Reviews for their representative- she was super helpful getting Chicago Pedal Boats set up!

Avantages

Overall, the ease of use from customers selecting dates all the way through the checkout process. Load time is fast and very straightforward for customers.

Inconvénients

Just a few custom design things I'd like to have happen, but I'm sure everyone has their own ideas of what a page should look and feel like. Overall, it's a solid product!

Super easy to use and understand

Ease of use for all employees

Avantages

How easy for customers and employees to use to book appointments. The interface of the program is very apealing to look at as well.

Inconvénients

One thing I would change is for customers make changes to appointments without calling in.

easy with a little friendly help

Immediate increase in cash flow to my business due to advance bookings. The staff (Delamon and Kelsey) have been accessible and hugely helpful. Very enthusiastic about what we are doing here with our business. I've requested new functionality and it has been adopted.

Cons - software isn't perfect for booking tours that don't have set start times. Software could have an algorithm built in that builds smart spacing in between tours to manage yield or give guides breaks at certain times throughout the day.

It would be nice to generate reports according to who booked (concierges using the back end)

Using for my escape room - great user interface, amazing customer service new business setup!

Running my escape room with peace of mind.

Avantages

Flexibility to customize all the things I need to do for my escape room, options to setup what I come up with, customer service setting up a new business has been phenomenal.

Inconvénients

Nothing yet, I have been able to do everything I need to do. Perhaps as I run into new requirements there may be something. Actually, hoping split payment is available soon.

Great booking system with helpful staff.

Avantages

I love the user interface and ease of use. I've had several changes I've needed to make but the senior support team, Michelle and Alice in particular have been so wonderful and helpful.

Inconvénients

Their a few minor features it's missing that I'd like. I'm looking forward to when the come at with the invoice feature.

Peak Xola

Xola has eased our registrations considerably; we still have problems discounting events but that might be user error.

Fast, fun, and friendly

The product is awesome. The employees always call back on time and they always try to find a answer.

Inconvénients

Its hard for me to separate taxes and county for my accountant. Please fix this issues its hard on business in Arkansas

Easy enough for tech novices, Robust enough for the pros

I've been using Xola for 1 1/2 years, and I'm very happy with how the platform helps me run my business. From my computer or phone, I can easily receive and accept bookings, manage my calendar, and more. Xola helps me stay on top of my booking schedule and reminds my customers of their schedule in advance of their tour. Their review integration with TripAdvisor has also been extremely helpful for improving my online ranking. The system is easy for tech novices, and has all the bells and whistles you'd need for managing a complicated tour business. On top of it all the fees are very manageable, and they only charge me when I'm already making money. I would enthusiastically recommend Xola to other tour operators.

Great software

Overall I have had a great experience and plan to use Xola long term with hopes of ongoing improvements. Epecially on the mobile side.

Avantages

Customer usability, report options, eye catching platform

Inconvénients

App is very glitchy and slow, no options for private links to bookings.

It get the job done without confusion

Avantages

It has many features that become very useful for when customers have questions or have coupon codes. It is also easy to put our employees on a show.

Inconvénients

The mobile version is not as good as the desktop version. I need to be able to book customers and apply codes

Avantages

Pass through charge. The rest is ok.

Inconvénients

The app is really buggy and doesn't have most of the functionality of the website. It also doesn't show the amount someone paid when you go to approve their group on the app.

Xola will save you tons of staff time booking reservations!

At our business, we offer several appointments per day where we take reservations from up to 28 individuals in each one. Before Xola we had to communicate with each person via email or phone to make the reservation, then call each party to confirm the day before the appointment. Xola provides an intuitive and simple program that allows guests to browse our availability and make the booking themselves. Xola also sends a reminder email the day before the appointment. This has been amazing for us, and has saved hours of staff time per day. They are very responsive to inquiries from us, and we would recommend this to any business dealing with multiple bookings into set appointments each day.

So far the Xola software has been exactly what we needed!

Avantages

Xola is easy to use and has almost every feature that we need. the interface is easy to navigate to find what you need. The app makes it easy to quickly do things on the run when you need too.

Inconvénients

I'd like to see the app be a little more advanced in the future with more features. But it works for now.

Xola review

Avantages

The log in screen was fun. It's relatively easy to use but that being said, I've used easier software.

Inconvénients

Some of the functions didn't work properly. The layout wasn't my favorite.

Go Ask Alice

I've been in sales and in the customer service industry since I was a teenager, and now I'm the CEO of Platinum Records Nashville. Being in sales I know how important it is once a sale consummated the importantance of customer service. Most company's fall short in servicing the customers that they already have and move on to the next sale. My Xola sales representative Alice Egan has gained my respect and business for life because she understands if I succeed in business so does Xola and her employment. Simple, seamless online bookings

I'm a food tour operator, and I've been using Xola for about five months now with great results. Customers can book our tours quickly and seamlessly, and they receive an immediate confirmation with all the details they need for the tour. (Which means less work on our end!) I've particularly liked the ease of using coupon codes and viewing our calendar-at-a-glance. Not everything is perfect -- I would love to see the ability to book two tours at once, for instance, or the ability to export more detailed customer data -- but overall, I'm happy with Xola and would recommend it to others. Xola's customer service is also fantastic, which is a huge plus!

