Detailed Questions on what you should know made me think but time was limited and questions of waiting or thinking was challenging. The writing Part was slow due to the web page and time to write anything was frustrating.

Their assesment is interesting and tricky as well for example: through the assesment they hiring team can know character, the hiring team can also know if you real have enough exprience about the job you're applying for

also the use of camera to avoid cheating, since some may use ai tools to cheat on the question being asked

There must time limit to start recording the video, one may use other device and google first before switching the video, so my suggestion will be if 1 delay to click the enable button voucher, the person must be kicked out.

This was my first time using HiPeople. It was an additional examination I had to take for a job I applied to. No other jobs prior to this application utilized them, so I was slightly nervous. However, the instructions were very easy to follow, and they also gave a practice example question as reference before starting the timed portion of the exam. The UI is very clean and intuitive, and the timer helped me pace myself as I was answering the questions. Apart from the regular questions jobs use to determine how candidates work in group settings and gauging their personalities through scenario questions, more technical categories were also given (e.g. excel, outlook, presentation, etc.). All the categories and questions flowed well and I finished the test on time.

Inconvénients

I would recommend that HiPeople incorporate sounds just as an added reminder of when things are starting, ending, or when questions have been answered. It might make it more disability-friendly (I am not disabled, but it may be a useful function for other users who struggle to pace themselves and remain focused/accountable during the exam)

The bright of the screen during the session, would be awesome if you can lower the brightening during the test.
