The BEST in the biz

I cannot say enough positive things about the Xola product and their team. I work with many companies on a daily basis and these people are by far the best. The Xola product is extremely easy to use, learn and teach your staff to use. The Xola team has created many features specific to our business and has helped us grow in an extreme rate in the last year since using their system. I stand behind Xola 100% and look forward to even more exciting adventures with them in the future!

Xola is the best I've come across for bookings!

Xola is a a great system. I'm very pleased so far and they seem to continually try to improve and roll out new features.

Custom support and setup had been awesome, I'm above and beyond satisfied

The Support staff have been fantastic with customizing my website, helping with support, and listening to feedback. Brennan and Brandon in sales were also great, and still keep in touch after the sale.

My experience with Xola has been overall very positive. They provide an excellent platform.

It makes booking slots at our business quick and simple.

Avantages

I enjoy the features and functionality of Xola. It is very easy to change bookings, add information, etc. They provide all necessary features.

Inconvénients

I believe there is room for improvement in Xola's ease of use. Sometimes different functions are hard to find.

Easy to use and versatile

Xola Review

The experience was not terrible from a software standpoint but communication was not readily available at the time and the cost and commitment were much more than what I currently use

Unbelievable customer service and operation

Such a great feature "Chat now" everything has been so great and easy to use, yet looks so professional. I have even had customers comment on "such a slick system" It has helped my business of the ground with no added employee costs and minimal overhead.

Great Service, Easy to use.

These guys are great. They saved us money, increased bookings and ease of use, and they have great service. The booking system also looks great, makes our website feel modern and easy to book trips.

Perfect Customer Booking Solution for our Business

We switched to Xola for our bookings provider and things have been great. Although they were still relatively new when we made the switch, the customer service has been great. Any issues or questions are addressed very quickly, and the functionality of the software has freed up valuable time to focus on expanding our business rather than dealing with customer booking issues. I would recommend Xola to any company that has a need to book customers for business.

Great software, great price

Xola is a sleek ticketing interface that works perfectly for my tour company. Here are the top reasons I like Xola: my support rep is responsive and helpful, I always get paid out on time, I can manage my guides easily, and the customer-facing interface is sleek looking.
Xola continues to update their offerings, including their app, which will continue to have more functionality in the future.

Quick, applicable, and effective

Avantages

I can check trips quickly. I like the email reminders for trips. I like how I can access the program from my email on my mobile device.

Inconvénients

It will not let me make changes to book trips the same days with the same people. Needs work on rearranging trips when necessary.

makes everything so much easier for booking

easy to use and the people are very helpful. It didn't cost a lot of money. I use it to book all of our appointment and the analytics is helpful

Inconvénients

The problem that I found was that sometimes the people on the other end of the customer service would just give me something to read and would not actually walk me though it.

I had a problem...and Xola went to bat for me.

My goal was a 3rd party integration, and there was a technical issue at the API level. Xola could've blown me off (since it's a 3rd party issue), but instead both their top programmer and CEO got involved, diagnosed the issue, and solved it. Can't beat that. You can feel good having that level of support behind your purchase.

AMAZING!!

We have nothing but positive things to say about Xola and their team! They made the transition from our previous online booking system to theirs easy and fast. Just switched to Xola -- loving it!!

Solitude River Trips, my rafting and fishing business, just started using Xola. It makes my system 100% more efficient. Xola= user friendly + helpful + reasonably priced. And it looks good on the site, check it out--> solitude.rivertrips.com !!! Can't imagine going back to pre-xola days with my caveman style excel sheets. Keep innovating, xola!

Wow, Wow, Wow & Wow!

If you like great "old fashioned customer service, " you'll LOVE Xola.

The staff training was terrific!

The on-going customer service and slight software mods have made Sonoma Canopy Tours' switch to Xola one of the best decisions we've made.

The software is intuitive, resulting in fewer customer calls - which saves everyone time.

Changing how we do business....

I spent 2 years searching for software powerful & flexible enough to handle our reservations. The team spent a tremendous amount of time setting up our account and training our team. I would recommend this software to anyone looking to spend less time taking booking and more time focusing on their business.

Great Booking System

Tours can be booked and paid in advance while I`m not available. Very user friendly so people don`t get lost or confused. Very light so doesnt take ages to download.

Avantages

Great booking system, very easy to use and the implementation was done in less than a week. The Customer Service is quick to respond and very friendly

Inconvénients

The Commission is a bit high (6%) in the basic package. Some competitors offer more competitive rates.

Customer service is on point. Mikey Rollins is the best asset to this company. He has gone...

Avantages

Fast and easy and to the point as far as payment. The adjustable fees are great as long as you do enough business to pay for it. The retarget email is awesome. Already claimed 2 customers with it.

Inconvénients

The coupons were pretty confusing. Could be much more user friendly. The glitches are really a bad deal. I could be losing a lot of customers.

