!

Easy to use
Really like it generally, easy to use and pleasing interface.

I like the functionality, easy to use and overall very helpful. Impressed with user interface and details.

Integration with existing platforms was a little difficult, and getting others to try is has been hard as well.

Overall, MindBody is great!
Avantages
I really like that I can book anything I need to from the MindBody App when I'm at work. I don't have to worry about calling anyone to book something that I need, which is great!

I wish that it was easier to find places to go to through the app.

Needs some work
Avantages
A lot of studios and spas use this software so it's great because it's so widely used.
Inconvénients
Using the software isn't easy. It's difficult to find specific classes and hard to book them. It's not very intuitive and changing or filtering your options doesn't really work.

The onboarding process, and working with the rep was excellent. There are a lot of moving parts and from someone who is not overly tec savy - it is nice to be guided through the process.
Inconvénients
At least 2 people should be allowed to be trained directly from Mindbody.

I tried the free trial of Mind Body
Avantages
It's very comprehensive, has lots of tools and is able to accommodate everything fitness business or gym would need to run the scheduling from the mind body software.
Inconvénients
I'm a one-person fitness trainer, and mind body was way more than I needed and way too expensive for me to justify the price. I wish they had an option for smaller companies to provide them value and deliver just what small businesses need, and not everything that a big company needs.

Not worth it unless you run a simple business
While the customer service agents are very nice, they do not know the software. This software quickly becomes difficult to manage once you add in seasonal changes to your business, different classes and multiple services. Terrible product for online booking of facilities, but can handle a simple class sign up like for a yoga class.

I have used this to schedule yoga classes before and it is very clear and easy to use. I like having my classes scheduled in one place where I can easily check.

Think twice before you make a decision and read as many reviews as possible
Do your research on this product/service and it's competitors. Save yourself the time, money and stress and just stay away.
Avantages
Quick and easy, painless sale and setup. Seems easy to use and their techs are able to explain the product resolve simple issues fairly quickly.
Inconvénients
Unexplained and unexpected increases in the price for absolutely no reason or advance notification. All of a sudden, certain features became an additional cost to what was originally a small monthly fee that also increased by over 50% in a short period of time. Trying to cancel this software and service was a nightmare.

It is getting better.
The software hasn't gotten more user friendly in the past year such as being able to add a client into my schedule with ease. Moving an appt to another day still takes a while, but I like the changes in seeing. I like that other products are offered like 360 to help me with my business. I like that bold is offered. Come to SF!!

bad software
It actually is very easy to use but there are so many glitches like sending messages to my clients without us setting it up., charging clients that are not supposed to be charged. Stay away from this product. I've been using this product for more than a year now but I'm ready to change and still scouting for a better program.

I liked that my punchcard was automatically saved and I could see the schedule in advance.

I had a brutal experience with the set up and "implementation coach".
Avantages
It seemed to be easy to use and useful accessible for the clients to book sessions and adjust scheduling.
Inconvénients
It had too little flexibility. I was told that it would fit the needs of my business and after paying the set up costs, 2 months of use (which was never used do to the incorrect information given to me) and my implentation coach constantly cancelling and rescheduling our calls I found out that it didn't fit any of my business needs.

Mindbody made it easy to find what I was looking for.
Avantages
It was easy to find and locate the gyms I was looking for in my area. I liked being able to schedule and reserve my spot.
Inconvénients
There was not much that I disliked about this product. It did what I needed it to do and I am satisfied.

All encompassing Client Managment System
So easy for the clients to schedule appointments and classes. Then the staff can check in, check out and process payments. Afterwards, the social media connections are awesome to use. The online store to sell packages and memberships keeps costs down so our sales people can focus on marketing and add on sales.

Smart business tool
Mind body has helped create a very simple approach to managing my fitness business and clients. It is well worth the time and money for the peace of mind if offers in keeping all my financials, attendance and history in one place as well as it makes adding new classes and changes to the schedule a breeze.

MINDBODY Review
MINDBODY has a very big range of features. Also, MINDBODY offers training sessions and documentation in addition to its online knowledge base. However, their customer services are terrible, was having a hard time getting answers. Besides that, this software is not user-friendly, it is very hard to use!

They gouge your business. Simple as that. They have made a glaringly obvious lack of care to their clients by charging consistently for software that should work and is indeed advertised as a all in one solution , yet fails to provide basic functions they claim to provide without paying extra fees.

Overall you are a good product and you do the job. However as a very small business owner trying to start a business by paying just so I can have the ability to email my customers feels like you don't respect us small business. this is what I tell people when they ask my opinion about mind/body

I LOVE THIS APP!!
Avantages
I absolutely love the MINDBODY app!!! There are so many fitness, beauty, spa, etc. options to flip through; there are so many great services to choose from. I recommend this to everyone!
Inconvénients
The app itself could use a "facelift" in that it's kind of hard to look at; it sounds weird but the colors are super bright and there seems to be a lot of unused space. Content is great though.

Very easy to use for customer
Overall, I find this to be very easy to use and great for mid size to bigger size studios. It’s also very popular already- so clients can easily use it.

This software is very easy for clients to use without any instruction, which is critical- it’s also very popular so many people are already used to using it.
Inconvénients
for smaller businesses, it’s a little expensive- so that’s really the only main deterrent. For bigger businesses, the value is certainly there.

Fantastic Software that just works
We moved to MindBody from Salon Genius and it was the greatest move ever.
The software never glitches, has amazing features and best of all Customer support is available 24/7. Yes you speak to somebody all the time even midnight on a Sunday night.

It's lust a little slower than I expected. And I use it on different computers with excellent internet connection. So it's a little too slow and also putting the info (weather personal info or at checkout) involves many steps like I have to press on "email" first before putting it in.
