Lattice has significantly elevated our performance engagement and growth processes at NPX. We fully utilize its features—1:1s, feedback, growth tracking, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and OKRs—all of which are intuitive and effective.

Lattice has been a game-changer for NPX, offering a comprehensive platform that enhances engagement, supports our people operations, and provides actionable insights through excellent data. We utilize its full suite of functions, including 1:1s, feedback, growth tracking, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and OKRs. The functionality is robust and intuitive, making it easier for us to align our teams, track progress, and drive continuous improvement. Lattice’s impact on our employee engagement and development has been profound, helping us to foster a culture of growth and performance.
Inconvénients
We have encountered some limitations in customizing templates, like performance reviews, but Lattice is continuously improving in this area.

Lattice: The Web Based Autobiography of Employment
I use Lattice regularly. I am very pleased and intend to continue using this product to advance my career.
Avantages
Lattice allows me to keep track of every aspect of my employment. Lattice keeps a record of all feedback received or given, weekly 1-on-1 sessions, tasks, annual reviews, etc.
Inconvénients
There are no complaints or constructive criticisms regarding Lattice.

Using Lattice has been a game-changer for us, providing actionable insights from pulse surveys that help us stay attuned to our team's sentiment and address concerns proactively. By integrating various data sources, Lattice offers a comprehensive analysis that highlights important trends and patterns in employee performance and engagement. This proactive identification of trends supports a positive work environment, allowing us to intervene timely and effectively. Additionally, Lattice's detailed visualizations enhance our decision-making, empowering us to make informed choices that boost employee satisfaction and retention. Ultimately, the real-time feedback and strategic insights from Lattice have fostered a motivated and loyal workforce, driving our organizational success.
Inconvénients
While Lattice has been incredibly valuable, there are a few minor drawbacks worth mentioning. As a smaller company, we sometimes find that certain data is unavailable in drill-downs, limiting the depth of our analysis. Additionally, we would love to see continued development in tying different components together to create more complete talent profiles. The platform’s comprehensive features are great, but more seamless integration would enhance our ability to get a holistic view of each employee. Despite these minor issues, Lattice remains a powerful tool for performance management and employee engagement.

Great Performance Management Product
Once their HRIS and payroll products come to life, they will be tough competition in the HR Technology space.
Avantages
1) Usability: Easy to use for both admin and users.
2) Feedback and Improvement: Unlike some companies where feedback goes into a black hole in the universe, Lattice takes client feedback seriously, and we've seen our input applied to improve and enhance all products. Customer service is also excellent.
3) Customer Service: Although it is a ticketing system, all Livechat Agents and the Customer Care email team are responsive and knowledgeable. They even follow-up to make sure your questions are adequately addressed.
4) User Interface: Easy to navigate
Inconvénients
We were promised a roll-out for one of the products, but it never happened due to a reorg. However, the product is back on the roadmap, so very excited to see this happen.
This is minor, but some products could be a bit more user intuitive.

Phenomenal support team and a fabulous product.
Avantages
It's an incredibly intuitive tool with a plethora of support documents and trainings available for employees. We particularly love the feedback tool and it's a one-stop shop for all employees to view org chart, feedback, talent review, company goals & initiatives, and more.

Lattice for Performance Reviews
Avantages
I love Lattice's customer service the most. Their team of experts really know the product and spend time with you to make sure you become an expert too!
Inconvénients
Some things aren't perfect. I wish that you could download a report of everyone who is a manager. Some of the customizations abilities when making your own templates are limited as well so you have to get creative.

It is a great HR tools and comes with some feedback management capabilities too.
Inconvénients
Some users will need training to use Lattice effectively. Otherwise it is great.

Employee Engagement at its Finest!
It is a great tool, easy to use and simple to set up. The Lattice team is incredible and always available to help troubleshoot, set up and guide us whenever the need arises.
Avantages
The survey feature is a great tool for our company. We use this to gain valuable insights into the sentiments of employees regularly over the year. We also make use of the reviews feature twice a year to conduct our performance feedback cycles. These are wonderful tools for managers who have all the previous feedback, 1:1s, updates and other data from Lattice at hand when completing their performance reviews.
Inconvénients
I find the data quite difficult to navigate with certain features. Some of the analytics are really amazing, and the info we get from the surveys is really wonderful. However, when it comes to more intricate reporting Lattice doesn't make it easy to find the data I am looking for. For example, figuring out which managers have not yet completed their downwards reviews.

Lattice Review - NonProfit Org
Avantages
I like modern and sleek look of Lattice and how many different features they have. It's really useful to be able to add on the features and I know Lattice is always creating more. The thing I LOVE the most about Lattice is their customer support options. They have sooo many useful tutorials and the chat support is always available and incredibly fast and helpful.
Inconvénients
Lattice has a ton of functionality but occasionally I find moments where they are missing features I find basic like dates appearing in the performance review packets or ability to mass download data.

Lattice also has REALLY STRONG customer service.
I'm also a member of Lattice's Resources for Humans community, which is a fantastic asset of all things People Ops best practice sharing.

