It was an absolute great experience. I would say only 1 thing could be slightly improved. I would say the design and colors. It's a little dull and not eye catching.

The breadth and depth of the survey was extensive, the write-ups were very comprehensible, the likert scale was easy to understand and the levels were distinct. Moreover, the fact that open ended responses could be encoded, breeds immense trust and credibility in the process and prevents the responder from considering it as just fomality

Nothing I can highlight at this moment, apart from the fact that even after several runs, I surpassed the 15 minutes purported to be the time needed to complete the survey, by at least 2 folds

I loved the way they balanced the question complexity with the time allocated to answer the different sections. I felt challenged but not outdone at the end of the test; even when there were some sections that I didn't complete fully, I didn't feel defeated. The UI is also great, there is something about it that brings a relaxed, calm feeling even with something as stressful as a assessment.

Inconvénients

The personality/psychological assessment questions felt a bit repetitive, and I would love for the industry to take a different approach to these. I can tell you everything you want to hear and be a real superman on the assessment, but I prefer case studies "How do you feel about this when this happens?" more as an assessment tool in this regard. I think you'll get more honest answers too.

I liked the beautiful clean interface and that the browser didn't time out or log me out when I got busy and had to step away.

I did not like having to choose a weakness as a multiple choice option. I feel like too much weight may be placed on that choice, and I wasn't prompted to explain why I believed that this was a weakness for the candidate. I do understand how this information would help shape the employers view of the employee to at least know how to dig for a true "red flag".
