We evaluated the software and found the platform and interface not helpful to our organization.

Inconvénients

Impossible to cancel the service. Despite repeated emails they continued to charge us for services we requested to have canceled years ago and then denied receiving the emails. Poor communication.

I was searching for an app to manage my projects and was thrilled to have stumbled upon this program called Favro. Favro has so much to offer when it comes to working as a team. We can visualize our projects while discussing virtually and writing it down on the virtual whiteboard. You can create a board and add frames. I am a visual person when it comes to learning and Favro captured my attention. The program keeps me focuses and excited about our projects. The program allows you to do video conferencing calls and chats. Favro is a sophisticated software for project management.

Inconvénients

I don’t have any problems with the software because it has really helped me with my projects and tasks. The price is also very reasonable and affordable. Only thing I'd suggest Favro improve is to how fast their team replies to tickets.

My job involves working with other people on specific projects. Since we are occupied with other things besides our projects, we all need to set time to find a day to meet and just discuss our projects. I prefer to have a virtual whiteboard which allows us to post all our ideas and jot down notes on tasks needed. Favro software gives us a powerful synergy because we are engaged and focused. We are able to get the work done faster because of the features and service this software provides which means we can tackle more projects in the future.

Inconvénients

When there are a lot of people using the program, it tends to run slower than usual. This needs to be improved because we use this program for our daily tasks.

En mi opinión, favro es muy fácil y simple de usar pero a diferencia de mí, hay personas que se le dificulta adaptarse al software, ellos deben tomarse unos minutos con el software para saber como usarla o en caso contrario ver los tutoriales; bueno, las plantillas son muy útiles, pero creo que debería haber otras opciones disponibles.

We can look at our work in any scale we want and keep everything connected. It is possible to both comprehensively present high-level roadmap to the stakeholders and keeps the tiny tasks for the development team in the same app. This is huge in terms of sustainability and maintenance of our work.

The tool is incredibly flexible and I'm still trying to get the best from it.

Sometimes Favro can be overwhelming. Just today I was creating a huge WBS and I was scared I am missing something since the project tree hierarchy is missing some kind of visual cues to prevent accidents (like more group spacing).

Favro is a little bit slow I get a feeling like an app is not running super smoothly like Trello for example and the lag disturbs me a bit. More problematic, however, is the fact that it sometimes hangs up on me altogether I cannot scroll in the backlog for example and need to reload the page.

But my biggest trouble is with card moving when I want to move or add a card to a board or backlog, there is no indication of the collection name and my backlogs and boards are usually simply called "Backlog" and "Board".

I understand that this can be considered a feature more than a bug since the magic of Favro is based on the fact that a board or a backlog can live in multiple places, but still, the collection is my main workspace and my it helps me navigate.

This leads to manual card manipulation using a good old mouse. Which is fine until you need to move card between collections.

I like the appearance of the interface, the simplicity of the platform allows you to manage your projects without major problems, create customizable cards to assign tasks and you can track them all from the control panel, you can differentiate the finished tasks, which are in execution and those that are pending to be done

Technical support leaves much to be desired, can improve

Moving the paywall on early adopters for admin features and integrations seemed dirty (I get why it was done but we would have got there organically a few months later)

Assign tasks and schedule start and end dates of them, you can get reports of results based on time and observe the productivity of each member of the team, including your own.

I would like to have a graphical view of the time in a Gantt chart that could be and the progress of each team member in a percentage cake.

Avantages

Favro collaborates so well. It allowed me to create a system that is perfect for me and my team. Reports are easily done.Timelines are also available where tasks can easily be tracked. Our team have been using this for a while now, we are amazed by its many features and we highly recommend it.

Inconvénients

It will really take time for someone to make the software work for them, there will be a lot of personalization to make the software feel like you own it.

Avantages

Favro has a seamless and sleek UI and that is an eye-catching feature. Besides it is very intuitive to work with and has great customer support.

If your not happy with Trello, you should try Favro. Your teams can choose their own balance and path.

It consumes a lot of memory working on your browser, so be aware of it. Also, no preview of files in some formats like PDF, which could be annoying.

The card systems is awesome, so easy to use. From the aesthetic and usability point of view, it is the best I have seen in a long time. You can customize the cards in many ways and also use them in different tasks at the same time; it is ideal to use in conjunction with clients or project partners because it allows a much more agile communication in every sense. What I do not like very much is that it does not have a lot of documentation in Spanish for the Latin American community.

You can plan and develop ideas, it is flexible and adapts to which types of project. It keeps you in touch with all those who are part of the execution of the project, allows you to share files and do all kinds of collaborative work, you can manage more than one project at a time.

Favro is great, it's very similar in design and UX to Trello expect it has additional features built into paid versions. Assigning cards, tasks, and deadlines to people is easier than Trello.

Inconvénients

Much more expensive than Trello, and doesn't have a free version of the product. Premium features may not be worth the cost when Trello can do most of what Favro can do for free.

Favro is a task manager basically, you create a group of people who will manage the tasks, create swimlanes and tasks to fill them, so you can keep track of them. Think of it of something like youtrack, but make it prettier. It is very easy to fill and to use on a daily basic.

Nothing really, it's an easy to use and fast software. Really makes managing tasks something confortable and not tedious.
