If a reservation is not approved, it still asks for me to release the reservation. This does not make sense to me.

Great parking solution
Wayleadr has increased the utlisation of all of our limited parking spaces and provides a fair opportunity for all team to get a park.
Avantages
I like that it provides a fair way to access parking and helps me plan my week. I also love the check availability feature to pick up any last minute parking spots if needed.
Inconvénients
To be picky, the request booking UX could be a little simpler.

Quick and easy way to book parking
It is a great app that makes booking parking spaces a breeze.
Avantages
It's very quick and simple to book parking at my place of work. I get notified once I have a space, and if I don't have one in my desired area, it will look for spaces elsewhere on site. The app saves my details, so that I don't have to re-enter my car reg, I just select a day to book it.
Inconvénients
It can take a while to find out if I have a space - but this might be due to our work policy/booking process.

I always find Wayleadr extremely simple to use. It's really easy to navigate around the site.
Inconvénients
Personally I wouldn't mind an email response once a parking request had been submitted.

Great Parking System
I have enjoyed using Wayleadr so far, I am looking forward to improvements in prebooking parking in the app to better the parking system.
Avantages
I like you are able to book your parking in advance, allocates you appropriately for the size of your vehicle, and it notifies you when a spot is available
Inconvénients
I dislike that you need to wait up until 11.30pm to try book a park for the following day. Would be good if we were notified the evening before so people could cancel their parks in advance to make room for people wanting a park the following day.

Nice way of getting notified about whether a space is available
Nice to know that a space I've cancelled has been used by someone else.
Inconvénients
When I look at a week (iPhone) I can't see at a glance on which days I have a space until I click on the day. Would be good to see whether I have a booking at a glance without clicking.

Ease of booking
Weekly i book my EV into our car park in the center of Dublin. I always get a spot and if i dont need it i can release it very easily!
Avantages
How user friendly the site is. I also like how it prompts you to book your car in for the week coming.
Inconvénients
No Cons per se. The only thing i think we need is more Charging stations for EV's but that is my companies issue not wayleadr!

Transformed the most talked about thing in our business!
Easy to use, nice UI, great features and makes it fair for all of us to access parking at the building!
Avantages
It's silenced all the noise we were experiencing as a business around parking, introduced a fair way of allocating parking, and is for the most part allowing self-service.
Inconvénients
When you don't get a space it would be great to know where you're at in the queue so you know how likely you are to need to make alternate arrangements. And that other spaces are being reviewed as part of that.

I am yet to have any problems with Wayleadr. I have found the overall process a breeze. Having recently started a new job, it is nice to know that booking and manging my parking is not something I need to worry about.
Avantages
It is a very easy to use app and webpage. This makes booking and managing my parking stress free and simple.

I have not come across anything I dislike about the app or website.

I use WayLeadr to book all my Parking in Cambridge, MA. It is an easy to use app and intelligent to find parking spaces close to my work site.
Inconvénients
Nothing at the moment. Occasionally I found App unresponsive but that could be due to internet bandwidth issues in parking lots.

Great. Easy to use and plan ahead. Gives certainty that there you have an allocated parking on the day.
Avantages
Easy to book, and great visibility of available parking. Even opens our boom gates.
Inconvénients
Bookings can be inconsistent week to week. Can be difficult if the team needs to be in on a certain day each week, as it seems to be a lottery system. Perhaps this is based on a setting established by the company and not so much the app itself.

Great App - so easy to use!
Great! It's been really user friendly and I appreciate the push notifications to my phone as well as the email reminders.
Avantages
Very easy to use. Love that we get notifications on the app and via email. Everything is very prompt and clear.
Inconvénients
That I don't get chosen for parking very often! All jokes aside, I think it would be great if there was a way to encourage people to give up their spots if they won't be using it.

I think Wayleadr is very functional and delivers exactly what my company needs to allow all employees to easily book their parking space at our HO.
Avantages
It's quick and easy and customer friendly. It's clear to use and I can see exactly what I need to do and be able to refer to my booking.
Inconvénients
There are not really any notes I would add as I find it so easy to use.

Avantages
It's perfect for hybrid working situation. I don't have to pay for the whole month. The app is very easy to use to reserve a spot and upload money. The mobile access is convenience.
Inconvénients
Nothing negative from me at this time. A couple of time the gate couldn't open or delayed response. I have to get help. I am not sure if this is relevant.

So simple yet so useful
I have booked a few spaces through wayleadr now, and it's always a straight forward process, takes the hassle out of having to find a space, and gives me the confidence to know I can park when I arrive

So easy to book a space! I choose my day, my zone, can even specify if I need an EV charging space. So simple to use

Great improvement from traditional "come and park" solution.
Overall great app to have. Don't leave a parking spot to a chance. Having option to secure your spot before arriving is a great option to have.

Fairest system
Avantages
This parking system seems to distribute spots fairly well. While it usually finds me a spot, even when it doesn't, it handles the situation positively. It's reassuring to know that being initially declined doesn't necessarily mean I won't find parking. I appreciate how it encourages carpooling to minimize the number of required spaces.
Inconvénients
The instant booking process could be quicker. It should offer actions that can be easily done while driving, such as larger buttons. The gate-opening buttons are too small and should be enlarged, as well as the parking instructions. For example, upon arrival, all I need is an "open gate" button and parking number, without the need for dates or calendars.
