Avantages
The ease of use is a plus. Being able to rate applicants is an excellent feature this software contains. It helps that I can rate and comment on applicant before hiring manager review them. This is a time saver, as they spend less time going thru resumes.

I receive a ton of resumes from unqualified applicants.

Loved using it as a job-seeker, as it was fast and had great features/updates
Avantages
Loved how it would send me non-invasive notifications and emails about openings or opportunities which I might be a fit for. Was super easy to upload resume and info and made applying very painless.
Inconvénients
Don't really have too much to say against it, but I guess people could get annoyed with the notifications or emails.

Easy to navigate the website, post a job position and find new applicants.
Inconvénients
Cost to advertise was a bit prohibitive for a small business but if you find a long term employee its worth the money.

A very reliable source to find a good job. You are always kept in the loop of any new postings.

The website UI was straight to point and shows exactly what you are looking for after entering your requirements.
Inconvénients
Though the UI is easy to use, I would definitely recommend revamping the look of it. Because at first glance it looks like a spam website.

these site really makes finding a job easy. it helps you find jobs near you and even gives the miles of how far the job is from you. it breaks down what type of job you want and what kind of pay you are looking for.

Super easy to use, I have infrequent needs to hire employees, in fact it is usually situational or seasonal. Even though I don't use a lot, I can still manuver my way around pretty easily.