We use Xola for our Quadracycle Pub Crawl Business, for which we operate 9 vehicles with 15...

Pros
- Great customer service, tech support, and training
- Very streamlined user interface on both the backend and customer facing portal
- Regularly update software to be a more effective tool for our industry after requests for improvements.

Cons
- A little pricier than alternatives, but in our experience, well worth the extra money.

Great Booking engine

We've used Xola for 2 years now and it's been a great tool for us. Definitely makes it easier for one or two people to handle the bookings now. Our phones still go crazy some months but this has definitely helped decrease the phone volume with some clients booking online. From the vendor side it's very intuitive and easy to use.

Xola booking and Marketing System

Xola's booking system is very clean and simple. I love the fact I can create a new listing within 5 minutes and have it posted on my website! The managing of my booking fees is simple and tracked for my review in real time and the ability to add taxes and check out fees is a plus too. I haven't dove deep into the marketing section yet.

It is always a little difficult swapping from one software to something new exciting. Superior online calendar

It is been straightforward learning to navigate through the calendar. I've noticed a number of improvements since first using Xola, they seem to consistently make updates, bettering the software. Customer service has been friendly, informative and very helpful:)

Coastal Airwheel I'm looking for user-friendly, minimal effort and and a great return.

I'm able to block out the dates that we are on vacation, closed and holidays we choose not to be open. Also I get an email every time a reservation is made. That's how standing.

Avantages

As a new business budget is always a concern. They set me up with a product the fitted my needs exactly.

Inconvénients

The training to get started even though it wasn't hard and figuring out what we needed the system to do for us.

Used Xola mostly on a phone or tablet, overall helped our business move with efficiency.

Avantages

The scheduling clearly shows how much was paid or owed so that we didnt miss a payment. It was also easy to show customers their payments. Having a choice between listing a credit card and inputing a cash amount also helped.

Inconvénients

The interface on my iphone was difficult to work with. The tablet less so. Navigating was a little difficult as well

Xola Booking and Marketing System

Pros: user friendly, easy to manage and navigate, simple/to the point, convenient functions, friendly and helpful staff

Cons: quite a few glitches, not able to perform certain functions that would make managing the bookings easier

Overall impression: great program thus far, will continue to use

Best booking platform available

So easy to use, I've been with several other booking platforms and by far xola has been the best for my surf school. Can't imagine doing business with out them. They have saved me so much time, money, and energy.

Good booking tool

Avantages

It is easy to manage bookings on the dashboard and have them all in one place. I can manage bookings for all my services together.

Inconvénients

App functionality is limited. I like to use the app on the go but frequently have to go to the site on my computer.

I've found it very easy to navigate, and use to sell Skywild tickets.

It has made my job booking Skywild reservations very simple.

Avantages

I like how easy the whole booking process is. I also like how easy it is to process payment, especially with credit cards.

Inconvénients

There really isn't anything I don't like about it. I would say the only thing I've had any difficulty in is handling payments where the customer wants to pay a portion on the card, and a portion in cash.

Excellent software for tour operators

We just implemented Xola into our site www.hermosatours.net. It's a terrific system: easy for anyone build the product catalog, simple to integrate into our website and a powerful backend dashboard. High recommend!

Best Online Booking System!

We have used Xola for 3 years now. The customer service team is outstanding. Every suggestion or request for a function/feature is noted and either remedied immediately or very soon after. We are very happy with Xola!

Avantages

The ease of use for our clients as well as for our staff is great. We worked with Zozi previously and had a huge concern - especially when they changed ownership and didn't inform their own people in advance. Xola is a pleasure to work with. Changes are easy to make.

Excellent customer service. She is very attentive to my questions and she gave a great webinar

I saved myself a lot of time because the functionality is fairly easy to navigate.

Avantages

The software is easy to navigate and also offers many paths for customers to follow to get to exactly what they want.

Inconvénients

I think it might be nice to have more visual step by step illustrations because I'm visually oriented.

Simply outstanding!

The ease of use and intuitive layout allow me to make reservations quickly or modify listings as needed. The reporting features are incredibly helpful for tracking sales and online bookings.

Denver Patio Ride, Via Xola Software

This Software is great for any tour company. The software is customizable to fit your company. Since switching to this product I have saved hours per day in scheduling tours. Very Happy!

Great booking system

We have been with Xola for a year now and love it!! Lauren is always on top of every question and or request we have! Would highly recommend this system!

Xola is awesome!

It's been great!

Avantages

I really enjoy the ease of using Xola. They have always been quick to respond to any question if I have had an issue. Tech support is great and helpful. Setting up is easy and the training videos are great!!!

Inconvénients

I can't think of anything at this time. There have been a few time's that I have had issues with clicking the wrong thing accidentally.

Xola booking system is fantastic

No cons. This booking system will save you time and make you money. I hope none of my competitors find out about it. The cutovers love it also.
