Pretty effective
Avantages
It posts to many job boards so it allows the posting to be seen by a lot of people. The reps are usually readily available.
Inconvénients
They try to make you spend a lot of extra money via boosts, which are really expensive, and I question how effective they are.

I love the popularity of this software. I feel like it targets better and more qualified individuals compared to other hiring platforms. Its very easy to use and the value of the services definitely matches the price.

It was easy to use and allowed us the option to throughly review each candidates resumes before beginning the interview process.
Inconvénients
I didn't have any trouble with the software, but did find it to be a bit pricey compared to what we had used previously; however, you most certainly get what you pay for!

Easy to navigate! This software is so helpful, personally I have found that it is the easiest to use out of all software like this.

The capacity to make a pre-screening study that can consequently exclude not qualified competitors. ZipRecruiter is easy to use and it provides a nice measure of work opportunity postings.
Inconvénients
It doesn't screen candidates just as it is promoted. 79% of the quality/gauge of candidates didn't coordinate what we were searching for. Candidates were able to apply with resumes that hadn't been refreshed in over a year.

Used for a previous job. I really liked the simplicity of this software. Very easy to plug in what kind of employee with what skills I needed, then the software did all the finding.

Zip Recruiter has the potential to be great if they would vet applicants for business more thoroughly.

I received a high response rate using Zip Recruiter as it is clear they post your Job Wanted Ad's everywhere.

I did not feel that ZipRecruiter vetted their candidates as much as I would have liked. It didnt necessarily streamline the process for me as I ended up with a ton of sub par candidates I had to respond no to.

After 6 months of zaprecruiter I got 206 reply's ,more than 3/4 were not qualified . So I stopped there service. I placed all my job seekers in my file on my computer before canceling my account.This morning I opened my folder and ZAPRECRUITERS STOLD MY FILES ....CAN NOT SEE WHAT I PAID FOR, THEY TOOK ALL MY RECRUITES, AND I HAVE NO ACCECT. RIP ME OFF....BE CAREFUL ...THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

Great place to find Jobs and also a great place to find Employees under one roof. They have a great recruitment network to get the right employee.

Pricing are not shown prior but they have a bit higher price and as per em it should be disclosed earlier but the process is nice.
