how it looks and feels to use, it is great that it has our company colours

It would be nice if more candidate information from there CV was uploaded automatically rather than us having to take the info we already have on there CV

What can I say! I extensively researched CRM systems within the recruitment industry and chose Firefish for a number of reasons including value for money, customer service and its easy to use interface. I have not been disappointed. As the company MD I can oversee my consultants progress, set individual kpi's and generate useful reports. The system is easy to use and a fantastic management tool

Inconvénients

No access to an App for on the go! It would be great to see this feature

Ease of use - workflow is logical and straight forward.
Uploading candidates and emails direct from outlook is extremely efficient
The customer support team and absolutely fantastic and always extremely helpful

Inconvénients

Currently, it doesn't connect with LinkedIn Recruiter which makes candidate management slightly more difficult.

Very easy to use and intuitive. Setup is simple and training sessions are great. Very powerful and one of the best recruitment CRMs out there.

Unfortunately the Outlook email plugin isn't supported for Apple Mac so emails via other client software has to copy and pasted into Firefish.

Very user friendly and everything is very easy to get started with a good support team always ready to help - it fits the candidates very well. The recruitment tool is very useful

System never goes down and no lost time. It's easily accessible via the mobile app and the constant improvements are good to see. Perhaps most importantly, if I ever need to talk to someone, it's really easy to. The back office support is second to none.

What I love about Firefish is the ease of use and the "fish tank". This enables you to learn the software in your own time through watching online seminars.

The ease of use is great and the support team are always on hand!

As with all softwares, there are glitches from time to time but with help from the fantastic support team they are quickly fixed!

The look and feel. It is very simple in comparison to what I have used in the past particulary when it comes to the recruitment process , there are a few things I would believe would enhance every recruiter but you get what you pay for and I believe I definitely got what I paid for

The lack of functionalities that would improve the whole recruitment process and that you have to put everything up on the community for something to be passed

How easy it is to put together search lists and talentpools and how easy it is to filter search lists.

Inconvénients

There are certain lists you can't filter or adjust, such as the list of suggested people when you add a job. The red line and email spacing.

I like that it is designed with recruiters in mind, by people who have worked in recruitment. Many systems are designed for the industry without the knowledge and understanding of what is useful, what is relevant and what is going to make a difference in my day to day workalike. Firefish succeeds in all of these areas they are constantly interacting with customers to see where it can be improved rather than deciding upon innovations that might make the system look nice but then lose functionality.

Inconvénients

There are relatively few negatives with the software as a whole. Having the ability to add in new personalised templates that you can pick and choose to use rather than than the pre-defined templates would be beneficial but this is about it.

Accessing data, and retrieving details. Very easy access.

Inconvénients

As the transition for using FireFish software has been quite understanding for me, I find it hard to think of any cons as I have had no great difficulty with the software.

Avantages

Easy of navigation. Easy to create a job and an advert. Keeps all information together. Easy to create lists of candidates to come back to.

Inconvénients

When in a saved list if you open another tab to look at something else, you lose your place in the saved list. Also when typing an email you cannot access the information on a candidate or contact that you sometimes need to include in the email (would be useful to have a minimise button on the email pop-up).

eMy most favourite aspects are the ease of integration and use for multiposting to job boards, posting & sharing to social media & direct emailing.

My least favourite aspects, although not a problem, are the multi-level drop down menu's for client and candidates especially when sometimes required to add your own fields.

Having worked in the industry for nearly 20 years I have used many different CRM systems - Firefish is by far the best - it is really intuitive and providing you have entered good quality data (which is so easy to do!) it basically does your job for you leaving you feeling confident that you haven't 'missed out' on anyone.

love this software, is so intuitive and nothing seems 'overly engineered' yet the functionality is really advanced. Makes recruitment paint by numbers - everything you need to do is right there in front of you every day.

I like the report features, standard reports are great but report builder lets me generate reports specific to my companies needs.

it is quite easy to pick up how to use the system. I find it didn't take me long to learn the system and I can work it quite well.

As a temp consultant, i don't feel it's the best software for this sort of recruitment. I've used IQX in the past and it was very good for it.

That you can navigate your adverts and jobs easily. Knowing where each job is at by using the live jobs section is great.

Inconvénients

i do not like that you cannot change your talent pools and who is on them. You have to keep everyone on them and it is frustrating when you want to take one off.

After using other CRM's for recruitment in the past I have found this a lot easier to get to grips with due to it's simplicity. The initial setup training and support is also far better than what I have seen from others.

There are a couple of things I would like to see added but to be fair there is opportunity to make suggestions where users can then vote for them to be added. This can be quite a slow process however and am still waiting to see any changes.

Avantages

Firefish is very easy to use and is very fluent in how it operates. I have used systems in the past in which you will go from one screen to another to do the same thing, but with Firefish it does it all in the one place.

Firefish is very intelligent as you can see who the active candidates are when posting jobs. This makes being a recruiter that little bit easier.
