Avantages

Phpstorm est très puissant, et est customisable grâce à de nombreuses extensions.
L'outil est agréable à l'utilisation malgré une complexité présente lors des premières utilisations.

Inconvénients

L'indexation prend beaucoup de ressources sur l'ordinateur, plus le projet est lourd, plus l'indexation prend du temps et des ressources. Cela ralenti les performances machine grandement. Des optimisations sont possibles pour palier ce problème.

Avantages

L'auto-complétion de code, la recherche de code, les très nombreux plug-ins, l'interface très efficace... PHPStorm contribue énormément à la maximisation de la productivité des développeurs

Inconvénients

Peut-être l'effet "usine à gaz" à la première utilisation, vite dissipée

Avantages

PhpStorm permet vraiment d'accélérer la vitesse d'écriture de code, ainsi que la qualité de celui-ci, les nombreux raccourcis permettant de refactoriser le code sont absolument géniales !

Inconvénients

Pour ma part j'ai souvent eu beaucoup de mal pour trouver certains réglages dans les paramètres car le système de recherche n'est pas très poussé

J'ai utilisé la version d'essaie de PhpStorm, pour écrire du code. PhpStorm est un très bon Environnement de développement

Ce que je trouve négatif est le coût d'acquisition qui est très élevé

Il est assez lourd et demande beaucoup de ressources au fur et à mesure que de nouvelles versions sortent, en plus il ne permet pas de changer la langue en Français (du moins dans ma version actuelle)

Un IDE de développement PHP complet avec toutes les fonctionnalités modernes qu'un IDE doit posséder comme le contrôle de version, l'accès à la base de données, le débogage sont si bons pour avoir une fonctionnalité pour l'environnement de développement PHP - Construit avec des fonctionnalités puissantes d'IntelliSense qui rendent le codage PHP vraiment génial aussi - Support pour un certain nombre de thèmes et de modules complémentaires, le développeur peut le personnaliser en fonction de ses propres besoins - la prise en charge de SSH et du terminal est prête à l'emploi, vous n'avez pas besoin de passer à d'autres applications de terminal pendant votre développement, comme pour utiliser les commandes git dans terminal ou accéder à SSH. - La prise en charge de l'enregistrement de fichiers en tant que modèles est tout simplement géniale. De plus, ses suggestions de codage à améliorer selon les normes et modèles de codage choisis sont excellentes. - Un grand nombre de raccourcis clavier intégrés ainsi que la fonctionnalité d'ajout de raccourcis personnalisés sont excellents - Il a des modules complémentaires pour prendre en charge différents frameworks PHP. Ce qui est génial - Étant moi-même développeur PHP, il y a tellement de choses à apprécier PHPStorm que je peux même écrire un livre à ce sujet

Inconvénients

- Avec beaucoup de bonnes fonctionnalités, il y a aussi des problèmes, comme le chargement de projets volumineux. C'est parce qu'il indexe tous les fichiers pour une recherche plus rapide, mais parfois, si le système manque de mémoire, cela peut être très pénible car il peut devenir très lent - Certaines configurations comme les configurations de débogage peuvent être un peu plus difficiles pour les nouveaux utilisateurs, parfois ils peuvent avoir besoin de passer par beaucoup de recherches pour mettre en place un environnement de développement avec toutes les fonctionnalités - Ce n'est pas gratuit ou un peu cher par rapport à d'autres options disponibles

Avantages

La fonctionnalité qui m'est le plus utile au quotidien est indéniablement la vérification du code, qui nous permet d'écrire "proprement" et d'éviter les frustrations quant à des erreurs de syntaxe cachéss.

Inconvénients

Le prix du produit est relativement élevé, ce qui contraignant pour un développeur l'utisant pour des projets personnels.

C'est un très bon éditeur, assez complet

Mon ordinateur n'ayant pas de superbes caractéristiques le logiciel rame parfois un peu

facilité d'utilisation, les extensions sont nombreuses, les outils de base de données integres ainsi que la Recherche et remplacement de Regex qui est un gros plus

Le prix est assez élevé pour un particulier

Application super utile pour les développeurs de PHP et de WEB. Le logiciel intègre des outils modernes et apporte beaucoup d'extensibilité avec la prise en charge des principaux frameworks PHP.

Inconvénients

L'ajout des extensions est plus difficile avec PhpStorm que Visual Studio Code.

J'ai utiliser plusieurs IDE tous au long de ma carier et PHP Storm est le meilleur. il est très facile et complet je suis très satisfait

peux être s'il en a pas une extension pour déployer directement les fichier sur un serveur distant mais peux être que cela existe , ou modifier depuis le serveur distant via FTP

The code completion features of PhpStorm are probably my favorite part. As the first IDE I ever used (and while first getting my feet wet with PHP) the code completion was very helpful to see what options I had to pick from.

I first started using PhpStorm when I was first getting into programming and learning to code. I felt it could have been a little more intuitive or user friendly. However, programming doesn't exactly have the lowest barrier to entry, so in hindsight I guess that would be expected?

I liked the features such as code correction and file pathing. It helped me keep my code clean and is a great gui if you are coding php

The fact that alot of these features are available with vscode and that is a free code editor. I koved from vscode to php storm only to be able to do the same things. Needless to say I didn’t renew the php storm licensing

I liked the most the fluidness of it's usage. No hick-ups, no long indexing processes, fast auto-completion, quick search, useful refactoring wizards...
If man uses other JetBrains IDEs, too, like Android Studio for example, then the convenience to have the same interface (UI, debugger, database browser etc.) and especially hotkeys is very pleasant.

Inconvénients

Color scheme is different from other editors, this took a bit time to get used to (1 week at most) but really can't tell any bad things about it.

Coding PHP in PhpStorm is really efficient. It has a ton of plugins you can add to your IDE to provide everything you want and need.

Ease of use and coding related features (code completion, templating, syntax highlighting and documentation are all critical aspects and handled superbly by PHPStorm).

One thing I think is missing is to be able to extract specific project properties and commit them to the repo so that all developers get the same setup. Often these setups are how the company wants their code laid out or structured (enforcing the arrangement of class properties and methods for example).

Whilst extensions cover some of this, it would be nice to have a VERY explicit mechanism to do this.

Everything you need for web development, code completion is very good, he plugin system allows to expand the product with additional features that are community driven, but very welcome, to make the product fuller.

The product is quite resource heavy with all the additional indexing and code completion features. Be prepared to allocate quite a bit of ram to it.

I cannot imagine a more feature-rich editor. There isn't anything I would want of an editor/ide that this does not provide.

It is strictly for use with multiple-file projects and for operating inside that environment. Most of my programming and development is with single file projects and require searching and editing across many local directories. PhpStorm is not well suited to this (but neither are any other similar products such as Visual Studio).

Php Storm was a great match and fit for our organization to deal with the code management, code development and connecting to our linux for all in one place solution. We found Php Storm to be faster and quicker in compiling process and integration with our applications.

Php Storm uses more resources so you have to make sure the hardware you are using is compatible enough to run large code compiling and execution.

I really enjoy the IntelliJ environment and coding within their UI. Some of the built-in functionalities and possibility of plugins is quite extensive.

Some plugins might be outdated/without support, but for most of the part it is fine.

When a project is attached to an open project, the project structure is not obvious. A more complete implementation of the Git client is what I would like to see. I firmly believe they could provide a product that would be competitive with GitKraken, Sourcetree, or SmartGit if they invested a bit more time into it.
