l'ajout du nom de tennat est complexe pour moi et a demandé l'aide externe a programmer, mais une fois fait tous va bien et on retrouve l'autonomie.

des fois nos client on du mal à visualiser la signature peut-être la taille de la signature

Avantages

The Part of CodeTwo i really like most is the simple way to setup everything. It is easy to setup, easy to use and manage. When designing the Signatures there a plenty of presets to choose from. And talking about the Support, if you encounter a problem, just mail the support, every contact so far was helpfull and fast.

Actually Nothing, everything ist really working fine!

It does what it says once it is setup and works across multiple platforms

The fact that purchasing this software requires an email to someone on the other side of the world in a different time zone adds unnecessary delays for what is good software

The hands on help to get things configured just how we were looking for. When others have deemed it too challenging or impossible, CodeTwo prevailed!

Would like to be able to schedule future OOO auto responders. Our employees miss that from the Outlook functionality.

Centralised app is sometimes not loading on new workstation, however this is apparently related to Microsoft updates.

You can schedule signatures, which makes it very easy to use special signatures for specific events.

The deployment of the signatures proved difficult in this case, but this was overcome with the help of the customer service team.

Avantages

CodeTwo was very easy to setup and use. The html editor that is included in the product was also very intuitive and offered many great features to help us create professional looking email signatures.

Inconvénients

Not much to list here. The only thing I wished was that CodeTwo offered some of the same logic to Outlook mode as is available in cloud mode. Specifically rules based on internal vs external recipients. Also want to add that it was a seamless integration with our office 365 tenant!

Love the fact I can design a company email signature and deploy to all our staff using Azure, thus not having to individually create for each staff member

Would like the ability to take my existing signature details and give some alternative templates to use, rather than having to start from scratch - this may be available, but I haven't seen it

Would also like the ability for the software to auto-size the photos as per Azure ie we uploaded square photos and in azure it shows them as round, but had to manually create them as round in CodeTwo

- Easy Setup guided by a well written Setup guide
- The Migration from the on premise Version we used prior was easy and built in
the on premise admin tool.
- Creating / Editing the rules and signatures is intuitive

- I needed a few minutes to get comfortable with the webUI. Especially the WYSIWYG Signature Editor sometimes doesnt display the signatures layout as it is applied into
the e-Mails.
- But after getting used to it, knowing that its only a cosmetical issue, i can handle it and it doesnt disturb my work.
