Salesforce is not as intuitive and needs more training to operate
Avantages
Once you know how to operate it you can cater it to what you need and it does give great reports. You just need to take the time to learn it.
Inconvénients
I do not like that it takes training to operate, that it isn't intuitive and isn't as simple to use as other software- the reports are better though.

Sales Director
Salesforce has a lot of functionality and capabilities. I find it hard to navigate as an administrator. It is not intuitive and customer service is for the most part electronic. Support help is sent with directions that are confusion. Down loading list for campaigns are difficult and separating leads and contact are confusing.

Easy to use. I felt like I knew exactly what was expected of me in my job because this software made it so there were no communication issues with my employer and I.
Inconvénients
Not any huge issues with the software. Unaware of the cost, but slow to update! other than that, no issues.

This app was recommended from my company to refer to as a mentor in sales in general

They presented games as quizzes to help you learn. I actually wanted to get the answers right just to win the game. Very smart!!!

THhe uodate for the new iPhone did not have the update. Tried to call customer service and it took a few weeks for a response.

I use Salesforce every so often. I find the application to be easy to use.
Avantages
The swap method is very good. If you add a contact you can get a contact.
Inconvénients
Requires a group effort to have accurate information. A lot of the contact information is out of date.

What I like most about this product is that it has a customization dashboard so in my office we customize it to our needs.

User Friendly!
This product is user friendly. It also has a great Nonprofit Starter Pack and supports by providing 10 free license's for 501(c) organizations. The interface is also very up-to-date and the cloud is fast.

The reason for the 5-star review is because the software is fast, user interface is the best! Now, I did not adopt the software because the pricing was a bit too much for my company level.
