If You're Looking For A Job, This App Is a MUST-HAVE!
Overall, I really enjoy using ZipRecruiter. I use it several times a week to stay on top of what's available on the job market. The "1-Tap Apply" button is an awesome feature which makes the application process super easy! I found my last job using ZipRecruiter and I continue to use it and recommend it to others.
Avantages
I love that ZipRecruiter lets me narrow down my search via zip code. I am able to find jobs in my immediate area to avoid long commutes, and that's a big deal for me!
Inconvénients
I sometimes get emailed alerts about jobs I am not interested in. It's ok. Software is not perfect.

Efficient sourcing with a big reach
Overall my experience with ZipRecruiter has been positive. It’s a great platform for reaching a large audience quickly, and it’s especially useful when you need to fill a role fast or increase applicant volume. It may require more screening times then other niche platforms the visibility and automation make it an incredible tool in my recruitment toolbox.
Avantages
What I liked most about ZipRecruiter was its wide distribution of the posting. It publishes your listing to multiple job boards with helps more people see the post without extra effort on my part. The candidate matching is also another great bonus as it sends me potential matches that best align with my post, saving me time. The platform is also very easy to navigate and makes it simple to track candidates in your pipeline also allowing for easy communication.
Inconvénients
One downside was the volume of unqualified candidates. While it’s great to have a large applicant pool, I did find myself spending a lot of time filtering through resumes.

When posting jobs on ZipRecruiter, having a wide selection of candidates we can sort through and pick the most qualified is wonderful.
Avantages
ZipRecruiter makes job postings very easy and quick. It is a great tool for getting job postings in our local area.
Inconvénients
The membership fees are somewhat high for a smaller company like ours, but in today's market, we have very few options on where to post to get to the greatest number of applicants.

Ziprecruiter is our preferred platform
Overall we are very pleased with the platform in terms of functionality and features as well as the quality of applicants. We have retained majy of the employees weve hired using this solution. We also find the cost to be well within an acceptable range for the full host of features.
Avantages
This our preferrd platform for placing job advertisments, contacting and communicating with potential employees and for tracking applicants during the hiring process. We also use indeed regularly, but find that we have better luck hiring for skilled trades and field staff with this platform.
Inconvénients
We wish the platform had a built in skills testing feature like Indeed. We use that often for our office and management personal and find it usefull in establishing a baseline for skillsets. Currently, we just advertise those positons more frequently using Indeed but we would prefer ziprecruiter to be our one stop shop.

Success with using ZipRecruiter
My overall experience with ZipRecruiter has been a good one. Whatever I needed for my agency to educate children with special needs birth to three such as Speech Therapist, Physical Therapist, and Special Instruction Therapist. I was able to find therapists in all NYC areas. ZipRecruiter was the answer to helping my agency be successful.
Avantages
How easy it was to find new employees to fill all the positions that were needed to help educate children with special needs. Our agency was able to staff all the positions needed. Because of the ZipRecruiter website it was easy and quick covering all the positions from therapst to office staff.
Inconvénients
My business really didn't have any problems with ZipRecruiter whatever was needed was easily obtaned.

It was a very good tool to recruit for my company.
Avantages
Ease of use. It was extremely easy to post positions.
Inconvénients
Nothing was bad about it particularly, though it lacks a social feature like Linkedin.

Overall good app to use for job postings!
Overall, my experience was really good. As long as you do your research when applying for positions, you do have a lot of opportunities to apply and get a job!!
Avantages
I liked the base amount of job postings it had available for potential candidates.
Inconvénients
I noticed some of the job postings, mainly work from home, weren’t legitimate which is disappointing because it takes away from the overall reliability of the site.

Reliable and Easy to Use Recruiting Platform
My experience was very positive. It was not my primary recruiting platform but it was a great source to supplement sourcing without duplicate candidates.

It was a very concise and easy-to-use platform. Posting for specific positions and areas was user-friendly.

It is a very good platform
Although it doesn't have as many options as indeed.com, I still use ziprecruiter because they have more online opportunities

What I liked about this page is that they constantly send me notifications of recent employment opportunities based on my job search and they also notify me if the recruiter viewed my application

Unlike indeed.com they do not have a space where you can connect directly with the recruiter

I used it for hiring employees for my business as well as I have used it before to get jobs in the past before I had my own business.
Avantages
I love that they thought of all the necessary features that employers and employees might need when job searching. Also the easiness of the site to navigate is a plus.
Inconvénients
I disliked that some of the jobs posted on this site weren't verified employers and some were scam people pretending to be employers.

Cant go wrong with ZipRecruiter
So far we have been happy with the overall experience. When we set up our company's job postings a representative from Zip helped us through the process which was great!
Avantages
Zip makes it really easy to post multiple job openings under the same company profile.
Inconvénients
We don't get as many applications on Zip as we do with other platforms.

get way more than paid for
Ziprecruiter is super easy to navigate. and user friendly. I like that I can pick the certain kind of job I want and it generates a list of that category jobs. The price is a lot cheaper than competitors. I would definitely reccomend this software

It's ok. Applying for jobs is very easy, however, the jobs that I get are not quite up to what I am looking for.