Thank you Scott .. Xola is a must have for my business.

Just bought my Parasail business a few months ago and came a cross Xola, a very useful, multifaceted, and intuitive program for my customers to book on my website. Crisp graphics, user friendly layout, up to date emails, and daily deposits are just a few of the many pluses this program has to offer. Coupled with Scott Zimmerman and his very speedy & supportive team, (thank you Lauren), makes Xola a must have for any business. Yes, we had a few hiccups along the way, but hey, that's how we Learn and grow. I Highly recommended this program .. it's an asset For any business, big or small. Outstanding Service & Features

Xola is a relatively new company, but definitely not lacking features or experience by any means. They are always adapting to clients' needs (I think they release product updates weekly) and providing lightning quick support (they even helped me on nights and weekends!). Its been working very well here in Key West where scheduling, commission-tracking, and being able to adapt to several types of businesses and products is most important. I honestly can't think of any cons because If I find a small glitch, or need a special feature added to my dashboard, they fix it right away. I stand behind Xola 100%.

Simple interface, easy to read. My company uses this software for booking caving tours.

It saves our company lot's of time and paperwork.

Avantages

Keeps track of lot's on information that we would otherwise have all over spreadsheets and calendars.

Inconvénients

It can be a bit confusing to edit reservations once they are made. The prompts that you need to find can be hidden within other menus for basic functions.

This is our third booking software company and by far our favorite.

Avantages

Easy and quick!

Avantages

Ease of use and design. The setup process and training did not take long at all because the software is very intuitive.

Inconvénients

There are a few features that would make things easier for my business that are not in place yet. But work arounds in the meantime were given to me that have worked well for us.

It's easy to use. Self explanatory. It's very clean too. Not too wordy like a lot of other options.

Inconvénients

The 6% fee and the fact that it lacks a calendar option.

Xola Rocks

The ease of using the product is so easy that even the "old guy" can figure it out!!! The Chat part is GREAT. Quick response with knowledgeable people. More difficult problems are shunted to another expert (Luke) and the problem was solved quickly and professionally. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

Help desk staff best ever used

Helpdesk staff is outstanding. The affiliate program is what sold us. Getting easier to use as we go along.

Inconvénients

A little concerned about the cost. Has been a tricky learning curve. Wish there was an 'add guest' function.

Amazing service

We have been using Xola to manage our bike tour business for a few months now. Their staff has been amazingly attentive in helping us set up the system and solve any company-specific challenges that we have. The system itself is really easy to use and train our staff on, and has nice features like guide scheduling. The software is designed to make checking out really easy on the customer, and has a great design aesthetic in both back-end, and front end use. I particularly like the vouchers that are sent to booked guests, as well as reminder and follow up auto-emails.

Best onboarding support I've ever received.

Avantages

The online interface for customers is very straightforward and makes filling out waivers and collecting payment a breeze.

Inconvénients

Setting up the backend can be complicated, but the customer support team is incredible at taking care of any issues for you.

Xola is THE BEST at EVERYTHING!

Our experience with Xola has been only extremely positive since we made the switchover. Not only is the platform super duper user friendly internally, but it is making everything so quick and easy on the customer side of things. Additionally, every interaction we have had with the Xola team has also been amazing--everyone is so helpful and quick to respond. They truly want to be great at what they do, and proactively pursue and respond to feedback.

After searching for so long for a reservation platform that could do everything we need it to do I can't say enough great things about Xola!

Customer support representatives

Customer support representative was my first contact and from the beginning I knew that Xola was meant for me and my staff. Xola software ROCKS

Purchasing Xola for our kayak rental company was the best decision we've made as new business owners. It is simple for our customers to use and helps ensure that there are never overlapping reservations. The team at Xola is on the ball when it comes to customer service. Great company, better service

We made the switch to Xola about 2 months ago. We were excited about the ease of use on the customer end as well as a simple and clean back end for our staff. It has sped up training, been better for accounting and minimized reservation errors. While there are a few functions that our old system had that we enjoyed, we are happy to know that Xola staff are working towards putting some of those functions into use for us. In every service interaction we have felt heard and our issue solved quickly. They have been a pleasure to work with.

BEST Customer Service!

This is the first year we've been with Xola and we LOVE it! Their customer service is top notch. It's so nice to be able to call a REAL person who can help you immediately. They really listen to their customer's and are constantly improving their system based on our feedback. Not to mention how easy everything is to use, our new hires are able to pick it up on the first day, which has saved us a lot of time in training. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their reservation software.

