The application is super fast, allows to request bookings for upto a month, gives real time jpdates on when booking is approved/rejected. Even gives a option to add vehicle fuel type (I can add my EV and get in the mix to be alloted a parking space with EV charging capability). I even allows me to add colleagues who are car pooling with me and grant brownie points for making bookings and releasing them when not required. Cant ask for anything more from a parking booking application.

Inconvénients

what I like most about Wayleadr is its ease of use and how intuitively it works from Web browser on a PC to your mobile phone. I like that I then get notifications when my booking is accepted of if it rejected will update me if something becomes available a a later stage.
I like the way I get live updates of how full each car park is and then I also have my stats on all my booking.

Inconvénients

I have not yet come across any issues or glitches with it so far on any of the platforms that it is available on. so no cons that I can think of everything works as it should.

The interface is easy to use. With 2 clicks, my reservation is done in less than 5 minutes.

I use Wayleadr to book parking place.
- e-mail reminder to book parking place are not necessary
- It is necessary to go back to the system to have confirmation of the approval of the request. It will be easier to receive an e-mail message.

Avantages

App is easy to use and straightforward.
- Easy to book parking on the Friday before the upcoming week for the whole week.
- It's great that now you can select which location you want parking.

Inconvénients

Due to limits in my company's parking capacity, I'd love for Wayleadr to allow people to release their existing booking and book in another location for the current day with one operation.
Right now, I have to check if anything's available, then release my current booking, hope that nobody else snatched that available spot, and book it. If I could just check for availability and then book which would result in my other booking being released automatically, that would be really great!

The algorithm works fantastic for staff who don't have a preference on parking space, there is a preference feature that can accommodate these people, however, if it were an option to be able to hand select the stall you wanted, that would be a great option!

Easy to use and set up, I am able to request a space. My company has a couple of carparks and while I normally request a space in one car park, it will reallocate me to the other if there is not a space available (as it does have a limited number of spaces).

I think there could be improvement by allowing specific timeslots as well as days (though that might just be the way it has been configured)

So easy to use from the app, select the dates you like up to two weeks in advance, then sit back, no need to worry.

In our case Wayleadr helps to manage different kinds of parking space that includes special parking lots with electrical chargers that can only be booked for 4 hours. With Wayleadr it is possible to see if there are free slots over the day, even for shorter periods. Due to individual preferences there are available slots between two bookings that wayleadr helps to find and book in an intuitive way.
I like as well the feature to get notified when a user has been able to make use of a slot that I have released because a last minute change of plans.

Inconvénients

So far nothing identified. The process of opening the gate could be a bit easier (only one big button to click when the arrival window is open).

It is very easy to book a parking lot, even at the last minute. It is quick and robust.

I have 2 cars, and may use one or the other. The current settings don't allow me to register 2 cars and pick the one I will use. Also the calendar synchronisation does not always work (being able to synchronize all records once only would easier).

Allocation of spaces is based on use rather than when spaces were requested or how many are free.

Wayleadr is a great app for requesting and booking a parking spot, the app is user-friendly and very simple, you just select your preference dates and request a space. Moreover, it sends a reminder once a week which is very helpful and it gives you the possibility to release your space if needed, helping a colleague find a place to park as well.

Even though I am very satisfied with the app I would appreciate it if there was a waiting list in case somebody haven’t found a parking spot and to be notified accordingly when parking spots are available rather than constantly refreshing the app to check for availability

The only con I can think of is not having the ability to pick your space from those available. This would make it easier (For example) if you were leaving your car overnight to ensure that it is booked into the same spot both days.

It is very easy to use. The app is really good as it reminds you when to book a shared hot desk space. You can also release the space easy if you change mind not to work on that day already booked. It is the best way to make good use of the hot desks in a small office effectively, ensuring that a space can be booked in advance.
I would like to definitely recommend to the others if needed.