Lattice is a powerful employee performance platform
Lattice was a brilliant tool for us as a fast growing startup operationalising so many of the critical people operations initiatives. It is unfortunate that they didn't implement the HRIS quicker to stop us churning to consolidate our stack.
Avantages
We chose Lattice because of the fantastic integration Lattice had with Slack. Lattice pulse surveys were delivered via slack making this extremely easy for employees to respond to and engagement. As soon as we implemented, our participation exploded and the team were thankful. Lattice UI/UX was brilliant and we also particularly liked their 1 on 1 feature powering high quality 1 on 1s across the business.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately, Lattice was only performance management and we really wanted to consolidate our tools into a more vertically integrated stack. Lattice didn't have an HRIS capability at the time which meant we needed to continue using BambooHR and this added cost and complexity to our people stack at the time. They also had a very limited response capability to pulse which is something we really missed after moving from Officevibe.

A nice way of showing you care
Overall, I love lattice and I use it absolutely every week. I love seeing the feedback I received, and I also appreciate the exceptional work my colleagues do and that's a way of spending a few minutes and shouting out the good things they have done.
Avantages
I'm gonna be honest and say that the best feature offered by Lattice by far is the feedback that you can provide and receive. Depending on your team and your own performance, you can end up having a library of impressive feedbacks showing your commitment to your work or to your team. It is a great way of building up morale and also it is easier to get a pay rise when you have literally hundreds of good feedbacks about your work ethics.
Inconvénients
Lattice tries to do a little bit of everything and sometimes it comes short. For instance, after a review with my manager, the platform try to create a checklist of everything that has been discussed and prepares that for the next week. In a lot of ways, it is a positive, but for some reason, it feels like it comes up short.

Pro Lattice
We have consistently been wow'ed by our experience with both Lattice as a tool and the customer support.
Avantages
The various tools and flexibility within the system. We also love the consistent upgrades and new feature releases. They are always seamlessly.
Inconvénients
Some areas are a little more difficult to navigate but the support team has always come to the rescue.

Good Software. Not the best, but good
It is indeed a good software for RH and leaders, developing itself every month

The software itself has a few bugs from time to time, not allowing updates to happen, and also the possibility of transfering the same OKR to new semesters after closed

We love Lattice!
I've only been at my company for a short while, but I implemented Lattice in an old role 4 or 5 years ago. It's been incredible to watch the journey of product development and growth over the years. In general, I've had a really easy time getting help or support where I need it.
Avantages
Lattice sits at the center of many of our management practices. We leverage the Updates feature to create valuable time in 1:1s, which we also manage in Lattice. We also use their Goal and Growth modules to manage OKRs and Individual Development Plans, respectively, allowing us to track and drive conversations between managers and teams. This also creates a ton of transparency for us as an organization.
Inconvénients
Some of the survey and review administration can be less than intuitive to find or implement. Keep building out reporting and a UX-focused admin panel!

Empowering growth and development
Avantages
How many different things you can do in the tool: Annual Performance Reviews, Weekly 1:1s, give kudos/recognition to coworkers, and check-in questions for career goals/development! We've used lattice for 4+ years now and it continues to be our go-to tool for all of these reasons.
Inconvénients
Learning to set up different things in Lattice is not as straightforward and easy. I spent a good amount of time trying to learn how to do custom questions and templates, so having easier guides or instructions in Lattice would be nice for the user.

Avantages
I like the performance review and survey capabilities. I like that you can filter survey data by role, gender, performance, etc.
Inconvénients
I wish that the compensation module was included in the base product. I also wish that you could track performance reviews of a single person across time and download them all.

Lattice Review
Avantages
We use lattice for company and individual goal setting. I like that it creates a transparent way to share goals; I can see everyone's goals and they can see mine. This is great to track progress for growth/promotion reasons and it keeps me accountable. This also gives me a view into goals across departments so I gain more insight into the overall business.
Inconvénients
My least favourite thing about lattice is the UI itself. I do not always find its pathways clear, and therefore, navigating can be tricky.

Lattice creates a great user experience for both employees and administrators. It's easy to use, aesthetically pleasing, and makes performance management tasks more efficient.

Lattice still lacks some features that would be helpful to my team, such as the ability to download parts of the org chart instead of the entire chart.

Functionality is good but usability (esp. navigation) is sometimes lacking
As an employee I feel indifferent about the platform and I am confused why we don't use an HR platform with integrated feedback function (probably because the HR platform we use doesn't provide the functionality Lattice provides?). I don't mind not using it but I don't hate it most of the time.
Avantages
As an employee I have found Lattice to be performing ok for quarterly reviews that we conduct. The interface is easy enough for us to select reviewers, write reviews, and receive feedback. We used the built-in Peoplism survey to conduct an DEIB survey and the reporting is great. I found it easy to understand the results and drill down where needed.
Inconvénients
1. when I am on the homepage I am often lost in trying to understand where I am supposed to go to complete the task (though the recent update on the homepage for ongoing tasks helps a ton).2. It's probably just my employer, but I feel like we are not using Lattice to its full potential. The only things we ever use are the reviews, vibe surveys, pulse surveys, and very rarely custom surveys targeting specific topics. The feedback and OKR function are rarely touched and only recently did we start using 1-1s. 3. We want to be choosing the reviewers for our next review cycle at an ongoing basis, and the opening and closing windows do not facilitate this process.

Easy to use platform and has great potential
Avantages
I love the props feature. I feel as though it’s a really quick and easy way to boost morale for folks. We have ours integrated with slack, which makes it easier than having to switch between apps. I also like that it’s just really straightforward and most features are easy to use.
Inconvénients
I feel like some of my old review cycles get left on my homepage and it can be confusing during a new review cycle. I wish there were a way to record accomplishments/improvements throughout the year, so that you refer back to it when giving self reviews come review cycle time.
