One of the best
Excellent and the support team are always on hand to help
Avantages
I’ve used lots of different CRM’s over the years and FireFish is easily the best. The functionality is really straight forward making it really easy to train new starters and the system interface is very user friendly. The new developments are improving the system all the time and with a few more tweaks, I would say it is the perfect system for my business.
Inconvénients
A LinkedIn integration and a CV Dropbox would be hugely beneficial. There are a couple of little changes that would help such as the ability to view a CV whilst making a VOIP call through the system would also be a great addition

Great tool for Premier
Avantages
The customer service is great, they are very quick to respond to issues and customising features and reports. Very user friendly workflow.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it's difficult to pull the relevant data needed in standard reports. A new report is needed to be built in report builder which can be time consuming.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID. Pretend to be a small business that cares for small businesses, but are the total opposite and are currently hiding behind contracts when i've asked for help. System still not fully operational after a month - not worth the migration costs to move from other suppliers with. Am now left in an even worse position than when I was with the dumpster fire that is Vincere/Access, which I didn't think was even possible. Broken process where each department is seperate, zero account management once signed up. Holding my data hostage + no way to get out of the contract despite being in financial difficulties. They would sooner see the business go under as long as they get a paycheque. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Avantages
The promise of the web integration, which we've paid for yet still don't have nearly 2 months down the line.
Inconvénients
Being sold that Firefish is a small business to support small businesses, yet the absolute opposite is true when you start working with them.

Amazing forward thinking recruitment CRM built by a passionate team - I only wish we'd moved...
From the initial enquiry/demos through to the migration, going live and onboarding - I cannot fault the team at Firefish.
Almost 2 months into using the product daily we are really getting to grips with things and the fact they listen to their customers and update the product on a regular basis is invaluable especially compared to our previous CRM.
Avantages
Firefish is fast and easy to use which encourages recruitment consultants to use it fully, unlike other systems where consultants only populate it because they "have to".
The whole team at Firefish are passionate about the product and this really shows! You feel like a valued customer and nothing is too much work.
Coming from a CRM we had used for over 15 years I was nervous about the integration but the process was so well managed and all aspects of the migration were taken into consideration with "no stone unturned" so there weren't any unexpected surprises when we went live.
Features like the candidate portal and straightforward website integration are great too - it gives candidates the ability to manage their own account, browse/apply for jobs and receive tailored job alerts based on their preferences.
Inconvénients
Not many to be honest. There is no in-built document editor (but we have found a simple workaround for this) and some of the reporting took a bit of getting used to. There are a few features we would like to see but other customers have suggested these so it should only be a matter of time before they are implemented.
Having said that though, the community is fantastic and the ability to raise and vote on ideas is great. If your business really needs a specific feature this is something that can be developed (at a reasonable cost).

While the browser offering (Access Recruitment CRM) is being developed, we felt it was just a web front-end for the old RDB database with no innovative features or vast improvements. RDB was very customisable and as an IT Manager I loved getting hands-on with the raw data in SQL but Firefish's integrations are constantly improving and I see a lot of potential with where Firefish is going. System performance and user frustration were the main factors. It shouldn't take 30-45 seconds to run a candidate search in these times and the product was only updated once or twice in an 18 month period (even then only tiny incremental changes were made). If users aren't happy using the CRM then it has a knock-on effect across the business - affecting performance, morale, efficiency and productivity. Using Firefish is a breath of fresh air and we are already starting to see user feedback/satisfaction improve and the quality of data being entered is much better.Pourquoi passer à Firefish
A combination of functionality, cost and performance. Firefish had the best balance of all-round functionality and a team whose service is absolutely second to none. Does what it says on the Fin
We love using the Fish. Support is first class, the system is regularly developed for new features, the team always goes the extra mile to make sure we're OK if we hit a snag, although I have to say that's rare. We're a bit lazy really as Firefish can do SO MUCH MORE than we ask of it.

Excellent ATS for SME recruitment businesses, I would chose over others I have used in the past
I love this software and would recommend it to any SME business that is considering an ATS.
Avantages
Ease of use, variety of features, and excellent customer service. The fact that you can make suggestions to help improve the user experience and this is then voted on and implemented shows that they actually listen to customer feedback.
Inconvénients
I feel the marketing of candidates to clients could be easier.

Brilliant CRM
Very positive - both times. The on boarding has been good, the software is brilliant and we are a more efficient and automated business for it.
Avantages
I and the team love the level of efficiency and automation that we benefit from with Firefish. I am a second time user having used Firefish in a previous business before bringing it to my own company more recently. I rate it above all other recruitment CRMs that we have used.
Inconvénients
I think the onboarding process could have been a little quicker, but I also appreciated the level of detail your onboarding team have gone in to.

FireFish is a seamless operating system to help me with my day-to-day recruitment needs. Easy to use on a daily basis
It saves me time which makes it easier to go about my day, I'm very happy with the product.
Avantages
I can call, text and email from the same platform, makes it very efficient compared to opening outlook, another VOIP system etc.Applicants are very easily tracked.
Inconvénients
Formatting is a massive issue when doing CV sends or email sends, so much so that we don't use them and usually hit 'skip email'.It would be good to track how many left messages/voicemails you leave so you get a clearer picture from your KPIs how much contact you are making.

Great system, wouldn't be able to do my job without it!
Brilliant customer service, great set up, fantastic features. Really wouldn't be able to work without it!
Avantages
Firefish has all the added extras required to ensure every detail is able to be inputted. This keeps track of all our clients and candidates between all three of the businesses within our group.
Inconvénients
Not being able to spell check emails when sending them through Firefish.

