Integrated Marketing and Sales with no hassle
For the B2B tech startups I serve, who are just getting started with their sales and marketing efforts, SharpSpring is the ideal platform. They change quickly, and it's easy to quickly change the platform to adapt to those pivots and support developing processes.
Avantages
1. Customer service is highly responsive.
2. Templates for emails and landing pages are easy to use without design or development expertise.
3. Incredibly easy to customize: add fields, pipelines, dashboards, automations particular to your processes without coding or other specialized knowledge.
Inconvénients
1. Landing page builder is kind of basic. However, new releases come regularly and is probably not a big deal if you have an html developer handy.
2. Integrated social scheduler functionality is a bit basic.
3. If you have significant custom complex report needs, this is not the platform for you. They have great canned reports that any layman can find value in, you can download csv files of many things, and you can customize a dashboard with report "widgets." But not a lot of ability to dig into raw data.

1. SharpSpring's unlimited user model was a big plus for my clients. No need to get in touch with Sales and create a contract addendum. Takes 60 seconds to add a new user. 2. From the agency perspective, being able to manage multiple client instances from a single platform made it easy for my small team to administer. 3. The all-in-one platform makes it easy to connect marketing to sales to upsells for a complete view of the customer experience. 4. Adding a new field to the contact record or a new pipeline is super simple. No development or platform expertise needed. SharpSpring is full featured, low price, and amazing tech and account support
I've helped a number of businesses drive revenue with this software and it always drives more revenue for them. Of course, you have to understand how marketing automation works (I teach it at a local business school) and how to use the software correctly but there is a ton of documentation and how-to videos and when that fails, there's always a support person to walk you though whatever you're trying to do and they stick with you. My "customer success manager" will even get on the phone with a prospective client and help with a demo. Just a great company
Avantages
I love the way the tracking is displayed on a timeline so you can see everywhere a prospect went. The built-in CRM and sales funnel pics up where the marketing funnel leaves off and keeps the automation going during and after the sale to upset and resell. The new retargeting and (soon to be) advertising feature is amazing, not only retargeting your visitors but it finds similar customers to target. Overrall, it's really intuitive and easy to use, and I've used many marketing automation platforms over the years. This is the least expensive. No long-term contracts to sign but still has all the features of the much more expensive ones. And the LiveChat feature you can put on your Web site that was just added (at no additional cost) brings a huge feature that other companies charge more than the entire cost of the SharpSpring subscription.
Inconvénients
No complaints at all. The learning curve wasn't very steep and the price is right. They even have evening support hours.

SharpSpring is Coming Up The Ranks for Our Automation & Analytics!
Avantages
At first, I was hesitant to jump on board with SharpSpring as I have used the bulkier parent company software from Constant Contact and did not love... I thought this would be similar and I was already familiar with HubSpot's array of marketing automation applications; however, I was a little wrong! I still prefer HubSpot for larger, more profitable or sizable I guess I should say, companies. For my non-profit and social enterprise ventures, however, it is actually very much aligned to the effectiveness as the aforementioned competitor but for half the price. I like that I can get detailed analytics while setting up true smart content triggers for pre-existing materials in a way that makes sense and is strategic for my audience at the right time in the right way.
Inconvénients
The interface to me feels almost too simplistic as if it is dumbed down, even aesthetics wise. I am big on the look and feel of a system, especially if I'm going to be in it regularly. Also the social media capabilities and deeper, detailed analytics for lead management and creation at the top of the marketing funnel (or circulating flywheel if you're into more "modern times" industry lingo) are not up to snuff in comparison to HubSpot. But in comparison to the rest of the product market, SharpSpring is up there within the ranks!