A breath Of Fresh Air

So far XOLA has been amazing to work with, and after two years of disappointment with the smoke and mirrors of Zaui, TheFlybook, and RezGo, we finally found a company that understands, and meets the demands of a diversified tour, service, and rental company.

This isn't an excuse for them to rest on their laurels, we're excited to see new features come out such as an iPhone app for tour operators, in addition to their helpful research on tour industry trends. That said - good grief what are you waiting for - these folks rock!

Overall a great product with all the features I need, intuitive to use and backed by great...

The system has a lot of features, some I hadn't known I needed until I started using it. There is always someone available for you if you need help with anything, which often is not the case with other companies I've found, and best of all for myself, it's a very intuitive system to use. Also, you get paid right away, there is no holding your money for a length of time. I would recommend this system.

Best Booking System for Escape Rooms on the Market

We looked at a few different booking systems on the market and concluded that Xola, even though more expensive, justifies the price with the added values of unique features (such as abandoned booking, etc.), it's user-friendliness, and aesthetically pleasing looking on both the frontside and backside of the system. The customer service is second to none. They have helped me more than I could have expected. And, even more impressive, they are constantly trying to find ways to improve. I highly recommend Xola 100%.

Great Solution for Tour Operators

We've recently transitioned to using Xola for all our bookings and we're very happy with it. The program is easy to use for both users and administrators. Despite it being the slow season for us, we've seen a spike in bookings this month of January that we'd like to thank Xola for. Their program integrates seemlesly with our website, making it easier for customers to complete their bookings. The customer support is great, they are very responsive and helpful. We only wish we had started using them earlier. Thanks Xola!

Great Booking software

This is a great reservation software for a small tourism business. We have looked around and tried several systems. One thing that we really like is that Xola has an inventory management system. Our biggest gripe is that their refund ability to clients is a little iffy. Since we are a seasonal business we aren't getting heavy bookings 12 months out of the year, and they run credit card processing and can't pull funds from our account to refund or partial credit back.
We have been very happy with Xola.

Great software, very user friendly!

Pros- very user friendly, customers express ease of booking compared to other booking systems, can make changes quickly, easy to set up new tour options/coupon codes

Cons- would like to be able to customize customer feedback form (email sent out after their visit) to be more specific to our business instead of general questions.

Great company to work with. Had us up in running in less than 2 weeks.

Avantages

Quick deployment and easy to use! Good customer support. Product is reasonably priced with flexible terms.

Inconvénients

Could have more features like employee time clock. Able to have both taxed and non-taxed add-on items.

works, perfect, as it should be

The Xola is int our first booking system, but the last one. Till today I had no any problems, plus any question was answered pretty soon.

Great help and good product

The XOLA Crew has been more than helpful with an incredibly fast turn-around when I've needed anything. The booking software and implementation has been great for our small tour operation and makes it possible to run more business with less people. Very professional feel on the customer level too which is very important. We are anxious for the soon-to-be-released mobile app and back-end functionality to be released which will making the management of our booking on the fly easier.

Pretty easy to use platform with nice features.

Avantages

It is user friendly and the backend is easy to use as well. We really prefer it over our previous platform.

Inconvénients

It is a little thing, but Xola doesn't provide an option to have separate tax percentages for add ons.

The Product We Were Looking For!

Xola has generated nothing but benefits for our small walking tour company. We had used another platform for over a decade and didn't know what we had been missing until we switched to Xola. Our customers appreciate the easy-to-use, well-designed interface, and we value the excellent customer service, industry knowledge and technical know-how provided by the Xola staff. The relationship we have with them would best be described as a partnership. It's great!

Great technology to make life a bit easier!

So far, my experience with Xola and the products have been phenomenal!
The ease of use is by far the simplest, and customer service is awesome. They are always adding more features to make it easier. The help guide is very useful. I am not sure on the chat service yet as I have had no need to use it because it has been a breeze.

I hope that my company continues to use Xola as their booking system, as it has been very satisfactory since we launched with them.

Years of great experiences

The company I work for has been using Xola for a couple of years now, pretty much from the beginning of their services, and they have never disappointed us. We've had occasional bugs in the system or when they make changes it throws off our program a bit, but they are always nice and supportive. They have customized, answered questions, patiently helped us through new features, and using their service really helped boost our flexibility for our customers. I couldn't possibly say enough good things about these people.

Besk Booking system ever!

I have been a XOLA customer from their Beta period. This system has basically become my virtual secretary. The Xola system offers an all-in-one online solution to all my marketing and booking needs. My clients are happy, information is sent in a timely manner, an it is all automated! The customer service that XOLA provides is second to none. Simply put, our revenue has tripled and it is still growing since we started using XOLA.

Sierra Mac River Trips like Xola a lot!

Next to buying a computer, using the Xola reservation system has been the best addition to my office since 1972. Overall it works smoothly and the Xola response to my needs has been outstanding. Some of the reservations system has had a few glitches, but Xola has kept working on making it better and better all the time. Would like to see if I enter a bad email address, I get a bounce back message...