Happy Customer!
Firefish have provided us with a platform to work more intelligently and to improve our methods of working. Its always a case of getting out what we put in, but overall we've found Firefish to be supportive throughout our time working with them.
Avantages
We've found the software to work in exactly the manner we would want it to be, supporting our day-to-day activities and many functionalities to improve the way in which we work. I've enjoyed the recent instructional webinars, as this has provided a refresh on how to use the system and has led to improvements in the way we interact with the software. Firefish are constantly improving and upgrading functionality too.
Inconvénients
No real cons - some aspects that we'd like to see in the future, but I think that these are developments that may be on the horizon. Fits perfectly with our business needs.

Easy, so very Easy
Very positive, so much so i don't think about it like other CRM systems which can take up so much time that you do end up thinking about them.
Avantages
Managing both candidates is a trick business can lead to a lot of lost data/conversations etc. so having all this data in one place and for example say you have business x and a candidate is going to be working in school x being able to marry the two together makes keeping track of the work/task's conversations so much easier. The Friendly easy to use company/candidate set up is quick very easy and just a breeze to use
Inconvénients
I feel there could be more sorting options. I.E if you have a candidate that is a teaching assistant, but they excel at a particular skill being able to display this so this can then be filtered so show what candidates are available and in what area would make things so much easier.

Been using Firefish my entire career!
I've only ever used Firefish in my four years in recruitment and it's always been easy to wrap my head around and now I feel years on I use it to it's full capacity. The training offered by the team is great and shows off new features as and when they are released which keeps everyone up to date!
Avantages
Firefish is super easy to use and the team are always on standby with quick resolution should any issues occur.
Inconvénients
There are a few bugs that if they were fixed would make life particularly easier - being able to view a CV whilst making a call through the system. I hate having lots of tabs open!

Firefish Database
Its a good CRM with some great functionality. A few improvements could easily make it the best on the market.
Avantages
I like that you can customise certain areas of the database without having to contact support. The candidate flow is quite simple making it easy to follow.
Inconvénients
Their is no CV Parce of easy way of uploading a candidate and is quite manual.Another negative is there is no option to bulk upload CV's or client contact details without using a FF admin which cant take weeks to complete so is not always possible.

Firefish Review
Very good plus plenty of improvements are needed
Avantages
The integration seemed to be better compared to other CRMs. The pricing was much more competitive also. I like the cloud hosting aspect compared top more traditional on-prem CRM's. The process is streamlined compared to other CRMs.

Features missing: *Not being able to keep track of candidates via specific tag files*Not being able to change client tag file names *Not being able to add clients quickly into tag files

Excellent customer service, brilliant, user-friendly software
Avantages
It's interface and ability to navigate. 99% of it works and makes sense. There are a few areas of improvement, but they are always open to feedback and taking onboard new ways to improve their software. I've used other recruitment software in the past which has been very clunky and not easy to use, their functionality and ways to give us the ability to manage the system is very advanced. My team enjoy using it and it allows us to increase our workflow and conversions.
Inconvénients
A recent update of the system was one that we felt wasn't needed. It does however look nicer, but some of the ease of use was reduced. However for new users I'm sure they wouldn't notice it, and my team are getting used to the update. Despite this, I still very much recommend this system.

Helps me to easily manage the full recruitment lifecycle...
FF has been a very useful tool that has streamlined our recruitment process. It has helped us to manage, store and track useful data and communicate more efficiently with both candidates and clients alike.
Avantages
FF helps me to easily manage the full recruitment lifecycle. I can write and share adverts to various job-site platforms and store applications in organised individual folders. I can easily edit information and write and send targeted marketing emails to candidates stored on the database. I can also use FF to track my personal KPI's e.g. CV sends and client interactions.
Inconvénients
When using FF, it can sometimes be difficult to keep several FF tabs open at once without slowing down the website. Sometimes, I have to upload an updated CV to the database several times in a row for it to effectively overwrite a candidate's old CV.

Super user friendly and intuitive platform for recruiters
I have nothing but positive things to say about Firefish. The software is great, but anytime we have had an issue pf query the helpdesk team are super reactive and there to help, so the customer service is absolutely excellent too. I've used a lot of recruitment CRM systems in my time and hands down this is the best I've used.
Avantages
I really like how easy this software is to use. From day one it's super intuitive and easy to work out without any unecessary, complicated features.
Inconvénients
There's a few things that were a bit clunky (e.g. having to click through pages on CVs - very minor), but the brilliant thing is the opportunity to put ideas to the community to rectify issues. So nothing I can think of to write here!

Firefish CRM review Oct 2020
Avantages
It looks good, good layout, easy to use and it covers a lot of functionality. The support team especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are great. The regular webcasts have been encouraging especially during covid/lockdown. The team are constantly striving to improve and this is a CRM which is striving to keep up to date with the changes in recruitment.
Inconvénients
No CRM is ever going to please all the users as we all require different things. That said, the marketing tools are limited and the social media interaction i.e whats app is lacking and the templates could be laid out easier.

What a great system!
Firefish has made our working day so much more productive and I certainly don't know how we would have coped with GDPR without it.
Avantages
We have been using Firefish for quite a few years now having moved over from Bullhorn. What a difference. At Bullhorn (being a small agency) we were just a number and rarely got actually speak to anyone when we had a problem. The team at FF have been nothing but helpful and supportive (especially when I ask stupid questions) and have worked really hard to ensure everything works smoothly. The system itself is very easy to learn, I would say intuitive and that is such a benefit when you are training new staff. I find the reporting particularly useful e.g. pulling together stats for clients and also being able to change and update our website at the click of a button is fantastic.
Inconvénients
What is there not to like? If I was being super picky I think the only thing I would like more of is the chance to customise attachments on jobs e.g. if a client has their own privacy policy which needs to go out to candidates on submission but really I am just looking for problems. It is great.