Things could be better.
I'm a one-person business, I've used the software for about 3 months, in between signing on customers for my digital marketing business that doesn't include SharpSpring and I'm a startup so I really don't have time to learn everything I need to know to sell the system. It would have offered me more trust in the company if they understood the work involved in creating all of the content and trying to deploy it as a single person. The tools are stupendous, love the integration ideas. I think the architecture of the system is sort of convoluted and confusing, it really makes little sense, but you know, you get what you pay for, so having an IT background, I figured it would be no big deal to learn the system. Well, training takes 18 months, at best, to learn the program if you're a one person show. I don't have the budget to continue paying for this while I'm trying to learn it. So, I'm going to sell the license for now and work on learning the system. It really isn't bad, it's just built sort of weird.
Avantages
The things I like most about SharpSpring are the email build, landing page builder, form builder (sort of), the idea of the content calendar, and the cool thing we can do with social listening. I usually use hashtagify or some other application for social listening so finding out about SharpSpring's ability was cool.
When you have a real problem and you're a vendor, the company really steps up
Inconvénients
The content calendar deployment is a joke. Sometimes it will deploy all of the content and some times it won't, it will just deploy pieces. You can schedule emails and social together, I don't dare try that until they fix the application.
The VisualID application isn't much better.
The training could be better, it's all in videos.

To me it's the best solution
Lead geneartion, lead qualification, Sales engagement, E-commerce, value for money and very good support

It's user friendly, it's implemented rapidly, and it has all the functionality you need.

Using for a long time now!
Creating talk about our company, getting in contact with potential customers and people who will possibly know someone who needs design or marketing for their business. It is a great tool and a cheaper than some of the competition. Has great features.
Avantages
SharpSpring is a tool where you can send out emails and create leads and hopefully more clients. There are so many clients we've won over from out SharpSpring emails and we can watch when they open our emails, if they go to our site, what pages on our site they go to and how long they stay on the page. It is amazing the kind of data you can get from doing something so easy!
Inconvénients
Sometimes if your mail recipients don't open 5 emails in a row they will get suppressed but there is a glitch where it suppressed more people than it should and you have to hunt inside your list and see who you should be able to email again. It is something they are working on as many people have called it into IT.

Most Amazing Customer Support - A Company Who Cares
Avantages
The level of support you receive as you learn (and master) this software is second to none. I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes for a response to any issues. There is always someone available to help with anything you need. SharpSpring is always, always working to add new features and options - often based on what the users want and need. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Inconvénients
My only complaint (which is small) is the learning curve with designing emails and landing pages. I've used other tools that are easier. However, all the pros of the software far outweigh this issue. Now that I have learned it, I am able to easily create and assist my own clients with design.

Avantages
It has 80% of the features of HubSpot at 20% of the cost. Excellent software!

Just a couple features missing, but I know they keep advancing it... They do a great job!

Excellent platform for marketing automation
Avantages
I like the dashboard views, the comprehensive features, the fact that it includes sales and marketing and delineates the two, and the reporting.
Inconvénients
I don't have as much time as I would like to truly master all the features. Nothing against the software though. Anything I don't quite have a handle on, their technical support is really good with helping to walk me through it.

Streamline your process and refer friends
Overall my experience with SharpSpring has been phenomenal. I think it is a great software platform that streamlines all marketing experiences. It literally combines 5 platforms in one. SharpSpring is fantastic and customizable.
Avantages
I love the ease of use of emails and scheduling social content. It deploys so simply.
Inconvénients
I feel like Instagram should be in the social content part. But they said that Instagram has not opened their API for whatever reason. I was confused at first about how to add clients to the software but I figured it out.

SharpSpring is the "laboratory" to make magic happen
I am setting up marketing campaigns for myself and my clients that mirror off-line sales funnels to bring in qualified leads.
Avantages
I love that this software has all of the important features that many of their much more expensive competitors have. I can easily set up marketing campaigns for myself and my clients that mirror off-line sales funnels to bring in qualified leads.
Inconvénients
There's a small learning curve but not sure how that can be avoided.

Inconvénients
Everyday they are launching more and more features, but compared to some other similar softwares some features are not currently available. However since I've been with the company they've literally launched 6 massive new features and they don't charge any more to use them. It's incredible.

SharpSpring a Solid Software Choice
Avantages
One of the very first marketing software I was introduced to. Quite easy to use and set-up for the exact needs you have. Great way to get your feet wet.
Inconvénients
Service isn't the best and unfortunately, I don't feel that they continually update the software as much as they should.
